TERRIBLE clinic!! DO NOT recommend whatsoever. When you call to book an appointment with your doctor, they put you on hold for up to an hour and that's IF they decide to pick up the phone and take the call. I had to call 4 days in a row until finally someone decided to pick up. They informed me there was nothing they could do as the doctor hadn't given in his schedule yet so I would need to call them back at a later time. Waste of time #1. Once I called back at a later date and the appointment was given, they called me to cancel it the day before. Waste of time #2. I was given a second appointment date and when I showed up, I was told the doctor was out of the office as he had to go perform an operation and they did not know when he would be back. Waste of time #3. They wasted my time THREE TIMES and that's not counting how hard it was to even obtain an appointment in the first place and how unprofessional and rude the receptionists are. Stay clear of this place!

The gynecologist was extremely rude. He doesn't let you express yourself openly without getting interrupted. While you are explaining your problem he doesn't even look at you or if he asks you something and you don't give him the answer he wants to hear, he's going to say ''that's not what I asked you'' and look at you like you are an idiot. At the moment of the inspection, he was very rude and felt not petty whatsoever. He doesn't make his patients feel welcome nor comfortable during the appointment. He doesn't bother to give you a smile or a gest that will comfort you. Worst experience of my life.

Not recommended. Very disappointed with their service. First visit to this clinic, had a referral letter for my follow up checkup. She got me the wrong doctor and refused to put me as priority. Long waited 1 month for this visit. Not easy being pregnant for the first time. Very stressful if you understand. Now, not only they make me wait for another month, I missed my first trimester ecography. I'm very sad and disappointed with this experience. Please go somewhere else for better experience.

Unable to ever get through for several days on end. They know that they are understaffed and the administration does not care. Even my MD was unable to get through on the priority line for it put him in a loop with all the other calls. I n person the service is good though and Dr Svyhovek is great. I have been waiting on the famous "family doctor list" ever since I moved to Montreal ( about 7 years ago ). To this day, not a word. I'm now a patient of this clinic, thanks to my wife, for about a year. Since then, I have been there twice and both times were actually on point. I don't understand all of the negative reviews... I am by no means the most organised person in the world but I guess a tip for all of you complaining would be: have your affairs in order, read the info that is given to you and listen to the secretary when she's talking to you to make sure you fully comprehend the situation at hand. This is a good clinic.
