Completely useless doctor and his assistant named Angela. $100 for a requisition form which took liek 5 mins and another $100 just to know how the results are. What a rip off!!! I wish I could give them negative stars. Please avoid them at any cost. I went to the office to collect my report after calling them during regular hours but they are not opened. I called and no answer what a waste of time

Such a kind and helpful doctor! I would highly recommend if you have any small medical issue or if you need quick medical advice to come to this clinic. The doctor is very helpful in explaining symptoms and what could or couldn't be wrong. Of course they're within their limitations, since it is just a walk-in, but overall if you wind up having to go to a clinic, I'd recommend this one. The receptionist is also quite nice, especially if you're not rude or pushy. I don't have a family doctor, but I'm happy that this clinic keeps my info on file (and because there's only one doc), it never feels like I have to re-explain my medical history on each visit. If you're visiting, plan to visit during the week days and avoid Saturday mornings. Since it's closed on Fridays, there's usually a bit of a crowd the next day and it could be an hour or so wait (again, there's only one doctor and he tries his best to give you the time of day).

Got blood work done a month or two prior to " covid" which they said I'd get results back quickly. Not a word from them. Just went to this walk-in to get blood work results and get my son seen, and the receptionist basically slammed the door in my face after saying i had to call for results..then rejected my call when I called back. I've been here twice, and both times receptionist have been rude and not informative.

Fantastic doctor, receptionist is very good. Washroom is in poor condition. Mold on the wall where the hand dryer is. Not clean at all. Might want to clean that so sick people trying to get better don't have to breath that in. Other than that, great that's why I go here when I can't get to my family doctor.

The lady receptionist should get fired! She is rude, obnoxious, inconsiderate and unprofessional. I had a hearing problem coming to the clinic, and require her to repeat herself because I didn't catch it the first time. She screamed at me! That is not how you treat a patient that has a hearing problem. Have some respect, please! Worst receptionist that I have ever met. On the other side of the spectrum, the doctor is fantastic. He is very patient and take his time to understand what my problem is, and recommended a good remedy for me. Will give this a 5 star if the doctor replace the rude receptionist with a patient and professional one.

Went to this doctor two weeks after I had stitches put in to have them taken out, and the doctor was very kind to me. The issue is that for some reason, he decided to stop taking my stitches out, and left about half of them in my hand. It's been over three months of trying to heal with these stitches in, and I'm currently waiting for the scab to fall off in order to go to the hospital to get the rest of them taken out, as they are now embedded in my skin. That being said, I also am not able to move half of my hand and will need physiotherapy in order to get my hand back to normal, because the stitches that were left in prevent me from moving two of my fingers completely. What should have been a two week problem ended up being a huge problem and will probably take me months to get back to normal.

My girlfriend went to this clinic for blood in the urine and UTI symptoms, got a urine test done, with the results coming up negative for an infection, she was in serious pain in the abdomen near the kidneys and was given advil.... 3 days later she got another test done at a clinic in Mississauga and the test came back positive for infection. I'm not sure what is wrong with this clinic's testing equipment, but regardless the doctor should have known better than to give her two tablets of advil for bloody urine and kidney pain. What kind of doctor would leave a patient with advil for these kinds of serious symptoms without even ordering another test??? Never coming back here again and neither should anyone else, especially if they need a urine test done.

I felt all my questions were answered and had my consult, picked up my prescription from my pharmacy and was back home within 40 minutes. Highly recommend!

Dr. Mohamad is really knowledgeable and understanding. This is hands down the best Walk-In doctor I have ever been to. The receptionist wasn't over friendly, but that doesn't matter to me much because it's the quality of the doctor that is important. I was there for about an hour, which was a better wait time than I was expecting in a Walk-In Clinic.

I called the clinic on Tuesday at 10:00 am. The answering machine asked me to leave my name and phone number, and I did. I didn't receive a call back for one and half hour, I called again and the receptionist answered and took my personal information again. I waited for another hour and a half and then called the clinic. The receptionist asked me to be patient. At 02:10 PM the doctor called me and after explaining my case he asked for tests, I went at the same time to the laboratory and took the tests at 03:20 PM. I called the next evening day and the receptionist answered that the lab report takes 3 days. I called on Saturday, the answering machine said that the clinic is closed from Friday until Monday and will open on Tuesday, meaning I will wait for 8 days to find out my health problem. Do not waste your time with this clinic, go to another clinic.

The lady at the front desk is disgusting. Came in 30 minutes before closing with my son who had a high fever and strep throat. Just needed to get a prescription and literally took 3 mins when we went to another walk-in the following morning. She turned us away telling me they were at full capacity (which they were not) she then proceeded to tell me they were “technically” closed, I told her the website said open till 8 and then she asked if I read the small print!! What small print is she talking about? Horrible experience would never go back or recommend to anyone! Doctor maybe good but the lady at the front is terrible!!! AVoid avoid avoid!!!!

They over charge for a medical note. $ 40 dollars . I have never paid that! 20 maximum. Luckily I get it back but how about the people that don't get it back...plus there is not register receipt. I felt taken advantage of... Horrible really!

Truly the best walk in clinic doctor I have ever seen. This doctor is so busy as he works there alone. Yet he is so kind and takes time to talk to you and listen to your medical issues. Its a very basic clinic but the doctor is very good

I had previously been to the clinic just down the street and they were VERY money oriented. Always wanted to charge for something. This clinic (for me) has so far been a very good experience.

I just went to this clinic for the first time. I am a visitor to Canada and was not sure what to expect. I went here based on the positive reviews. The receptionist was very friendly and the doctor was very thorough even though he was busy. The wait was an hour but they took everyone in order very efficiently. It was a very pleasant experience even feeling as sick as I am. They have earned the good reviews.

If the clinic is busy there is a wait, as with any walk in -- but i have found that more often than not this clinic is not very busy and i don't usually have more than a ten minute wait to be seen - Dr Muhammed has been great - I always recommend this clinic - especially because of the extended hours!

Very nice doctor, does listen to you and your health problems BUT the most awful, rude , no people skill or even communication skill for that matter receptionist. Its very hard to get a direct call to doctor or even get through this lady receptionist. She does not want to listen to you & your problem and just takes pride on what she has to say. You can be most polite to her but she has most awful way to treat you. I would Only recommend this place only if you are willing to really see Doctor Muhammad and are patient enough to the rudeness that his staff has to offer.

Needed a doctor on a Sunday...spoke to Dr. Mohammad over the phone and he asked me to come see him...I showed up 20 minutes later and he saw me immediately...assessed my condition and prescribed me exactly what I needed...extremely professional, very personable and very friendly...I would recommend him anytime...he made a bad day so much better

This will be the first and last time I ever go to this walk in clinic. The doctor was so rude from the moment he walked into the room. I was concerned about my child and he never gave me or my child the time of day! I told him he was bieng rude and he said well I have been working here since 8am this morning. (It was 4:30pm) I'm sorry but if you are this rude to patients that use your service because you can't work 8.5 hours then go find another job! I will never recommend or attempt to visit this location again. Patronage for healthcare is dependent on trust. This location lost my trust before I could even step foot inside. Why? Because I made my way to the clinic this Sunday at 3pm, almost on the dot. This location according to its hours posted, is open until 5pm. I arrived to a locked door and a closed sign. I wasted all of my time utilizing public transit to reach one of the few locations open until 5, to find out that isn't what they mean here. You see, there were many people outside, but they decided that they would close at 3, go through those already there and ensure they all were finished at 5. THIS IS NOT HOW BUSINESS HOURS WORK!!!!! I have a photo showing the time and closed door but of course I cannot post it here as intended.

Now that I read so many stupid comments for the Doctor. I though now I have to take time and share my experience . So , well few years back I was a guinea pig for a lot of Doctors . Experimented some medications on me which never worked . They seriously did not knew what they are accutally treating me for . Getting exhausted with all this , one of my family friend recommended this Dr. . Honestly blessed the first time I met him. He took time heard me and my pain I was going through . Seriously none of the doctor had that much time and patience to check my details. Right away he knew what I was going through, prescribed me the exact medication . Every visit I had was always a game changer for me . He is the best doctor I have ever met . He treats each and every patient with so much love care and respect. Please do not criticize him if he follows the law and protocol that he has to follow during this unfortunate time.

Over 3 hour wait, no set hours, they close whenever they feel like it and the main woman receptionist will ignore peoples questions and yelled at a patient for going to his car and coming right back and walks around slamming doors, sighing, and rolling her eyes. Not a place to go if you want someone who actually cares instead of just guessing. Also, I was prescribed something that I specifically asked if it would react with my other meds. The doctor said the pharmacy would talk to me about that. The pharmacy said it reacts so I couldn't take it and I had to wait over another hour for him to reply to their request for something I could take and he told them to tell me to just pay for something myself over the counter. He should have just told me from the get go instead of ignoring my question an making me wait another hour. She also told me 4 people before me and 7 people before someone else but took them back first then just ignored me when I mentioned it.. NEVER coming back here again

This doctor is truly the best doctor I have ever met. If you need someone to care and listen to you, he's the perfect person to go to. I discovered I had a rare condition, this was the only doctor willing to listen to me and refer me to multiple places for me to get answers/help. He is a very genuine person and is worth the wait time which is maximum an hour. I've been to him multiple times for myself and my family and every time he has been exceptional.

I had a good experience at this clinic. I showed up, not aware you had to have an appointment. I phoned the receptionist from outside the door. She let me in (she was quite pleasant and helpful for me). I had to wait for a patient to be seen ahead of me, then I saw the doctor. He was very pleasant as well and helped me with my medical problem. I would recommend this clinic, but it is best that you phone ahead.

I called at 10 20am today and asked for hours and if it was busy. I arrived at 11 02am after getting lost trying to find the place. I parked after finding it. I walk up to the back door to read (out loud)the sign saying use front door. As it semi opens and closes. K cool no problem. I get to the front door a sign say they will be back at 3 00 pm... Wasted gas,money and time to get to a place that all of a sudden closes for 4 hours.. And couldnt even tell me on the phone or when you opened the door while I was reading it. Then the receptionist and doctor just drives off like nothing.i I wouldn't have been so displeased if they had just told me.

I went in on a Sunday afternoon when most clinics are closed waited less then ten minutes in the waiting room and less then 5 in the exam room waiting for the doctor to see me. He listened attentively to my concerns and gave me some helpful advice. If I need to go to a clinic again it will be this one and I'd recommend it to anyone seeking actual help and not just drugs.

Clinic is very nice, receptionist is patient and doctor is kind and attentive. They recommended and referred me to the London Scoping clinic, who then called and announced on my voice mail that apparently it is believed I have intestinal cancer and that I have to call back immediately - a scary thing to hear on your voice mail - especially when the doctor said nothing about this during the 5 minute talk at the clinic. When I call back the Scoping clinic offer me an appointment in November 2020 - 9 months away. When I called this clinic back I was told not to contact them again until I had completed my referral.

The waiting times can be a bit longer, but that's probably just because the doctor actually takes the time to talk to you. Even for a simple birth control prescription he asked about my history/allergies, and he explained exactly which side effects I could expect. Even the pharmacist was impressed with him when she asked me how much the doctor had already explained! Over the years I've seen many walk-in physicians who never even looked me in the eye - I'm happy with this Dr :)

The receptionist is awful. Called to get an appointment and left a message because nobody would pick up the phone. Not only it took 24 hours for her to call back but she refused to give me an appointment and even hung up on me. Whatever you do, do not go this clinic. I called at 10:02am and no one answered my call The machine asked for my name and phone number and stated that the doctor will call me back within 24 hours. (I have screen shots showing the time and number) I tried calling at 2:32pm by pressing redial on the number that I called at 10:00am for I have yet to hear anything and I was becoming curious for this wasn't the first no one has called me. The lady tried to inform me that I did not call this number and they were fully booked for the day. I have now officially called five clinics which I also informed this lady (so pardon my frustration) and no one's calling me back. This is the first person I've actually been able to speak to just to be shot down. All I need is a blood requisition. I work in it office during office hours so I'm unable to make it to most medical facilities. I'm so disappointed that I've waited around for nothing and be basically called a liar when redial brought my to this number as well as I know I chose it for its close to my house incase for odd chance I was needed to come in. I then received a call at 2:58pm from the receptionist calling me a liar sayig I'm confused because I've called multiple clinics and that I didn't call them and asking what medical clinic I work at (which I stated I work at an office not a medical clinic) and saying she was going to leave a review about me. -- all because I left a review that they were unhappy with on their office. How unprofessional.

Expect to wait 15-20 mins, even if no one is in the clinic. Front staff is rude and not interested in patient care. Rude signs are posted everywhere telling you NOT to ask about wait times, and you may only “complain” once per visit. I have been trying to win the situation over with manners, as this is my neighborhood clinic, but today my daughter, who has a painful ear ache, was the first to check in the the 3rd to get consult. When I asked staff if she had let someone in ahead of me, she said no and to keep the door shut, and slammed the door. When our consult was finally done, I noticed the girl who came in after us was standing in the lobby with her prescription. This would have been okay, if her visit was more urgent, but it was an acne consult. Front staff told me not to come back if I dont like it when I addressed her previous lie, and repeatedly refused to give me her name, and the owners name/contact information. When I asked her name, her response was that she didn't have to tell me her name, and asked me if I see her wearing a name tag (sarcasm, as she was not). Any complaints, I imagine, would fall on deaf ears, as any staff this rude knows they can get away with it. The walk in clinic on Wonderland/McMaster is incredible, but is often closed, unfortunately.

Dr. Mohammed is amazing! He will actually take the time to listen to your problems. Great bedside manner. I've addressed some concerns to my own nurse practitioner and family doctor and they've done nothing. As soon as I spoke to Dr. Mohammed regarding my issues, he sent in a Gynecologist referral that I would hear back from in a few days. I'd say the only downside to this clinic is the limited business hours and they will be permanently closed come October 1st 2019. However this is one of the best experiences I've had with a health care professional

Came in the clinic at 12:20 to find out my test results ending up leaving around 2:30. Second time I have been to this clinic and I have waited over 2 hours. The doctor is nice and seems like he cares although waiting all that time to see him for 5 mins. It says they close at 4pm but on their door it says 3pm and if there is a lot of people waiting around 1 the receptionist will lock the doors.

Very pleasant experience, especially compared to Hyde Park Clinic that I went to last week. The doctor here was reassuring, kind and knowledgeable. The receptionist was efficient and pleasant, and the wait was not too bad.

I was skeptical due to the reviews of the other London walk-in clinics, but this place treated me really well. I arrived not knowing that they are only providing telephone consultations in light of covid-19, I explained to the receptionist that I was outside already and she handled it really well. I handed my health care to them while maintaining safe social distance, and was inside within 5 minutes. I only waited to see the Dr Muhammad for maximum 10 minutes, and he took really good care of me. I explained all of my symptoms (muscle pain from a prior car accident) and he said what I should do next, and wrote me a note for a muscle relaxant. Really good experience, would recommend if you're looking for a competent walk-in clinic within London.

Received excellent care from Dr Mohommand and his staff. He was quick and thorough. The receptionist was friendly and I didn't have to wait any time at all. Next time I need a PCP I will be going to see them first.

I am so grateful to have him as my family doctor. He is an incredibly caring and compassionate person and takes what you say seriously. When I start to visit his Walk in clinic , I already had a family doctor but The difference between the 2 are day and night. If I feel ill, Dr. makes sure to get to the bottom of it immediately. consider me and my family extremely lucky because he is the best doctor you could possibly have, hands down!

The receptionist is the most disrespectful, ignorant, and inconsiderate person I have EVER had the displeasure of speaking to. Fire the degenerate and hire someone with social skills. She will hang up on you, call you names, and then block your number. Extremely unprofessional for someone working in the medical field… matter of fact, it’s unprofessional for any field. Straight up entitlement! Please don’t waste your time with this clinic. Go somewhere with respectful staff.

I started to get an infection in my eye and when I called and described it to the doctor he got me in the same day. I waited maybe 10 minutes to be seen in the waiting room and he handled the issue professionally. His receptionist was very polite over the phone and he set up follow up phone call sessions to see whether I was improving on the medication. I did not have difficulty finding the location. Very efficient compared to my experiences at other walk ins.

The rudest people ever, from the front desk to the Dr, who was Dr Parry, and he was the most rudest, ignorant, arrogant doctor I have ever met. He did not care about my needs at all, he was to busy being sarcastic and telling me "I told you three times". I don't know why he is a dr, he should find a different profession. I do not recommend going there and I will never go there again.
