I've had nothing but wonderful experience with the doctors at this practice, both with my family doctor as well as some others who I saw in the after hour clinic. The admin staff have been great as well. My experience has been that they're polite and very on the ball with returning calls and getting information to you and out to other doctors. Their online portal has been a great system to use during covid for getting information and forms back and forth, as well as for short conversations or follow up. They've done a wonderful job managing during covid and ensuring you can get timely access for your doctor. Most appointment requests that can be done over the phone have been same day or next day. Thanks Dr K and staff!

Excellent proactive diagnostic initiatives by my doctor unlike previous medical stagnation. I want to have my health guided by my doctor and a recommended plan tailored for my future. My new Dr Pepe is given me a new refreshing approach to my healthcare - thank you.....

My family waited 3 months to get an introduction appointment with Dr. Pepe. We got there after having to wait 3 months and we were 15 minutes early. We then had to wait 1 hr to bee seen, after already waiting 3 months to see the DR. Who has an hr to take out of their day to wait in the waiting room and another 10 minutes to wait in the Dr room? On top of all of this, we have called about 10 times in that 3 months and we always got the voicemail, and no one ever responded to our voicemail or returned our calls. We had to go into the office and physically talk to them because they never answered the call. If your going to switch over to this Dr make sure you investigate this Dr before you leave yours. Try calling them.... I bet they don't pick up.

Dr. Lauren Kolecki Is the worst doctor that I have ever had. I am new to London city and I saw her when I found out I was pregnant at week 6 and I told her about my miscarriage history that my hormone level was low and wanted her to refer me to see the pregnancy specialist asap. I requested her to send me to the Beta HCG blood test to check level and let me know if anything is abnormal. She said she will refer me to a specialist asap before week 8 but I have never heard back from them until 2 weeks after when I saw some brown spotting. I went see her again and she said my blood work last time was good and my ultrasound appointment will be set up after that 2 weeks. I said it will be too long especially for my case because I should be at 8 weeks at that time but she thought I was only at week 6. I have no idea why she could messed up my pregnancy week like that. I went to have another blood work at Dynacare to see my hormone level again and this time I signed up Dynacare Plus to see my result. I noticed that my first result didnt meet the mimimum level for 6 weeks pregnant and why didnt she tell me or refer me to hospital/ specialist right after that? My second result again came back is not strong enough for week 8. I had to do the research on internet to find where I can find help and I found Early Pregnancy Assessment Unit (EPAU) at the hospital. I called and talked to Dr. Lauren’s receptionist to ask if they can refer me to that unit and the lady said she will let the doctor know and will let me know. And if I dont hear from them I should call them back???? Is that the response I should hear from the clinic when I am in risk of having another miscarriage? They didnt care and response is always slow. I knew that I couldnt count on them so I went straight to EPAU and asked for help. Unfortunately I still needed referral from family doctor but the lady from EPAU helped me by calling directly to the London Lambeth clinic to ask them to fax over the form. After 2 hours back and forth finally they did and I finally got in to see the doctor same day. I had ultrasound and it was 5 weeks 5 days which is behind my pregnancy week. It should be at week 8 at that time. And I had brown spotting too which made me feel something was not good. The doctor gave me hormone pills to help with my hormone shortage. After more than a week I lost my baby. Of course it was too late to fix my hormone when I saw brown blood came out. I wish if I could see the doctor at EPAU 2 weeks earlier when I first noticed I was pregnant and if Dr. Lauren did her job properly to give me some care about my case. Its too late now. I had another miscarriage. I will never go back to see that clinic and that doctor again.

Such a bad experience, no regard for time or patient standard of care. I waited 1hr in the waiting room to see Dr. Pietrzak and was finally taken back. I explained my situation to the nurse saying that I have another appt. that I had to be at, she was kind enough to try to send her a message and get her to come back to see me quicker. I continued to wait and had to leave because I had another appt. I was fuming, never in my past experiences have I had to wait this long. This is unacceptable and selfish and money driven motto for healthcare. In this civilized society we live in, we should not have to be waiting hours for an appt. with a family Dr. and calling a hundred times for an appt. or not being able to be seen for months. What kind of a sad healthcare model is this? We don't live in a 3rd world country!!!! I will definitely be striving hard to find a new family practice.

Honestly the most useless and counterproductive establishment I have ever experienced. I have had nothing but horrible experiences with them. During one of my first visits, Dr. Kolecki’s replacement while she was on mat-leave told me I likely had cancer since I was experiencing irregular bleeding, then quickly changed her perspective after I panicked and booked various tests, stating “oh it’s perfectly normal for young women to have that with hormone changes”. It doesn’t take a genius to figure out that a teenager who is experiencing various hormone changes would have some issues with their cycle. That is not acceptable professional behaviour, you CANNOT alarm your patients like that with no founded tests, procedures, or findings. Further, every single time I try to make an appointment for LITERALLY anything it is like pulling teeth. I can’t get through to anyone ever, or the next time Dr. Kolecki is available is like 2 months from the date I called. That’s fine, but then when I DARED to visit a walk in clinic (since my concerns are not going to be put on hold for 2 months while I wait for them to have a doctor to be available for a 10-minute phone appointment), the office has the audacity to send me a strongly worded email essentially demanding that I do not go see any other professional, and instead make an appointment with them when they are open only during ridiculous time frames like 9:00 am - 12:00 pm or 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm. As well, I have asked for referrals to various specialists and was denied as Dr. Kolecki stated I should “wait and see” if I get over it or it passes. How am I being denied access to healthcare professionals just because she thinks that by talking to me on the phone for 5 minutes she thinks I’m fine? I’ve dealt with these inconveniences and irritations for the past couple years because it is so hard to find doctors, but recently I experienced my final straw with this clinic regarding my prescription. After I finally somehow get in touch with the clinic and get that sorted, I will no longer be visiting them. I would rather wait in a walk in clinic. Figure out how to run your establishment in a professional and competent way.

The first time I came here it was ok, they were a little bit behind but the second time I had to wait 40 minutes no call and wasnt even told there was a wait. The 3rd time I went I left a job early, had another job coming up and they were an hour late, wasted 2 hours of my time and I'm sending them a bill for my time that they probably wont pay, I'll keep you updated.

Mr and Miss Pepe are amazingly great doctors and people, since me and my family started coming here they both have been so helpful and our health's have massively improved thanks to both doctors Daniel and Cassandra Lin-Pepe who we highly recommend. S.Jaskić

Dr Austin and her receptionist are easily the best I've encountered for many years now. I live quite far from the clinic but make the trek without complaint. They're worth it.

Steve Maciesza

I started going to Dr Pepe about a year ago and I can't tell you how great he is. He listens and takes the time to understand your issues. I have had a string of doctors who didn't seem to care, but I feel blessed to have one that I would consider exceptional. Thank you for all that you do!

I work in health care and understand the system well. Dr. Pepe and team are exceptional. Consider yourself lucky if you managed to get into their practice. Nurse Jen goes above and beyond to help and the team cares about their patients. Quite a few of the other physicians in the after hours clinic are fantastic as well. We are grateful.

This clinic is terrible. Been seeing Dr Adriana P since she started practice there. She used to be punctual in the beginning but NOT anymore. The waiting time is between 60-90 minutes which is unacceptable. Why would she take on or book so many patients when she cant see them in a timely manner. This is just not right. Also, sometimes for an appointment it can take 3 weeks or more to get in. Forget calling there as it is so hard to get any answer and you cant leave a message which might be a good thing as I dont see messages being returned promptly. Dont know who the clinic manager is but they surely arent doing well with it. Overall NOT a good managed clinic. Needs to be more consideration for the patient. Very dissatisified but have no other choice as its hard to find a doctor.

I very much like Dr.Pietrzak office. The receptionist who I usually deal with Alma(?) I hope that’s correct, is very nice and easy to talk too. When I had a problem she was very understanding and tried to get me in as soon as possible. I have read other reviews saying they don’t really like Dr.P. I have nothing but good things to say about her. She listens to me, kind and we try to work together with dealing with a few of my personal issues. She has gave me some ideas to try to help with my depression and anxiety. A Doctor-Patient relationship should be a team effort which is so important to become successful. I feel that with her 100% Overall the office is great. Maybe the only bad thing is the clinic is very busy so it’s hard to get a next day appointment. But I understand they have a large demographic to help take care of so I get it

Receptionist, nurse, and doctor were knowledgeable and compassionate. There was no wait for our appointment.

Lovely staff, Dr. Pietrzak is awesome. Big, new space.

I have to agree with other reviewer. I really like Dr. Adrianna P- but the running of the clinic, the logistical side is poor. I’m actually writing this review as I’ve been waiting for OVER AN HOUR to be seen. I know the clinic is busy but it’s not right to make patients wait this long and everyone always shrugs it off saying nothing can be done. I don’t believe that for a moment or book patients in for longer times. That will Means the volume will decrease but our time is just as valuable. I run a clinic myself and I’m never more than 10 mins behind and I see 22+ people in a day. Also if you need to call and speak to someone there’s a chance it will take days to actually speak with someone because you can’t leave a voice mail! There’s actually no voicemail!! It also took me more than a week to get an appointment. It’s very frustrating for people seeking care when this is the system and then we wonder why so many people use the emergency rooms and urgent care departments wrongly. This is why!

Dr. P is amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable and kind. She truly takes time to listen to you. I could not be happier with my doctor. Unfortunately the administration at this clinic is below sub-par. Extremely disappointed with the lack of ability to get in. You can not leave a message to have anyone return your call. Something I have never experienced in my life. I have been trying for days to call and make an appointment and nobody seems to answer the phone. A few weeks back I finally showed up during their after hours and had to knock on the window to get someones attention as I waited more than 5 minutes for someone to come to the front. I even called while standing in front of the window (twice) and had nobody even come up to the front to answer the phone. Finally after knocking I was greeted and told I should have called as they take call's for appointments. Slightly a joke to say the lease. PLEASE change your protocol to be able to leave messages or else someone needs to be on top of answering the phones. It is a large facility with many doctors who have patients who need to see them. Thank you.

Dr Pietrzak is well worth waiting for. She spends as much time with a patient as is needed to answer questions, discuss the treatment options...etc She is very knowledgeable and listens to her patient. She researches anything a patient is using/ doing with which she is unfamiliar. I always know that my appointment could run later than the scheduled time because Dr P spends so much time with each patient, including me. Thank you Dr Pietrzak.

Saad Nazar

I have had a very bad experience setting up appointments with the receptionist at multiple occasions. I was provided with incorrect date and time twice and they made me reschedule my appointments, which wasted my valuable time. Their denial attitude and no empathy for their patient’s health condition pushed me away from them. I stopped going back to the same clinic. Besides that , I did not find my regular check ups with Dr. Lauren Gurland any helpful. My time there at the clinic made me feel like I am not being honest expressing my health conditions and that I have no real issues that needs to be looked at/ addressed. Overall, I would put less than 1 star as my review, if the option is given!

Superb medical team and friendly, caring staff. Dr. Perrier, is wonderful. She's attentive and always takes the time to explain things to us. She has even made a periodic phone call to us at home, a service I consider to be above and beyond. Dr. Elia has some educational videos available online which have been super helpful for our families over the past several months and we thank him for that. Keep up the great work team!!

Alessandra Oliveira

Worst place ever. Do not go. Doctor Pietzack and staff unprofessional.and rude.

ELIZABETH CULBERT

Today I met with Dr Kolecki for Cortisone shots. She was extremely kind and thorough. She asked all the right questions and initiated a requested referral immediately. As a senior there is some concern as to my care as I age. Dr. Kolecki allayed those concerns and I am delighted to be under her care. The staff were lovely and cheerfully processed my appointment. Lucky me to have found such a professional practice.

Where to start? First off, I can't get a regular appointment for AT LEAST 2 months. My mom is waiting on results of a CT scan that she has had because of Emphysema and they expect her to wait until September (it's July) just to hear the RESULTS that are sitting on their desk. Dr. Pietrzak prescribed a drug for my son that I discovered was NOT to be used by people who have tics (which she knew he did - part of the reason we were AT the appt). I found out and told her about it... her response? "Huh, you learn something new every day." No apology, no nothing! They have NOT sent referrals they were supposed to send until I have waited WEEKS and had to follow up about many times. She just took on a ton of new patients, but can't see her existing ones. I told her I think that's terrible and she told me she has "overhead to pay". Yep, money comes before patients. I'd switch in a heartbeat if I could, but I have nowhere else to go. It's incredibly disappointing when you have 2 kids with special needs and a doctor you have NO faith in.

I love the MD and nurse but no one answers the phone and no ability to leave a message. No one has choice but walk in clinic

Brent Rilett

The Pepes are fantastic doctors and Jen and Shelby go out of their way to be extremely helpful as well!

Kirstin Novak

The wait times here are absolutely ridiculous! I am currently sitting in the waiting room with my 18 month old daughter for about an hour now. Every time I come, and it doesn't matter if it's a morning appoinmenr or afternoon, my average wait time is at least 90 minutes. It's ridiculous!

Dawn White

Dr. Elias is a terrific physician. He very much believes in partnering with his patients to ensure we are kept at the centre of care, yet are also equally responsible in working towards good health. He listens well, is well informed and dedicated.

Started to see Dr. Pepe since they opened. He is very professional, compassionate and very knowledgeable by far the best doctor I have ever had. He has been wonderful with my family and we feel lucky to have such a wonderful doctor. So thank you Dr. Pepe for your excellent care. Love the nurse she is always so friendly and helpful. Great team.

Gary Breakwell

I started going to see Dr D Pepe 18 months ago. As a family doctor I can’t rate him highly enough. Also the comments about administration don’t ring true. If I leave messages the calls are returned and I have never had to wait an excessive time.

Jenna R

Nice building but location sucks. Hard to get too by bus (route 24) as it’s a limited service bus. My doctor moved here from a location that was extremely convenient and fairly well serviced. As for actual doctor she’s great but is always at least an hour behind.

Deirdre Votary

I had previously written a negative review for Dr Tania Bhanji on my husbands behalf. I just finished with Dr. Bhanji moments ago and I have this update. Dr. Bhanji was attentive and concerned about current and past issues, she mentioned wanting direct contact for unsatisfied clients which I 100% agree with. The referral times are long but that isn’t the Dr’s fault it’s that there is such a high volume to keep up with. I feel confident in her knowledge and attention to detail.

1) This office called to book a needed same day last minute appointment for completion of reports. The doctor suggested I could bring my ride helper due to my medical situation. It was difficult to schedule on our end but we did it and arrived 10 minutes early. About 40 minutes past the appointment, a nurse/medical assistant notified us the doctor would not be available for the appointment. I filed a complaint and was told later by the doctor that the appointment could have been done on the phone and didn't need to be in person. In response to why this happened, the doctor simply said "these things will happen". The doctor missed their own scheduled appointment. I would have been fine with a phone appointment originally due to my personal situation and with covid going on. (Date: Tuesday November 3, 2020 - Check-in: 3:45 PM EST - Provider: Dr. Nicole Perrier - Location: London Lambeth 3090 Colonel Talbot Road Unit 2 Londo) 2) This second review will be completed at a later date.

They do not answer their phones. I tried calling several times(during business hours) the phone just keeps ringing. It's pretty difficult to book an appointment.

Great healthcare from a professional, caring team. Dr. Gurland is so kind, knowledge and actually listens to your concerns, great help in times of distress. The clinic is up to date with technology allowing for great communication from Dr to patient. This is so important during this pandemic, was kept informed with all the new information. I am lucky to receive medical care from this team.
