My wife and children were patients of Tracy. She is horrible and Paula is lazy they are trying to charge my wife for her medical records at over 100 dollars when legally they can't charge more than 33.00 dollars according to the medical records legal department. And they are trying to make her wait for the record, just to make it difficult for my wife. We took the kids out of Tracy's care because she takes 2 or more hours to see patients after the original Appt. Time.

Tracy is an amazing Dr, she truly cares for her patients, getting them the best care with specialist possible. Her and her team Paula and Gayle are great, quick follow up on appointments required. This team has been my family practitioner for several years and I am truly lucky to have found this team. ????

She never hesitates to refer us to the relevant specialist for the medical issue at hand, and leaves us feeling our health and wellbeing is her priority. My spouse and I have been seeing Dr Ouellette for over a decade. We always find she listens and follows up. Sometimes we have to wait awhile, but understanding gets back up with patients. I never feel rushed out once I'm in to see her. Staff is wonderful and friendly. So glad she is my GP
