Honestly quite surprised to see low reviews, I always feel heard and respected by Dr. Arthur. He’s treated my family many years, I feel he’s put in the effort to create a good rapport with my father, sister and I individually. I trust what he tells me and feel he teaches me something new whenever I go see him. For myself, my only concern is that now I live far from his office and do not drive.

Not a very good Doctor. Always rushing us out the door. Husband has chronic pain. Ends up cutting his pain med dose in half ( worried about addiction, when we made it CLEAR the meds did not affect him this way) and his pain got worse. Then took the meds away completely. He smells funny and his secretary is rude and talks about other people behind their backs. I think he should have stuck with playing hockey for the Flyers!

I don't know much about the doctor but after seeing other reviews I understand why I had the interaction I had today with his tenant / daughter in law. It is Saturday afternoon and I parked here to use the playground across the street and some.lady came out telling me I wasn't allowed to.... No signs anywhere saying authorized parking, private parking etc. She stated that her boyfriend is the son or something of the doctor ... So makes sense if the doctor is rude to people that his family it as well. After being in a pandemic, having to do virtual schooling, a quick trip to a playground on a Saturday with nice weather would have been great for my children's physical and mental health and any good practicing doctor should agree.

Very helpful and understanding. Doesn't judge. Great hours for all work schedules. Has your best interest at heart. Been with him close to 2 decades. Highly recommended.

Suspended my license for passing out one time, never told me he was, then 1 and half months later I got pulled over due to it being and has been suspended!!! Then lies on my file bout how many times i was passing out! Now he needs to release me!

Comes to Wallaceburg to work in emergency. Terrible bedside manner. Told my mom numerous times her symptoms were all in her head. She later found out she had acute myeloid leukaemia. Does not listen to people just rushes them out the door

This man said my FRIENDS child had downsyndrome from a ultrasound while she was pregnant but she was born JUST FINE. This man has told other friends that they could have cancer but the appoint with the specialist is in 10 months. Dr Arthur has made patients suffer that have actual issues because he doesn't want to prescribe the correct medication. This man needs his medical license taken away...HORRIBLE DOCTOR!!!!!!

Dr Arthur is a unprofessional man who will falsify medical information to satisfy his need to feel superior. He is also a Dr who freely prescribes Fentenal among other class 4 narcotics . He doesn't care about his patients just wants them in and out of his office asap in my experience.

My husband went to wallacburg emerge with severe neck pain. Doctor Arthur let us know that it's acute care only and they don't hand out meds. My husband wanted a diagnosis because he couldn't move his neck he was actually in tears. Arthur ruled out meningitis and cellulitis by just looking at my husband. No blood work nothing. Arthur told him it was just stress to go home and relax it will go away in a few days. Well by the next morning my husbands face was swollen . We went straight to Newbury hospital and were told he had a bacterial infection in his head!!! He needed intravenous antibiotics immediately . Shame on Arthur for not doing his job and treating us like we were junkies looking for meds! If we didn't get a second opinion my husband could be dead!! He was full of cat or dog hair sat like a slob very unprofessional!!! Disgusting man!

Not very professional, He tries to make you feel like a lot of Things are just in your head and refuses any sort of treatment options when it's not in your head I have sever depression he was the first doctor I went to he told me I wasn't depressed unless I was going to go home that night and kill myself every other doctor I have been to agrees that I have severe depression
