Hours never as advetrized. $40 cab ride wasted at 4 pm because it said they were open until 8pm. Doors were locked before 4pm. Happenes every time.. Dont get in before 3pm than be prepared to find another clinic even if they state they are open until 8. Just change your hours and say it closes at 4 so people stop going here and wasting their time. All I need is a prescription for antibiotics.. 2 minute appointment. Hell I even called first! Worst clinic I have ever experienced

The WORST doctor ever. The front desk provides you with more medical attention. You really should go somewhere else and not waste your time at this clinic, the wait time wasnt nearly as painful as talking to an incompetent doctor who cares more about getting you out the door while he brushes off your symptoms because he is too uneducated and close-minded to know how to help you. Please save yourself the trouble and learn from my mistake. 1 star is giving him too much credit. Dr.J.N. Dur. Focus on a new profession.

Went in around 8:30 AM, filled in some info, was shown to a room within 25 minutes, doctor saw me in within 10 minutes of that. Described my problem, he did a swab, wrote me a script, and I was on my way. Just how a walk in clinic should operate. Filled prescription at the shoppers that is attached to the building. Couldn't have gone smoother.

What a horribly run business. Not only do they place a closed for the day sign up at 4pm, meanwhile it states open till 8pm. But then I had the unfortunate realization of why, they only see 1-2 patients an hour. If you have 3-4 hours to throw away in a day, great! Come to this hole in the wall. I myself would rather sign up for water torture then try to get seen by a doctor at this pathetic location again.

We are from out of town and my 7 year old needed care for a fever and laboured breathing, among other symptoms. I am happy to say that he received fantastic care. He was seen almost immediately and the doctor was thorough and professional. I am thankful for the care he received.

This is got to be the worst walk in clinic I have ever been to! The receptionist discourages new patients and try’s everything in her power to refuse you to see a doctor. We were also notified by her that our policy didn’t cover the fee and she automatically denied us as she assumed we couldn’t afford the $50 fee. Absolutley terrible and I’m so surprised this place is still in business.

My husband and 5 year old daughter arrived at 2:45 and there was a sign saying it would re-open at 3:30 (why it was closed when it clearly should have been open we don't know) So they waited and got in line at 3:30 and then no Doctor arrived until 4pm. At 5:00pm they finally got put into a waiting room. There were only 5 people ahead of them. There is no way they should have been kept waiting for that long! So disrespectful of people's time especially when people are feeling unwell.

Very friendly staff took us in right away. It took longer for me to fill out the paperwork than it did to actually see the doctor. My 5 year old had been sick for over a week and is afraid of going to the doctor they made the visit fun and put all her fears to rest they were quite kind and got us in and out quickly they diagnosed my daughter and set her up with the needed medicine to cure her ailments and gave her a prize for being so brave. We were literally in and out in 20 minutes prescription in hand and my daughter happy and her fear of doctors conquered for now. Thanks a lot we appreciate the courteous service you offer and will definitely be back should one of us come down with something

Wait time was about 30 mind like it said on medimap (a great resource by the way!). Doctor didn't keep me waiting long. She was very pleasant, quick and kind. Write a prescription and I was gone. All in all, with visiting the neighboring Shoppers, I'd say it all only took an hour (a Friday morning). Very pleased! I'll be back next time I need quick medical care.

I feel the need to write a review here for those that are looking for a walk-in clinic and are reading these reviews. I almost did not go to this clinic (on a Sunday morning) because my husband read all of the terrible reviews and was worried for me. In the end I went regardless and was absolutely surprised to find out that not only was every person there amazingly friendly and helpful, but that it was a quick visit and I was out the door in an hour at best. The receptionist was lovely and the Doctor I saw (Dr. Parry) were both professional and lovely to chat with. Nay sayers love to complain and that is what you find here in the reviews. I am not trying to say that the complaints below do not have reason, but those who have good experiences tend to leave it at that. A good experience. Those who do not, need to vent. Understandably. I write this review simply to let those who are searching know that this is not a terrible place. I may even go so far as to say that it was one of the best walk-in clinics that I have visited. I moved to Quebec for several years and if you want to know a really terrible experience at a walk-in, go for a visit! 10 hours waiting, people in the waiting room sobbing, a telephone line that you need to call to book an appointment for the waits are just too long for you to bother to sit in the room, understanding that though you signed up, you may never be seen that day ... London... you honestly have it good here.

The front desk clerk was the rudest person I have ever come across. I arrived 2 hours and 15 minutes before the clinic closed, only to have her tell me with a smerk that they were closed. No sorry, no empathy, did not even care about my ailment... She clearly was not there to help a single soul, and did not suggest anything for me. This clinic should be closed. I've had numerous visits where the doctors barely looked at me, I've been mis diagnosed as well here. It is unfortunate because it is the closest to our home, but I will NEVER return to this clinic. Health care here is not proper health care, and I would not suggest anyone listen to these people.

The middle eastern receptionist with the glasses is incredibly rude. Instead of calling hard to pronounce names, she tosses your file to the bottom after the first attempt. She also doesn't speak very loudly. If you have an easy to pronounce name like Rob, she'll call you twice. Not only did she not write why I was there for the doctor, when I politely suggested that she try twice on difficult names and in a louder voice (there was 3 noisy children in the waiting room) she slammed the door and stormed off.

This is the worst clinic I've ever been to and their staff is indifferent and unhelpful. I was told it would be a 45min wait; it was a 2-3hr wait. I told the doctor that it was a throat infection, a recurring issue for me, and that if I didn't get on antibiotics quickly it would get worse as it had done in the past. She said it wasn't a bacterial infection, but a viral infection, and gave me a prescription for steroids instead. They called me back four days later to tell me that my results are in, but that I have to come back into to the clinic to get them. I explain that I actually live in Toronto and can't physically come in. I called them back later to ask if they could provide the prescription to my family doctor here, and they told me that my results were positive, and I do in fact have a throat infection. So I was right (as I should be, since it's a recurring issue), the doctor misdiagnosed me, I'm on steroids when I should be on antibiotics, AND they when I asked them to fax the results to my family doctor, they got really confused, told me to go to another walk-in clinic here, and hung up on me. TLDR: don't be tempted by the late/weekend hours. Not all walk-ins are made equal, and this one is a waste of precious time when you need professional medical assistance.

Worst walk in clinic in London... and thats saying something. After waiting 3 hours to see the doctor he didn't even LOOK at my throat before telling me I had strep throat and a lung infection. And to top off the appointment they sent me home with another girls doctors note, when I called in to tell them about their mistake, they didn't even have MY visit on file! Needless to say never going back. The receptionists could also learn how to smile once in a while.

I called ahead on Saturday to see that they would be able to do a physical for my AZ licence. She said they would be able to. Their hours said "8 am to 8 pm", but when I got there at 3:40 pm the door was locked, and lights out. The sign on the door said they reserve the right to close early if the patient volume is low. Meanwhile, four of us showed up, expecting to walk in, only to be disappointed, in a span of only 5 minutes. Low volume my ass. Now I am looking at my AZ being dropped to a G if I can't get time off work during the week. This is a total disgrace.

When arriving had to wait for receptionist to , take notes , check files , and answer calls , that came in after I arrived. After this I waited for 45 mins . Not one person was called in . And only 4 people were in front of me . Some lady came out to see her friend , saying she is still waiting in the second waiting room . I thought , "second waiting room?!" Also for the 45 min I was there I read reviews. I left pretty fast after that . Will never go back . And not recommended .

This is the worst and most dishonest Clinic Ive been to in London. I called at 430 pm on a Saturday to inquire about their times of operation and to make sure that their listed hours of being open until 8 pm on a Saturday was true. The lady who answered the phone told me "yes until 8 but we will close early to get the doctors out at a decent time". I then told her I would be there within 30 minutes and she said ok. I get there and the door is locked and a sign was up that they had closed for the day. I feel betrayed and lied too. not even a half hour after I call and they've closed. the Lady that I spoke to lied straight to my face and I came from across town because they are one of the only clinics with late hours on a weekend day. what is the point of stating you're open until late if you're going to close 3 hours earlier. This clinic is dishonest and untrustworthy and based on other reviews I see they are not very professional. 0/10 would NEVER recommend.

Hours are posted as closing at 8pm Sundays. Just brought my daughter in at 4:15 and the sign on door states at capacity for the day so closed....There were 3 people in the waiting room so unless it's going to take an hour per patient my guess is they want an early start to holiday Monday. I will file an official complaint with Patient Ombudsman.

I have zero complaints. I am new to the province and don't have a doctor yet. Some of my perscriptions were running low, the doctor quickly helped me out. She even checked my lungs since I happened to have a cold and gave me some additional advice on how to find a doctor here. The staff up front do a bang up job also. Very efficient.

There is no sense for being open on Saturdays. It says you are open till 8 pm but I got there around 4 pm the place is closed. I suggest you change your guys schedule if you guys want to be a-holes to leave whenever. You need to do a better job to keep your work place going or close it down for good or find someone who will take over and they will do better job than you guys.

I went into the clinic and it was empty, went up to the receptionist and gave her my card. Because my card was in bad shape shetold me 3 times to get a new card and went on to stating "well now I can't swipe it and have to type it in" and showed me 3 times the slip doesn't work so I apologized 3 times for her to stop complaining. She then rolled her eyes and kept nodding her head the whole time. When she asked me my postal code I replied "I'm not sure what my pistol code is. She again rolled her eyes and kept shaking her head. So I asked what the issue was and why she was shaking her head and rolling her9 eyes ? It was so bad I burst into tears in front of her because she made me feel stupid. I complained and all they kept telling me was well go to a different clinic. This was by far the worst I have ever been treated in a clinic and I will never be returning to this one again. I would call and make a formal complaint but they do not answer the phones. Dosnt even deserve 1 star. Wish o got the name of the women ..

????????Well..I spoke with dr. Jonathan keys. Having him just a few weeks earlier for a different minor issue compared to today...he's very focused and professional and took probably 1/2 hour on my .. yes.. 1 issue . To speed up the process as I spoke with 2 others waiting... I wrote down all my symptoms/concerns/ history to help him formulate and make the proper decisions a dr needs to make. He is good. Having been to this clinic a year ago I understand the 1 stars. Really I do. Office staff are well. Good now but yes.. rather rude before . The washroom... and I'll post a pic of ants around the toilet is disturbing. But... as for this dr. ..keys. I'll only see him if he's on. Guess I got a lucky roll of the dice . For some reason my dice ended up at start of my review..a dr. A Male dr that genuinely took his time resolving 1 yes 1 serious problem I had to deal with. Thank you.

Needed a cyst looked at that had become irritated and inflamed. Came in on a Thursday afternoon. Was quickly shown in to see the doctor. He was quite accommodating. They lanced, drained and dressed the cyst and I was back out in no time. Probably lucky in terms of my timing that day, but it has to be the fastest walk in clinic visit I've ever had.

After waiting over and hour to be seen i felt like my time was rushed through and was told i just had a cold and my throat was sore from breathing through my mouth! I ended up having to take the next day off work to go to urgent care knowing full well i had more then just a cold and of course was diagnosed with Strep Throat. I have also called about hours so i could take my daughter in and after being told they were open till 8, i was there within 45minutes to find a sign on the door saying they were closed for the day! Walked in, sat for about 15 mins, and then went into the Shoppers next door to call other clinics asking if they were busy. I then respectfully asked them to take me off the waiting list. There were 7 people before me, which is totally okay! However, the way the pace was going, I couldn't stand the idea of staying. People were wanting to get out of there before being seen. The wait times are super long. I didn't know they only accepted cash, they didn't tell me upfront. They didn't know how much the form I needed signed was going to cost, and I needed to go to an ATM, so they told me just to take out a large amount and go from there. I would have appreciated it prior to know all of that. I understand clinics can take a while, but it was disappointing to see people that were there waiting for such a long time.

THE WORST WALK-IN CLINIC EVER! I never really make any comments but I had to for this clinic. 1. I went there before their closing time--at least an hour earlier--and they shut down the door and said they do not accept any more patients because doctors have to leave by the closing time. 2. I went there at 6pm (their close time is 8pm) and waited for three hours to JUST get my RESULTS back and they haven't done it right. (They missed one part of the requirement) SO I HAVE TO REDO IT! 3. I had another patient behind me and the admin staff let the doctor see the other patient before me. She didnt say sorry and she just said she mixed up the rooms... 4. The doctor told her to receive 20 dollars for the form I had to fill and she charged me 45 dollars. 5. She said no to credit card so I handed her a 100 dollar bill and she told me to go break it down at Shoppers since they do not take the big bill.

If you get here early in the day, it's a quick wait to be seen. My experience with the doctors have been hit or miss. Had one physician test me for STIs (based on my symptoms) without telling me that he was doing that, but I came back clear and nothing was ever done or said about my symptoms...so it was a big waste of time with no communication to me as a patient. Had another doctor that tested me for strep and was amazing and told me clearly what was going on and what to expect. Prescribed me what I needed and took into consideration about drug costs/benefits.

Arrived at the clinic at 7:20 PM....stood in line behind an elderly person...was kept waiting until 7:33 PM, and then was simply dismissed while standing at the counter by the receptionist - when questioned why as we arrived before 7:30 PM she simply ignored us - VERY UNPROFESSIONAL - would not recommend anyone going to this clinic. I told the receptionist that I was going to complain about the service and she told me "go ahead, I couldn't care less" - with that statement, no wonder our health system is in the shape it is. So, I've decided to carry out what I said I would do...let London know that this is unacceptable and this clinic should be shut down or re-staffed with people who actually care!

Don't bother! Wait times are as high as 4-5 hours! Despite the clinic's name, there's only 1 doctor on staff. Not only that, with a waiting room FULL of people (because they continuously register people without telling them the rough wait time) a doctor left at 3pm and the next one wasn't in until 4! Meaning, there was a room full of people which continued to fill up further, WITHOUT A DOCTOR TO SEE THEM!

i had to get my thyroid medication filled. It's typically very annoying for me to have to wait so long for a very simple and necessary prescription. The doctor at this clinic recognized the trouble I go through for such a small issue and actually gave me multiple repeats!!! No other clinic has done that for me. I went there last Saturday because my 5 years daughter was having difficulty breathing and very dry cough. The doctor there examined her in less than than 2 minutes and told me she is OK and it's a virus so she doesn't need antibiotics ! At night, I had to rush her to emergency as her health deteriorated when I arrived there they told me that she is suffering from pneumonia and gave her antibiotics to improve her breathing and get rid of the infection. A doctor who isn't qualified to be a doctor despite his old age! Never go there unless you want to develop major problems or commit suicide!

No compassion towards patients from doctors or staff. Wait times are ridiculous. Usually wait at least 2 hours, to day was a 3 and half hour wait. Will not be returning to this location. Enough is enough.

Worse experience! I would definitely not recommend this place. I had been having an issue and was told that this specific clinic would be able to accommodate me. Once I went there, I was told that I would need a referral to get this done. Went to another doctor and got one then so rudely was told they wont be able to do it for another few months. When I know in fact many people have done it there without a referral on the same day. Please do not waste your time.

Like any clinic in the health care profession there will be a wait; it is what it is. I have visited this clinic many times over the years, mostly for child related illnesses, strep throat, etc. Never had an issue with the attending doctors or the reception staff. It is busy, they work long hours and they are dealing with impatient and ill people every day- they do their best. This is one of the only clinics I know of that is open on Saturdays AND Sundays so we are pretty blessed to have access to this service; the ER is the only other option and if I am going to have to wait two hours to be seen by a Doctor then I prefer 1) to have free parking 50' away from the front door, 2) a Shopper's Drug Mart next door to fill my new perscription and get a snack or a drink while I wait and 3) a Starbucks beside the building so I can get a delicious coffee. Your customer service experience is directly related to the energy you project so if you go in there ready to argue and complain about things then you likely will not have a positive experience.

My husband and I have been here twice, and customer service is horrible! The receptionist is really cranky and disrespectful. She speaks with an accent, which is not a problem, because we do too, but when we found it hard to understand her through the glass door, she made it seem like we were too stupid to understand her English. The first time, we brushed it off as we thought perhaps she was having a bad day. Our second visit was the same, so we figured we will never come back. It's a walking clinic, so we expect waiting time, but at least she could have given clients numbers or take their names. Instead, she just told everyone to wait to be called, which can be 20 minutes - half an hour. And when she called clients, she pointed at them, saying "you", "you there"..with a very condescending manner. When we requested to have a copy of the doctor's record, she repeatedly made the wrong copy of the wrong paper, and left hastily after dropping the paper in front of us. We waited patiently for her to come back and explained we asked for a record of the mumps shot my husband just received (she gave us a consent form for flu shot), she gave us a "who-are-you-to-annoy-me" look. As for doctors, the first one was pleasant and nice, but the second one was clumsy and uncertain. She wasn't sure if she gave us the right vaccination, which was terrifying. My husband also said the shot was much more painful than necessary, because her hand was shaky and slow. Luckily he is an adult and not a small child. This is by far the worse customer service I have received in London, walk-in clinic or any other service.

The male doctor made me cry. I was experiencing a very painful issue that happens to me from time to time that needs antibiotics that are not over the counter so I have to go to these places to get treated. Got there at 7:30am and waited for almost 2 hours. I know exactly what I have since I’ve been having this issue for the past two years very frequently, and it’s never been an issue beforehand to get my antibiotics. I couldn’t provide a urine sample for them because I had literally gone to the bathroom 3 times in my 2 hour wait with them in excruciating pain. He then proceeded to scold me for not being about to provide him with one and basically threatened to not prescribe me the antibiotics I needed to receive. I will NEVER be going to such a horrible place like this again with their lazy and unconcerned staff. Shame on this doctor

Clinic opened at 8am on a Saturday. I arrived a few minutes early and there were 8 people in front of me and a growing number behind me. The receptionist was quick to open the door and register all of the patients but the doctor didn't wander in until 8:45!!!!!! Seriously!!! You are going to leave a room of like 16 + sick people to wait until you decided to stroll into work?!? Not okay!!!

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!! It doesn't even deserve 1 star. The staff is horribly rude, and just plain dumb. I was there recently on a Saturday morning just after it opened, waited an hour (wait time wasn't the issue) the doctor was a complete idiot and I'm not even sure should be a doctor. First he tried to tell me information I was giving him (from another clinic) was wrong, did not know how to treat my issue what so ever, and asked ME what I wanted to do, um bud are you supposed to be the doctor? If I knew what to do why would I even be there!!! I tried to tell him the medication I was just on didn't get rid of my symptoms and when I went to show him the bottle (because I couldn't remember the name) he said " oh no I don't need to see it I know what you're taking already" then he looked and ASSUMED WRONG! He then kept asking me if I had my information right, which I did! Then continued to keep asking me what I wanted to do. Total idiot!!! Seriously this place is a joke do not go to this walk in clinic if you want to see a REAL DOCTOR go to an actual family doctors office, mine was closed on Saturday or else I would have went there. This clinic is the best clinic I have been to. I don't understand the last patients comments. She had a sick child, very sick, she waited in a walk in clinic for ? how many hours. When the Doctor told her she should take the child to Emergency then he is telling her, your child is sick, and needs more testing then we can do on a Sunday night with no labs or x'rays open to do any testing. did the child even give a urine sample, To me that is someone who did not get what she wanted and is clouding what really happened in that room.

I'm here at the walk-in now with my sixteen year old daughter now. What a joke. Front desk person is rude and lacks any sense of customer service. We came in, she doesn't even look up, we signed the clip board in front of her and sat down. About five other people came in after us over the next thirty minutes and for them she was asking their phone number etc... I went back up and asked why she didn't ask us anything as we have been here almost half an hour (not one person had been called in by then btw) and she said ' oh, that's not the sign-in, that's a petition'. I was so annoyed. I told her that she saw us walk in, sign it and sit down, any would she have not asked us anything. Now we have been here 45 minutes and are last in line. Her response was, 'what do you want?? Everyone is in a hurry you know!'. Only one doctor on duty. I'd not recommend this place is you have an alternative

I had an allergic reaction to the meds they put me on for a UTI, I had a big rash on my forehead and the doctor asked if it was a sunburn....... it looked nothing like a sunburn, I also had a fever and I almost passed out in the waiting room. The doctor was really annoyed with me and thought I was an indiot and I was lying, even after I told them about passing out at work. Instead of giving me a different med for my UTI with a med to counteract the allergic reaction they just gave me something to make the reaction go away and my UTI came back.. don’t waste your time here I’m always disappointed going here I refuse to go anymore. The only nice part about this place is the nurses, not like it helps you though.

AMAZING! I called in to get my knee injury checked out. The receptionist and was super efficient and polite. I chose to speak to the doctor over the phone for a tele medicine consult. I was seen in under 30 minutes. I called in at 3pm and was seen in about 30 minutes. The doctor was very kind and attentive, communicated clearly and suggested I go for an ultrasound for my nagging knee pain. They also put me in touch with the best physiotherapy place in town. Excellent patient care!

Not a good first impression of this place. After reading about all of the reviews of this place, they should learn some English. Go back to school so they can learn how to treat people better. I had purple streaks in my hair from a charity event-some how that was proof I was drug seeking. I left there & went to the hospital- I needed surgery. Stay away from these psychos.

I’ve been to this clinic multiple times and have had good experiences every time. The wait is generally long, though reasonable considering how busy they are and I have never had a concern about the professionalism of the doctors or staff. When referrals have been required, they are completed in a timely manner and information is communicated well. Due to the shortage of family doctors in the city (and for those of us who have family docs, the shortage of ‘emergency’ appointments) there will be a delay when using a walk-in clinic however if the standard of care is good (as it is here) then spending some time in the waiting room isn’t a big deal.

I waited an hour to see this doctor. an older man with a beard. Dr. Hodder or something like that. I had a very sore throat i could barely drink water without being in pain, and my psoriasis on my face and legs were bad and very itchy. i finally got called into one of the rooms. he walked, looked at my face and legs and said it was clearing up quickly and he wasnt going to treat me or give me any cream. he could have given cortisone cream and refer me to a dermatologist... i asked about my throat he didnt even look and said it was a viral infection and it will go away on its own.... he didnt check!!! how the heck does he know.. anyways i was super frustrated as i work for a fundraising company and i need my voice to be in tip top shape.. i went to another clinic down the road right after that. waited 2 hours. and saw a doctor. he gave me cortisone cream for my face and legs and referred me to a dermatologist. and he checked my throat it was clear and gave me things to do at home to make it better... now thats a doctor!

If it doesn't it was deemed so unimportant by those that run it, that it wasn't deemed an essential service. I was there yesterday. They are the worst I have ever seen. I saw Dr S. Ziradkar. I could barely understand his English. As I told him that My dad passed away last week and I have been under major stress. I have not been to work and would time off and needed a letter. He told he that he will not give a Doctors because I was lazy to go back to work. I rushed out of there with tears. He is cruel. Immediately, I went to commissioners and wharncliff clinic, and it was amazing clinic and with understanding and sympathized what I went through. I will never return and I feel that I needed to write this review.

Arrived at 1:30 pm. Was called to a room at 2:56 pm. There was 8 people they called before that me who had already left. I waited in the room until 3:25 pm. Asked how much longer because I had to get for my kids. They had 2 more ahead of me but said that I would be next. At 3:43 I left without getting to see anyone. During this time a watched a bunch of doctors hanging out and drinking coffee. Very little time actually waiting on the people in the room. This is why our health care is in trouble! Get your Health it then don’t help you.

I arrived at 730 am when they opened. The front desk lady was outside smoking. (Not impressed). Waited for her to come in. Registered. Then was told that the doctor should come in about 15 minutes. I waited until 820 am and then asked where the doctor was. She said that he would usually be there by 8am. The doctor finally came at 840am. Then I waited in the other room for another 15 minutes. the Doctor came in rushed. I had a red eye and swelling on my face and red dots almost a rash. He says " when did the red eye start?" And immediately started writing me a prescription for eye drops. He didn't even give me any attention after all that time I waited. Anyways I got much worse the next day. So I went to another doctor at Ernest clinic. Much better care. It turns out that I had shingles. Thanks for the eye drops , 2 hours and $30 waisted.

As most of the reviews say, avoid this place. It is very true that they only see 1-2 patients per hour. Also, they open early but won't see patients for an hour after opening. They will close 4 hours early because there are 4 patients and it will take until 8pm to see them all. If that wasn't enough, the doctors are terribly rude. The Thompson walk in clinic opens early too and is much better.

Do you guys think that ice is cold? You are wrong. Do you think that North Pole is cold? You are wrong again. It's nothing comparing how cold one of so called doctors in this clinic is. I cut my ring finger really bad at work slicing meat on slicing machine,right to the bone. Piece of my finger fell into the meat with lots of blood.I almost feinted.. My co worker wrapped my finger. I called my husband and he rushed me to ER Victoria hospital. We were told that we had to wait for 9hrs.So many people were there. We decided to go home.It was 7 PM,and go to Walk-in clinic next morning. We went to Ernest Walk-in clinic next day 9 am.So happy.There was no line up. Young female doctors tried hard to detach dry dressing glued by blood to my finger unfortunately with no success. She did not have spray to freeze up the wound to remove band-aid so I could feel no pain.. It's a small clinic. She suggested that this D.W.medical clinic on Commissioners rd can do what she could not. After arrival we explained to receptionist at this clinic what happened.She said that doctor can help us no problem. After 3,5 hrs wait doctors assistant told us that we will have to pay for this visit because previous clinic already charged OHIP. I was in so much pain.Tears were flying of my eyes. My husband agreed to pay $50. Few minutes later young dr C.Cookson came to inform us that she changed her mind and can not help us and we have to got back to previous clinic ,leave or she will call police. My hand was all red.I was shocked,disappointed.You name it.. After that we went to Victoria Hospital again and DR.John Gibson took great care of my finger.There was no line up.Thanks John. Do you still think that ice is cold??? I hope we will live long enough to see website where we can type our health problem,symptoms,blood pressure,body temperature etc.Print out prescription or just forward it to pharmacy and have medication sent to our home. Just to put those heartless,cold ,useless people who call themselves doctors out of jobs and out of our, patient's life. Keep in mind I NEVER leave reviews, so that should tell you something. I've always had good care from any doctor here, but don't expect to ever see the same doctor twice. The front reception is very hot & cold. Don't ever expect to wait any less than 1.5hrs even if you get here at 7:30am when the "open". The reception herself confirmed that the doctors don't arrive until "around 8:15", a full 45 minutes after they open. All this does is force people to leave their house very early to sit in the waiting room around others who are sick, not in the interest of public health. EVEN IF YOU ARE THE VERY FIRST PATIENT OF THE DAY YOU WILL HAVE WAITED ALMOST AN HOUR FOR NO REASON. They should change the hours to reflect when they are ACTUALLY open. Health care in London is terrible, the worst in any city Ive lived in.

I called to speak with a Dr as directed by the sign on the window. I have hurt my knee and I was wanting to have it looked at they refused to see me as they are only doing phone consultations. This is not how you practice medicine. You need to see your patients! They are double vaccinated so there is no reason they should not be able to see you.

Worst Clinic we have ever been to My wife was needing to talk to Doctor for the safety of our baby, and they kept charging us 100$ each time to talk to the Doctor for 30 seconds, later to realise they where taking to long so we went to Emerge to find out our baby has miscarriage, when the clinic would not send my Wife for a ultrasound or anything in that nature for a week, we paid for 100$ to have the doctor tell my Wife not to exercise and an all around nightmare experience, even during the most crucial moment for our baby , they kept wanting more money for 30 seconds of time for the doctor during a emergency. I would not recommend at any cost .

had a phone apt regarding chest pains and the doctor told me i needed an xray and Ultrasound. She told me to call the clinic back the next day to find out where she sent me to either London xray or my health. I called and the receptionist was extremely rude. She did not want to help me as she said "k well i'm not the one you talked to yesterday" . She did not want to help me what so ever. She told me 'they should have asked you yesterday, i'm busy right now so youre gunna have to wait for ATLEAST 10 minutes" snarky. then put me on hold with not saying anything else. so rude. I did not giver her the satisfaction of hanging up, i waited on hold for 22 minutes. This lady is ruining any good reputation that this clinic ever had. They do not care about you as you're just another 'walk-in' . but people care is detrimental to patient health and a properly run clinic. which sadly i did not receive here. The doctor was great at the time of the appointment, the reception was horrible. If you are getting paid, and having family doctors garnished for seeing their patient you can atleast go through with the test and complete them,otherwise you have no right to bill them. The lady working 11AM 09/09/2020 who picked up the phone needs to learn manners and how to treat patients with RESPECT!!!!!!!!! also, no one calls with results. Addendum: THEY DO NOT FOLLOW UP WITH RESULTS. MY RESULTS SHOWED STUFF THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN LOOKED INTO AND THEY STILL HAVE YET TO CALL ME. IT IS BEYOND RIDICULOUS. THEY DO NOT PROVIDE PATIENT CARE. I would give less than 1 start for this clinic. Dr are good but staff are sucks. I got whole list of appointment in random time for gynecologist by saying that call us for change time and when I called them nobody pickup my call, I tried to calling for whole week, even no answer for my voice mails. Finally, I had to go there in person just to change my appointment time as I wasted my time and energy. Eventhough, when I went there recepnist "Marq" was so rude to me and rather then listening to me she start telling her problems like I am working here since 8am, less staff, and even she doesn't know how to talk to patient. Is this there way to take care of patients??? I am going to change my doctor soon and will never go there to see that rude face again. I don't revprecom this clinic to anyone..!

Worst attention ever. Called before showing up and asked if I would be able to see the doctor right away for an opinion wether I should go to emergency right away. After checking in and waiting for half an hour, the nurse laughed at me and told me I was just like everybody else and would have to wait. The doctor came out and laughed at me as well and refused to look at my wound even though he was standing right in front of me. He denied the fact that I had called earlier to ask him if he would look at my wound right away. Said he never spoke to anybody on the phone. After getting tired of waiting I ended up going to the emergency and had to have 4 stitches put in. This isn't the first time the nurse has treated me unprofessionally, she's always made me wait extra time when I'm there. She did it to my daughter last time with her excuse being that the file got mixed up and we ended up waiting 2 and a half ours before seeing the doctor.

Wait time of 2 hours was acceptable but given a prescription that would have caused me serious side effects was not. The Dr went over my current medications with me prior to writing the prescription but when l took it to my pharmacy, the pharmacist was on the ball and noted that the particular prescription would have caused internal bleeding based on my current medication. She called the Dr and the Dr's response when told what the situation was and what could have happened replied "Oh ya" she then prescribed something else, again causing a severe reaction to my current meds. It was the pharmacist that found a medication that would work with no SERIOUS side effects. Thanks to the Dr l could have suffered internal bleeding because of her.......I will NEVER step foot in that place again.

Horrible !! I contacted this walk-in with an infection and spoke with the doctor via a phone appointment who prescribed me a medication to treat it. 3 days have now passed and they still have not sent the prescription to the pharmacy. My infection is also now worse than when I called in the first place... I've called this walk-in 2 to 3 times a day for the last 3 days. This is ridiculous and this place should be reported !!!

Dr. Chung was great! She explained throughly and showed concern which helped reducing my worry and stress. I am thankful for that! But the receptionist was not friendly at all, as if she hated her work. Patients are already panicky and full of stress. For this reason, I think people working in health care should be able to show sympathy and listen patients' concern.

Arrived at the clinic at 7:35am so I could hopefully be near the front of the line and get seen before work (it opened at 7:30am). Waited until 8:20 before noticing that the only people who had been there before me had also not been seen yet. When I asked the receptionist what the reason for the long wait was, she told me that the doctor hadn't arrived yet! If I was ever that late for work I would be in serious trouble. I walked out without seeing the doctor since I had to be at work before 9 and I was going to be on time (unlike this doctor).

Do not go here if you are transgender. I am not sure if it was a language barrier or just ignorance, but the doctor who I spoke to could not understand, despite me explaining multiple times. I do not expect the doctor here to be an expert on trans health care, but knowing that trans people exist and being able to direct them to the appropriate services is the bare minimum. I only give two stars because I have previously had good experiences here, but I was made to feel so invalidated and insulted during my last phone call. I will not be returning.

I went in to get a refill on my medication. Left in tears after the doctor was shouting at me, informed me I was wasting her time, and that I was clearly abusing my medication. Even notified my pharmacy that I was abusing my medication. After I spoke with my pharmacy, they had no idea what she was talking about. Which they explained to me as I cried in embarrassment. Wish I had read the reviews in advance, or else I would not have went here. Do not recommend for anyone, I have submitted a formal complain to the College of Physicians as no one should be treated with the level of disrespect and hostility that I received. I urge anyone else who has the misfortune of going here and receiving the form of treatment I did to submit a formal complain as well.

I waited 2.5/3 hours to see a doctor. When i came in there where only 9 people In front of me. You only see 1 person go in or out in a half hour time span. More and more people kept piling in and she kept registering more and more people. She would tell someone there was only 1 more person in front of them and then call 3 or 4 more people. The one poor lady was here before me and they forgot all about her. Anyone with kids that threw temper tantrums or cried got to go in before everyone else. People that missed there names being called because they weren't even waiting inside got to go in whenever they came back in as well. I will never ever return to this walkin clinic or recommend it to anyone.

Arrived here after driving to 3 other walk in clinics which had closed hours earlier as the holiday volume was heavy. There were 6 other persons in the waiting room before me, of which 1 left before seeing the doctor as they had an invalid health card. The receptionist was professional and the waiting area was decent. There was a variety of older magazines and reading material available to peruse. I was handed a first timers questionnaire to fill out that had a few seemingly unconventional or irrelevant questions on it. I was admitted about an hour later and then waited 10 minutes more in the examination room before the doctor arrived. The young doctor quickly and efficiently diagnosed my condition, then verified it with a quick 5 minute swab test. Total time from arrival to departure was just under 90 minutes.

Shame, Shame, Shame on them. A country bunkin doctors office in Mexico has better service and knowledge. The reception was not very inviting and ignored all I had to say, they only listened to what they wanted to hear. After sitting in the waiting room for 3 hours, I was told that I had at least another hour or so. I told them I couldn't sit in the waiting room no more as it sounded like a nut house with the lady and her 4 out of control kids screaming. The reception said that I shod come back another day knowing I'm having a Goubt attack in both legs and feet. What a waist of time!

Wait times are fine and normal for any walk-in clinic, and I think that many of these other reviews are unfair for targeting that. During busy periods 4-5 hours is normal. Many clinics are understaffed unfortunately and it is not the fault of the employees. However, the care was very poor, and I highly recommend a different clinic. The receptionist was unusually rude. I had been there since opening, and there were at about 6 people seated. The clinic was not busy, there were no addicts, no crying children, or anything to agitate her. Everyone was polite and followed her directions, but with each person she was hostile. The doctor was extremely dismissive, mumbled nonsense for about 30 seconds at me ignoring and talking over any request by me to repeat his incoherent ramblings, and generally created an uncomfortable air in the room. There are still many good clinics out there, avoid this one if you can.

Dr. Hodder is extremely rude (interrupts you for no reason) and doesn't care for anything else other than rushing to write you a prescription (he gave me the wrong medication for which the pharmacist had to fix). Don't go here for anything, especially for depression. He'll just make you feel worse.

They wouldn't let anyone in at 6:45 even though they're open until 8. I'd understand if they were really full because they'd need to get through all the patients, but when I arrived, there were only about four people in the waiting room. Why stop accepting people at that time when there aren't a lot of patients? I couldn't get there earlier, and I got there as soon as I could. They should change their hours for how long they are accepting patients until if they're going to stop a certain time. Now I have to take a day off work to get there when I just wanted to go after work. Thanks a lot.

I have visited the clinic on two separate days and have called two times since and each experience has been very positive. The receptionists have all been very courteous and helpful whether I was there or over the phone. I read an earlier review about a doctor who could not speak english very well. I waited about an hour, but that's to be expected at most clinics and even when I have a booked appointment with my family doctor. The doctor examined me quickly but answered my questions, swabbed my throat and returned to me quickly with a prescription. I wanted to address a separate health issue but most clinics are busy and only have time to address 1 concern at a time. Other than feeling a bit rushed, I personally had a pleasant experience with this clinic compared to others. I would go back.

I didn’t believe the bad reviews until I came here in person. I called them in the morning to make sure they accept my out of province health card, and I checked their open hours, told them I may arrive around 2:30 and they said it’s OK. Then I arrived at 2:30 and they were closed. The inpatient receptionist over the glass wall just waved to me without any explanation for the sudden close.

Absolutely useless, I went there this evening because I know I need an antibiotic for a recurring infection, got there 2 hours before they closed and the door was locked with a sign on the door stating they were closed, 2 other people arrived right after me and weren't so happy either. I went to this walk in clinic as a last resort, 5 years ago I went there for a doctor's note for work and received a call 3 days later informing me I was pregnant, when I explained to the woman on the phone that was impossible and she went off on me about how these tests were professionally done, blah, blah and I finally had to hang up on her because she wouldn't accept that she was calling the wrong person. I'm not sure how they stay open but they shouldn't be. I only went there this evening because they were the only one with advertised open hours in the city.

Awful experience. Walk in clinic that you can’t walk into. You need to phone them to arrange a phone consult which is fine. I was told the doctor would phone at 1:30, he phoned at 1pm while I was at work. At 1:30 I tried phoning back, nobody picked up until 2:30. By 2:30 the receptionist told me he was gone for the day. Just an embarrassing experience, avoid this place.

The doctor was ignorant and yelled at me while telling me that he isn't a family doctor and I need to go find one. He talked down to me the whole time and refused to help me with my situation. Terrible service. One of the chairs in the waiting room had some kind of foul smelling body fluid on it that they cleaned half assed. Finally saw a doctor who appeared to be on drugs(jaw clenching, sweating and seemed very off). He didnt look at me at all and took forever to write me a prescription for a fungal cream for jock itch and athletes foot that i had said i had tried previously and then only gave me a weeks worth of it! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Went to this clinic for a specialist app , not going to mention the Dr name but ive never felt so degrated as a human being in all my life, left in tears , basically everything i told him he would basiclly tell me i was not telling the truth , this doctor was a nightmare , not compassionate at all, and then told me he was going to tell my primary doctor not to give me no antibiotics to treat ongoing UTIs because he said that from what i told him , it wasnt infections at all i was getting. He wouldnt let me speak and if i did get any word in he would say no thats no right. This doctor is lucky i dont report him to the College, I dont know who this doctor thinks he is speaking to a patient like he did to me. I feel sorry for any person that see's this Doctor hes a very very hateful unprofessional and will try to rip any kind of dignity away , by the time i left i felt suicidal , dont go to this clinic if you have health issues because youll leave there feeling hopeless and defeated. Wait times are brutal, which is expected for a walk in clinic... but the worst is their hours of operation. They say they are open until 8pm Saturday but at 5pm when I arrived the doors are locked. I called and they advised me that they close at 3pm. Yet they are inside patients are waiting but not 5 hours worth of patients! They should not advise they are open to 7:30 most nights and 8pm Saturday when they clearly lock their doors at 3pm. Ridiculous!

The hours of operation apparently do not apply. The sign says open until 8 on Saturdays and sundays. Drove all the way there and they are closed. The voicemail for the foreseeable future says that they close to get the doctor out for 3pm. This forces us to the emergency room for a non emergency situation. Places like this contribute to the clogged up healthcare system. Useless building. Useless staffing. Useless doctors. If you cant take patients you are useless.

I don't understand all the complaints, got seen within 45 minutes with 7 people ahead of me and around staff shift change. They listened, did the exam, wrote my doctors note and prescription. I was home with meds within 1.5hrs and that's including waiting at the busy shoppers, buying groceries and getting the boyfriend some lunch. As good as any walk in will continue to use

Keep in mind that I have been to multiple walk-in clinics in the past and this experience was so bad that I actually feel the need to write a review. First, the wait times were completely absurd. There were 3 people ahead of me and I waited for 1.5 hours... I have no idea what took him so long with the other patients because he spent a total of 2 minutes with me. I went in basically knowing I had laryngitis but wanted a doctor to confirm. All that was done to me was a temperature check by the nurse and he just looked at my throat with a light. THAT WAS IT. Didn't check my breathing, my pulse, etc. Didn't ask me any questions. He just turn around and started writing a prescription. I had to ask him what was wrong, and he replied with "it's laryngitis" - not surprised. I then asked him if it was contagious and he said "not really...", and asked him if I should stay home and not go to work and he said "yeah, probably". The fact that he was so short with me, didn't actually check for all the signs to make sure I actually had laryngitis, and didn't give me concrete yes or no answers was unacceptable. I understand it's a walk-in clinic but you are a doctor and you really need to do your job properly.

And to top off the appointment they sent me home with another girls doctors note, when I called in to tell them about their mistake, they didn't even have MY visit on file!
