Never went back. I had registered with Dr.Osayi through Health Care Connect to which we may have sat down a handful of times. I did at one point have concerns around my hormone levels as I was entering my first bodybuilding competition and noticed changes in my libido as greater caloric deprivation began to take place. Dr.Osayi began to state that hormone assessments were expensive and that because his hormone levels were good at his age mine would assumedly be good as well. Needless to say I was taken back by this and addressed it then and there but lost a great deal of faith in him as I didn't expect for my family doctor to say "No" when wanting to inquire further into my own hormonal health - let alone the cost of such being an issue? My girlfriend at the time also had mentioned that birth control was often being brought up unprovoked and the notion being pressed at almost every visit despite her saying no. It's well known that doctors make a commission on the particular medications they prescribe but personal health concerns and preferences should take precedence over making a buck.

Dr Osayi is great! Moved to him when my family doctor retired. He is professional and personable. Have never had an issue getting an emergency appointment when needed. Well run office.

Imagine you come in for an appointment that you booked 3 weeks in advance and you're told they don't have you in your system? Apparently whoever took my appointment over the phone wrote down the date and time, but no name. I also requested her to have a physical exam and informed her that I'll be having wisdom teeth surgery shortly after, so she wrote it down as "pre surgical check up" and booked me for a 15 minute appointment instead of a full physical I needed. I waited to be seen for 55 minutes from the time of arrival (40 minutes past my appointment time). I understand unforeseen circumstances, but I wish the reception staff of the nurse would communicate - even one word to explain the delay or AT LEAST acknowledge it. When my doctor did see me she addressed my concerns and put together a plan of action, so I can't complain on that account. But overall experience and the receptionist's screw up leave a lot of room for improvement.

Dr Nair is an awesome doctor. I came in today a day early for my appointment about acid reflux issues and regardless of the fact that I was early, his team booked me for an appointment today and he saw me fairly quickly. Keep up the great work!

TBH dress to the nines ladies. Meticulously dressed callus mannered people running the helm. Sure makes his mama feel little outta place.. for pediatric doctors office

Will be seeking a new doctor, Currently have Dr Osayi, he is always dis reguarding my own health concerns, his opinion matters only. Recently asked for a full blood work and physical was flat out denied. I was recently put on insulin and i have noticed major negative changes when it comes to my heart, increased chest pain, and increased angina dis comfort, he said it was all in my head. Ending the service he provides as my doctor.

Dr. Danby is my children's pediatrician. The nursing staff is great--they're kind and efficient and very helpful. Dr. Danby is always professional, thorough, and informative. I am a sleep deprived, stressed out mother-of-three--I appreciate that I can have a straight forward discussion with Dr. Danby, she answers all of my questions, and provides book recommendations or handouts for the questions that need more follow up.

I want to give zero star. Worst family doctor I have ever seen in my entire life. I don't know how this office run business. My son was sick and receptionist promised that pediatrician will call to discuss more. We waited 3 days as hoping pediatrician will call. However, receptionist called & sent voice mail saying pediatrician can't see my son. Are you kidding me? There is no communication between Staffs and Doctors at all. Receptionist doesn't know what is the policy for referral to see pediatrician. Long story short, I would not recommend this office to anyone. You can find better Doctors in other places.

Dr Nair is very good and kind. He has always been a good listener to my issues and has always provided good advise and any medication that was required. Also the staff is very kind and Peggy is a wonderful person.

Too much staff coming and going. Makes you wonder what is wrong with the establishment. Have noticed nurses and front staff disappear within month's. Makes it difficult to get to know anyone and have your needs properly served. Whoever is managing this place is clearly terrible.

Dr Chavez-Johnson is an amazing listener and not one to push prescriptions!! In fact she’s willing to help you find alternative methods to get off your prescriptions!! There is always an appointment within a timely manner and you never wait long in the waiting room!! The receptionists are always polite, friendly and willing to get you in when possible!! And Peggy is just adorable!! She’s always smiling and really great with young kids!!
