The doctors here are wonderful. However the receptionist has zero people skills and could really use a lesson in empathy and compassion. Edit to add: 2 years later and the receptionist hasn't improved. I'm not sure she knows how to smile.

Have been going to this office for many years now. My previous Dr. retired and a new doctor took over. He is great. I see lots of negative things about the receptionist, but put yourself in her shoes. She has always been polite and when I needed to see a doctor urgently she was able to make it happen. Nothing but great experiences with Dr and Admin staff.

We were going to this clinic for most of my life and I have yet to say this but the receptionist is not pleasant to deal with. She never seems happy and needs to improve her people skills. We are in the process of changing doctors and had to put my 2 bits in.

I really like it here. I know there are a lot of comments about the receptionist, but she does her job very well and is to the point... it is a busy office and I get that you're not welcomed with a smile but , all of the staff there in my opinion are great and very hard working. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait but I also think that is because you're not being rushed out the door and you're not just a # to them.

The medical administrative assistant "Jenn" is super kind to me. She is always matter of fact, you have to be in a busy Doctor's office. Take the time to smile and ask her how she is, she would be kind back. She has never been rude to me and I have been going there for years. My doctor is great and thorough as well. No complaints from me. I'm thankful to even have a doctor. All the staff here are good at what they are there for. Give them a break.

The doctors here are amazing but the receptionist is a miserable lady and may need a new job, hate dealing with her & her attitude.. no people skills at all.

Doctor is fine. Receptionist needs help. Pretty rude and abrupt. Needs customer service training. Also needs to learn to send referrals to specialist, and following up. Pretty sad. I don't like to see or wish anyone loosing there job but she needs to do something else not involoving interacting with customers.

We absolutely love the practice and every need we have had has always been taken seriously. The main receptionist Jenn is amazing at her job despite the difficulties of working in a busy practice. We are so thankful for everyone at the practice and all of the amazing care we receive. Apparently, my doctor left this office and unbeknownst to me and without my knowledge or consent my medical records were transferred to another doctor. How I found out about it was absolutely unacceptable, I had some blood work taken for a specialist I see, a copy of which is sent to my family doctor, a receptionist from this office called me and instructed me to stop taking my medication and to come in and see a certain doctor, when I stated that is not my doctor is when I was informed of the "staffing" change that took place over a year ago. Normally, one could excuse a certain amount of confusion however, she was instructing me to stop taking medication that I was not on , for a medical condition I have never been diagnosed with, I can only presume that someone with access to my medical records would know my diagnosis and treatment. I do intend to take my complaint to the governing body because I believe this is completely intolerable and could be dangerous. EDIT; I wrote this review approximately 1 year ago, this morning I received a call stating that the doctor who now has my records is refusing to release them to the new doctor who has agreed to take me on as a patient, unless I pay him to do it. I have called the College of Physicians and Surgeons and filed another formal complaint and they referred me to a lawyer to in my area to deal with this facility. Please seek medical attention anywhere but here.

I am really tired of being asked by the receptionist why I need to see my Doctor. This is a COMPLETE violation of patient Physician confidentiality. I plan to let my Dr. know that if this happens again I will put in a formal written complaint against the receptionist.
