I hate this office location. you have to pay for parking and getting there during rush hour traffic is a nightmare. My appointments with Dr Despard have been cancelled numerous times, which is frustrating because she only works during the week, and taking time off from my job is hard for me and my spouse to do. And honestly, I don't like her personality or demeanor.

When my son was born it was a high risk pregnancy. Her advocacy during the delivery was exceptional. She then accepted us as patients at a time when family doctors were rare. Over the last 20 years she have provided excellent care

Dr Despard is very knowledgeable and caring. She has been my GP since I was 18 (I am now 38). She delivered both my children and was great. She is one of the last great old school doctors that delivered babies and made house calls when needed. She may seem abrupt at times but she isn't, she's just a very busy woman.
