Hard to schedule an appointment as my doctor is hardly there. Usually have to leave a message when wanting to book an appointment and then play telephone tag as I am working too. I feel as though the doctor doesn’t really know what to talk about in terms of my questions and is always looking things up on the internet. Not going to switch as London has a doctor shortage but not that happy either. Nurses are very friendly and easy going however!

Applied for a family doctor here only to have my human rights broken. By Dr Ejike Obute. "This man is unprofessional as well biased" He refused to take on me on as a patient. Cause of a false (blanket) mental label put on me by my past family physician. Who refused to treat me or oder further test till I sought a mental evaluation. Who had no reason to do such. Dr Ejike Obute said what makes you think I would treat you any different as a patient? Wow ???? Wow so you are refusing to take me on as a patient as I was referred to by Health care connect. Labelling me insane with no proof but passed biased doctor notes. This man should loose his license. I have proof doctors I record all.

I recently moved doctors to this clinic and could not be happier. Great facility, with a LifeLabs on site so you can get any necessary bloodwork done right away (within their business hours). The pharmacy is also fantastic. Highly recommend.

I have gone there 2 times now with the new Dr. and the wait time was low and the front desk women are very polite and smiley. The Dr. is very polite and takes the time needed with you within reason. I am very happy and give a thumbs up.

Pharmacy is amazing! Treats you like family and knows you by name! They very much care about you as a patient and I have never had to wait for my medications they normally call me to remind me they are waiting! They try to stock what they can if you cannot find it.. A.J is on a mission to get it in for you! I would never change pharmacists.

I have been working with AJ for many years. When he opened his pharmacy I moved all my prescriptions from Loblaw over to AJ. Sometimes the wait is long but I don't mind because I KNOW when it's my turn she's going to take the amount of time necessary to hear EVERYTHING i have to talk about.

Dr Obute is great. But. Long wait times to have a doctor call you back, not the end of the world though. There’s worse things that can happen in life. Crystal is wonderful and so kind but there is another blonde lady there who is so rude and questions you, even though she was not there when I was there the first time. I also don’t think it’s appropriate to not wear shoes and look like you’re going to run track at your place of work ????‍♀️

After a half hour, noticed a small sign on the one window stating the clinic was only open a couple of days a week. Nothing was posted online about this. Online shows they open at 8 am. Huge waste of my time. I would not recommend to anyone.
