I happened to see the previous review and although I do not doubt her personal experience, I really felt it was not complete for this office, respectively. If i could give 10 stars i would. I cannot speak of the walk in on a different floor, however I have been a patient at this office (as has all of my immediate family) for the last 25 years or so. I cannot write a glowing enough review to express how wonderful and comprehensive this office has been and continues to be. Through numerous, various types of medical issues this office has always made sure I got the best advice and treatment. Dr.Baass is down to earth and keeps her personal beliefs out of the office, where I have seen other medical practitioners "not believe" in certain disorders or treatments, for example. Time after time my forgetful self calls in for reminders about appointments, dates, etc and always have a million questions. They never seem aggravated or annoyed, are always extremely kind and I will absolutely be bringing my children here once they 'drop'. Recommend 100%.

Dr. Baass is literally the worst doctor that I have ever been to in my life. Huge step down from my previous family doctor in Aylmer. I was once 5 minutes late to a physical appointment due to traffic and she canceled it and charged me 80$ which I had to pay before I could see her again. She also does not advocate the value of good nutrition or proper exercise as a potential treatment for any conditions like hypertension, etc just pills for any of that. From my 4+ years of having been her patient the one thing I can tell you is this : she cares more about being paid and going home early than she does about the health and well-being of her patients.

***WARNING!!!!! DO NOT GO!!!!!*** Patricia Baass is the worst "Doctor" I've ever had in my life. There is a reason why there is never a wait...because she has no patients!! You can only speak to her about 1 thing and 1 thing only, they'll make you book another appointment...she's gotta make the money somehow right? She has a little book with her to reference what your issue might be...never ever have I had a Doctor do that before. She has no manners, she doesn't care if you're dying in-front of her. I left for a far better Doctor and they called and said there is a $50 file transfer fee that has to be paid for them to fax the files over. I called my new Doctor and he said not to worry, he'll get them" DO NOT GO TO THIS "DOCTOR" SHE IS THE WORST and she's been reported to the board many many times!
