Marianna is a wonderful caring nurse. The Doctor is fairly new but appears to be good. I did not give a 5 because they desperately need a receptionist. Marianna is far too busy to pull off both jobs. I often find no one answers the phones and the voicemail box is often full. Please hire at least a part time receptionist so people are not waiting days for someone to get back to them.

the doctor is fine but whoever they have for reception there now is very rude - on a call with her about a script I need today and as I'm trying to explain that I'm going away for a week, she hung up on me - when I called back she wouldn't answer - this is unacceptable behaviour from a professional and I think she needs to be reprimanded for this. It's not the 1st time I've heard complaints about her

I will not recommend anyone to visit there. receptionist are very slow and rude. Most of the time they don't pick up the call. and they never call back. very slow place. You can not get a treatment when you really need.

I was not even able to get through to anyone when i try to call. The phone line immediately cutts to a message saying that "the mailbox is full please try again later. Goodbye. " not helpful at all. No other line to be reached at. Very unprofessional.

Very nice nurse and doctor. If he thinks it needs to be checked out further sends for tests and to specialist. Very good service.

Dr Koyenikan is a very compassionate and helpful doctor. He listens very well, and I've never had an issue getting an emergency appointment when needed. His new staff at the front desk is polite and helpful. Thank you
