I had an amazing experience at Advanced Surgical Operatory two weeks ago. I felt so at ease before my procedure and could not have been happier with the results. The doctors were knowledgeable and the staff was so friendly. The procedure was quick and the recovery was short. Following my experience, I could not have more confidence in the team there! Thank you so much Dr. Rotenberg and Team!

Vanessa St Pierre

Great staff. Both nurses really advocated for my care. And they phoned in my prescription which saves so much time for me!

Amazing group of people! I had surgery here in the early morning and had an amazing surgical team. Bridget, my nurse, was extremely nice, informative, and helpful in every aspect. Before my surgery (while I was waiting after getting my IV), Bridget asked me what music I liked, then pulled out her phone and played some music for me (Country music). When she put the IV in, I didn’t really feel much. And when I was waking after my operation, she made sure to get me lots to drink (as my mouth was extremely dry) - she helped me drink until I was able to function fully. The rest of the staff, that is the other nurses and the anesthesiologist, were extremely friendly and made my 2 hour stay extremely comfortable and relaxing. Of course, the surgeon was extremely nice too and did a great job! Not sure if he works here too, as I know him from St. Joseph’s hospital. So I’m not sure if he just did the operation here or what (maybe this is the norm?). Regardless, at the end of the day, I was treated extremely nice by a group of great people and didn’t have any issues!

This seems to be decent facility for a number of medical/health needs.. possibly a little bit of a walk for some between departments, especially the elderly, but is clean and inviting. Limited parking and street parking is also hit and miss. I use the blood clinic on occasion, it was easy to find but a fairly lengthy walk. The bistro can be quite handy, a nice touch, and we've recently met the nice lady of the child care centre there who showed us Tiny Treasures, we will be definitely bringing our grandchildren there sometime soon!

My experience with AMG has been nothing short of amazing! I was on the lookout for a new physician and contacted AMG to inquire. I was treated and greeted by a kind, polite and positive staff. The facility itself is clean, modern and easy to maneuver through. My new doctor came highly recommend and has been a pleasure to work with. I give AMG 5 stars and would recommend them to anyone.

Jennifer Strom

Nice building and amazing staff have made finding a new doctor less intimidating. Thank you AMG :)

The receptionists are absolutely horrible at answering phones, you are better off going in person to make an appointment. And guess what, she’ll be sitting at the desk. Just won’t ever answer your phone call, or you’ll wait 15 minutes just to be hung up on. ????

Unfortunately I've had to change my review from 5 stars to 1 based on how they treat their staff. I had a really great team help me before but they've all left or have been let go due to management.

Tiny treasures is the only reason i still come to advanced medical group ! Love Stephanie & all the amazing children's activities. Unfortunately my dermatologist office is always an hour sometimes 2 hours behind on appts! Thankfully childcare is available and relatively cheap but please stop double booking for the same time slot for the same doctor! Perhaps have an online sign in where it tells u how long the wait is so we can avoid sitting in the office with no cell service for 2 hours.

Olivia Lee

The only reason why I come to AMG building is Tiny Treasure Play centre. My son and I've been at Tiny centre for almost 2 years. I like kids-friendly environment and various toys here. Most of all, Stephenie takes care of my son well. She is just wonderful, professional, and so kind educator!

Pauline Duncan-Thrasher

The cleanest , most professional looking medical centre I have ever experienced. Personally I love the fact that you are immediately greeted when entering the front door and asked where you are heading. I have always found reception staff pleasant. Washrooms are pristine. My three visits have been with Dr. Larry Schmidt; professional, friendly, prompt . Several health servers at one location to meet a variety of needs .

Great Building, Smiling faces, Lots to offer!

Lorna VanderPloeg

Very nice staff and beautiful building. Dr. Cowger is a fantastic and caring man. He removed a small growth off my back and I had regular checkups to see how it was looking. Will definately use their medical skin care facility next door too

Scott Willson

Seems like every week there’s a new set of staff there. Staff looks depressed, and clearly they need help. Management is terrible and cold and clearly have no idea how to run a medical building. Lots of empty rooms all over. Parking is a complete rip off as well. Also, only one entrance door? Lots of walking, so beware if you have difficulties with walking. Doctors are also not happy with management, it’s very clear. Also, how come I’ve seen registered and certified medical assistants acting as front desk reception? Seems very odd, and a waste of their thousands of dollars spent on college programs for being a medical assistant. Hire a receptionist, sheesh!

Dan Wright

Such a great energy and vibe from this place! Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable as well. Look forward to expanding the services in which my family and I use. Keep up the great work!

Tony Scott

Great Facility and a welcome addition to London Ontario. Everything health related under one roof makes keeping well easy! Also a great restaurant in the Lobby ;o)

Tarek Mohajer

Katherine and Cindy are SUPER helpful and friendly!! Thank you for getting me in so quickly.

Love Dr. Clary at AMG!!!! As a mom of 2 littles I had a ped who was good...but she had limited availability and so often had to take them to the walk-ins; and have seen many diff drs and found it very overwhelming and frustrating and I never really met one I truly liked. Dr. Clary was so warm and genuinely cares for her patiemts- never have I left feeling so understood and listened to! I have seen multiple drs with my kids and I have never felt as comfortable with any as I have with her! so fortunate to have found such an amazing dr!!! And one who is actually taking patients!!!!! The building is also new and nice easy to navigate which is a plus! Such a relief I can check AMAZING family dr to trust with my littles with off my to do list :) something I was beginning to think wouldn't happen.

Arlie Flynn

Dr. Malu is a joke .... can't see patients until next year. I was screened for cervical cancer, I don't want to get a pap but I need to. Let's hope I never get sick because I would be dead before he has time to see me. Maybe if he worked the same amount of hours a week as his patients he would be able to see more of them. I'd love an hour for lunch every day and be done every friday at 12.

Virginia Shoopman

There are so many places in this building, leaving a review is a bit awkward. Having said that, 2 ladies in maroon uniforms held the doors open for us, the apple a day bistro is delicious, the pharmacy employees are wondeful, the staff where Dr Matic's office is located are fantastic, the building is very clean and easy to find your way around!

carla randall

This review is for AMG surgical 1 floor. This place is amazing I will never go to the hospital for a surgery again. I was welcomed by 2 wonderful front desk staff and nurses. I was taken care of from the moment I entered to the wheelchair ride back to my car. I would call this surgical Team "The Dream Team" Love you guys!! Thankyou for the care!

Cluster Head Survivor (ClusterHeadSurvivor)

Zero stars is not an option but that is what I would give. Went for appointment. Stood in front of secretary for 5 min. Did not acknowledge my existence. Sat and waited 25 more minutes only then a blanket statement from her asking if anyone hasn't been registered yet? I said I've been here 25 min and now you acknowledge my existence? Well, Im busy she says. I took my health card back and walked out. Why does this woman even have a job there? Attitude. doesn't acknowledge you with a simple hello, or be right with you or please have a seat. Zero not a f'ing single word and ignored me on purpose. I will never return, You say you charge $75 for no shows. . Ive also contacted OHIP to ensure you dont bill them for an appointment I never had..... Follow up to their comment below...they never contacted me with their rubber stamp reply here or fakebook. What info do you need? its explained in detail above....I've had computers give better replies.

Just awful, horrible experience shuffled here after our family Dr retired. Tried to call in to ask when we could get in to see the doctor because our 9 month old baby is sick only to be treated like an inconvenience by the receptionist and not given a date to come in. Mind you in the past on other issues they've offered to call back only to NEVER follow up! Avoid this place you'll only be forced to find a new health care provider anyways. *Also the one positive review on here appears to have been places before this place even opened LOL

Kyung Soon Park

Tiny Treasures is a nice place for children. My son and his friends love to go there. Stephenie is very kind and make my family so helpful and welcome in Canada. It is nice to enjoy coffees in the café as they have fun!

To anyone posting about wait times and wait lists..... Stop blaming the Dr's and stop voting for government who cuts the funding and services. The medical front lines and staff are stretched very thin so they are doing everything possible with the resources they have in place. The physicians here are the best available in the area so I'll take whatever time they give me and be grateful to be seen by them. If it's urgent, than London has other services to help in those situations. Think of the influencing factors before posting absolute nonsense. If you have a problem, then ask to speak to a manager. There's always someone around to help and accurately explain a situation

The moment I entered the centre I was greeted by their welcoming receptionist who made it comfortable right from first interaction. Then through the doors where I met Bridget RN who prepared me for surgery, easing my anxiety with her experience and confidence, knowing when I woke up on the other side of anesthesia Bridget would be there to resume taking care of me post-operatively as she did pre-operatively. From A to Z, the staff here are nothing short of the best! The centre is state of the art, immaculate, with evidence of their focus on patient-centred care. As a Registered Nurse, and having my fourth surgery, the standard of care provided at Advanced Surgical Operatory far exceeded my expectations. Every surgical experience should be this amazing. Thank you to all of you for taking such great care of me! Sincerely, A very happy recent patient of Dr. Farhang! (LM)

Not at all impressed with Dr. Roberts or the facility. Very corporate feel. The doctor seemed very “green” to me. Not a laid back relaxed atmosphere in her office. Took a couple of weeks but I found a GP I’m very happy with elsewhere.

Celina McDonald

Not happy. Walked over to the walk in clinic at 4:43 and was greeted with the door being closed and being told the doctor had a meeting. They don't close until 6 so why is the doctor scheduling meetings before they close! Not a good impression

Tess Wolfe

There's no way to sugar coat it but AMG is simply very corporate without the touches of a good old family doctor. IMHO this facility cares more about the bottom line than the things that are important. Unnecessary tests for myself & my husband. It seems to be structured to have patients come to the office more than necessary. Sadly from management to the receptionists it is very unwelcoming including Dr. Roberts who lacks good bedside manner in my experience. Not recommended.

Mike N

If i could rate half a star i would

Mike Bruce

Despite its name, whatever you do don't ask them to quote you on creating a bionic person. They are advanced, but not THAT advanced. My gammy enjoyed them. She's half bionic though. She's got great hearing and vision but she's not allowed near dogs anymore as she can hear their thoughts apparently. Free parking.

Chris Smith

Awful, in every way, shape and form. I can't believe that this is a medical office in Canada.

Amber K

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this facility. I started with a new GP here recently and have been very pleased with my experience. The staff are always professional and welcoming with smiling faces. I find it super convenient that if I need any further testing or to get a script filled I can do pretty well anything in the building and I don’t have to make extra stops on my way home. Great experience so far and I would defiantly recommend to anyone needing services provided here!

Lila Graham

My 3 year old daughter Hannah and I are a huge fans of Stephanie at Tiny Treasures. We absolutely loves Stephanie! Hannah feels completely at home there and always has so much fun. Stephanie puts so much effort into making Hannah's time with her both fun and educational. Stephanie is the real deal.

Kimberly Truong

Just came here after my doctor retired. Dr. Roberts has been very welcoming and generous. Been to the walk in clinic as well, Lauren is the best receptionist ever!

I just recently heard about this place and needed to take my 3 month old son to the walk in clinic. I couldn’t get through on the phones to inquire about wait times and hours but came straight in and was helped right away. The ladies there were fantastic. Tara and dalama helped me out and made me feel at ease. They were very knowledgeable and approachable. There was no wait at the walk in clinic and I saw a doctor right away. I did not feel rushed and she answered all my concerns. I would highly recommend anyone. Just lovely staff all around!

Ben Holden

Pretty short wait times usually. Friendly staff

Anne Mac

Do not recommend this place. Spend more time dealing with answering machines then a receptionist to book appointments. I waited to see dr. Schmidt for over 20 min, he was outside the room talking small talk to someone. Worse part is a nurse came in and assessed me and I never did see the doctor at all. I hope the nurse got paid for that visit and not the dr.

wopp sided

Never good. Been there twice, treated like a low life. As many, without family doctor due to retirement. Been on waiting list since Sept of 2015. Receptionist acted like a Gestapo! I just wanted my ear checked?

Living in the neighbourhood our intro to Advanced Medical Group was a community bbq. Once inside we were pleasantly surprised at the many amenities under one roof.Doctors offices, hairdressers, pharmacy, small restaurant and much more. It has been particularly useful for us as this facility offers a childcare service which we use quite oftne. It is called TinyTreasures and I highly recommend it. Parking can be an issue at times.

Kelly Baker

What a great building! Everything you need for health care and seniors' living... all in one place! And the Bistro is wonderful!

Selim Batti

This staff reminds me of the Vegas Golden Knights Hockey Club in the N.H.L.. For sure along with their coach they are all 1st Rounders.

Debra Bray

The Advance Fitness Centre - located on the ground floor of the AMG Building - is a wonderful facility that caters to older people. It is managed by Spencer Raposo a knowledgeable and caring kinesiologist who offers an option for a 90-Day Rejuv program with one-on-one sessions tailored to individual goals. He applies exercise science to our gym activities to prevent and treat injuries or medical conditions; he helps to improve health and wellness for each client including my 82 year-old mother. We have found Spencer to be a warm teacher and coach, and feel so lucky to learn from him! Health is our wealth.

Matt Smith

Efficient, clean, friendly and knowledgeable staff. It's definitely a "Caring Facility"

Have nothing but positive reviews for this medical facility. In both walk-in clinic and regular appointments, I have experienced excellent service and in a state of the art facility. On one occasion I had a referral to a specialist with offices in the same site -- very convenient!

Mz Black Pearl - Abbygail Acham

I have a great family doctor here. She is attentive and thorough and listens wholeheartedly. I can tell that caring about her patients comes naturally to her and she genuinely has their best interests at heart. I have also been seen by the other doctors in the walk in clinic and they were great, as well. I appreciate the care and convenience that I get at AMG. I'm glad that I've found this facility.

Jon K

Came here recently, as my grandmother is a patient upstairs with dermatology. The ladies upstairs were amazing. Also, we got the chance to meet with Lauren from the walk in clinic. She's very friendly and caring. I would definitely recommend this building for everyone.

Mateo Gonzalez

Unable to access care

Laurie Bowen

Tiny Treasures Play and Learn Centre is amazing! My girls didnt want to leave and Ms Stephie is so nice they keep asking me when can they go back!? Highly recommended! No child wants to sit in a doctors office waiting for their parent!

Danny Mac

This is a wonderful facility for surgery. The service was exceptional from check in to check out and the entire procedure was conducted in a smooth, orderly and friendly manner and in a very comfortable environment. The level of comfort and efficiency is simply superb. I highly recommend this facility.

Angela

The absolute worst doctors office! Was referred there due to my family doctor retiring in 2015 and still do not have a family doctor. Was assigned one who then left the practice as she was forgetting appointments, not making referrals she said she did and over charging patients for work she did. I then waited 6 months until I contacted them to make an appointment to which they stated I hadn't had a "meet and greet" yet with a new doctor and therefore wouldn't be able to make an appointment. They weren't able to schedule an appointment for me until 3 weeks after..and by then the issue had subsided because I went to a walk in clinic. That was just one issue, the list goes on... This is the most unorganized and unprofessional medica center I have ever experienced and would never recommend this place to any of my friends or family. Don't waste your time!

Jaclyn Morris

Nice. professional and clean. Wait times were a bit long but I was still in and out in an hour, but that's what you have to expect at a walk in clinic.

Joyce Alden

My daughter LOVES going to see “Teffy” (Steph) at Tiny Treasures. So thankful to have Steph and Tiny Treasures when I need to get bloodwork done!!

Terry Wright

Wow Start to finish terrible experience. 3 weeks to book appointment got there half hour early and Dr Kody NO SHOW .Reception downstairs and upstairs could care less absolutely no help at all . Was only there to get scrip filled heaven help you if you are really sick.Wont be back thanks for nothing.

I periodically go to the Dynacare Lab at Victoria St. Manor Village for tests. When I do, I always leave time to visit Tiny Treasures just for the pleasure of watching Stephanie with the "little people". She, and the environment she has created are just wonderful.... I wish I had small children again so I could take them there.

First time with Dr Cowger? Sift through other reviews here related to reception staff to prepare yourself. This comment is unrelated to Dr Cowger whatsoever, only the reception for this Dr's office There is an incredibly unwelcome 'welcome' message. A generic robot voice simply saying 'please leave a message' would genuinely be more of a pleasant greeting than the woman you chose to record that welcome message The reception only pick up the phone during certain time frames, not during their full office hours. Why do you do this? I'm only asking because your reception does not pick up the phone during those time frames anyways, so I'm actually curious what are you hoping to accomplish by asking your clients to only call at certain times? You charge clients for cancelling appointments without 48 hours notice. But your unwelcome message says you may take up to 72 hours to respond back to clients. Does this make sense to you? Your reception was incredibly rude and passive aggressive with my request to cancel an appointment and for a call back to confirm it's cancelled - do you realize that for your clients to avoid getting charged a fee, it might be important to confirm with that client that the appointment is cancelled? Also, among the many complicated issues your office receives, I would imagine "cancel appointment - and please tell me it's cancelled" is among the easiest Your incredibly unwelcome welcome message clearly says to not leave duplicate messages so I waited the 72 hours. I then waited in total 4 business days (more than your 72 hour call back response time) to confirm an appointment cancellation, so that I don't get charged. Your reception finally called me back, and obviously only due to the fact that I called this 2nd time as they called me back almost immediately after. Your reception claimed I called everyday asking about the cancellation, which I did not. Do you have a call log showing my number call every single day? How did she verify I called every single day? I'm very curious why your reception lied about this literally insignificant detail. What is their lie that I called everyday accomplishing, besides aggravating your client? Your reception said that from the original message, 4 business days ago, my request was already done. So, here's what I'm wondering: How would your client know this, if your reception does not tell them? Is your process to complete client requests, but then take 4+ business days to tell them about it? The lie your reception claimed, that I am 'calling everyday asking' over a period of 4 business days, and on day 1 my request was complete. In this imaginary scenario, why is your reception ignoring a client's question on day 1, day 2, and day 3 then if the request is already done? So either she is lying, or I am lying. Let's look at her version of this: She did what a client asked on day 1, but didn't confirm this with the client as they had asked. She then chose to ignore the supposed/imaginary call on day 2 even though the request was done and all she had to do was inform the client. She chose to ignore the supposed/imaginary call on day 3 even though the request was done and all she had to do was inform the client. Then for no reason in particular on day 4 (besides me actually calling, and not her imaginary phone calls) she decides now is when she should respond to this client. Does this obvious lie by your reception, make sense to you? This is an awful way to treat clients. This is the impression you've given me, before I even meet Dr Cowger

Mr saxophone

lovely receptionist in dermatology, the short girl with black hair, I have arthritis and have asked her if it was ok to buckle my shoes because i couldnt bend down and she was very kind and a lovely young lady who did it with a big smile on her face and gave me a hug- reminded me of my grand kids. She also always returns my calls promptly and the doc and nurse are good too. They take good care of you there. Thank you

The environment here is positive and staff are excellent. I have used many services here and will continue to come back. Highly recommend!

Steph at tiney tressures is amazing! I have no worries dropping both my children off with her! The food at the Apple bistro is so good and made fresh!

Hi I would like to share my experience with Amg, I use several of their services and have never been disappointed. I am a veryyy long time patient of the fabulous Dr. COWGER!! reading these negative reviews prompted me to type my own as they are very untrue! I have never had any issues with Dr Cowger or his staff AT ALL. They are kind, polite and very efficient. I have lots of skin issues and his receptionist ALWAYS gets back to me on time, is kind on phone and in person. It has been nothing but a pleasant experience here. I urge anyone to go in person and take a look you will be warmly greeted and well taken care of. These three are a great trio, they work endlessly to bring the best care they can because they care. This is stellar service and I have recommended Amg to lots of friends! Please do not rely on negative reviews, these people are probably miserable with life! Kudos Dr. Cowger and team!

Tori Money

The second floor reception was very helpful. I came to inquire about family physician's accepting new patients and the services the building has to offer and a lady named Tara greeted me right away with a smile and gave me the information I needed. Another woman, named Christina made sure my application got into the right hands.

Dawn McChrystal

Our family Doctor retired and we were referred to Advance Medical. I'm disappointed with the service and the layout is cold. My teenage daughters were there for a "meet and greet" which turned out to be a physical where they were weighed in a room full of other patients. We later received a message stating that we needed to provide my daughters health card number so that we didn't receive a bill for the "meet and greet" which turned out to just be an unecessary visit that they billed OHIP for. I'm looking elsewhere for medical care and would not recommend this place to anyone. Unorganized and unprofessional. Clearly out for profit.

Lord G

Denied ODSP since the doctor changed my responses to being less severe. I know this since i still have a copy of what i submitted to the doctor and my lawyer has a copy of what was submitted to odsp. Brings me in to tell me to make another appointment. Changes medications I've been on for YEARS for no actual reason. A waste of parking, of gas and of time. The only saving grace was the receptionist who seems competent but enables the doctors uselessness. Want to know why they have a sign hanging that says "rudeness wont be tolerated"? Because telling him how he truthfully is hurts his worthless feelings!

Lilliann Isley

The second floor reception staff are amazing and so helpful! My fiancé has appointments here, and the person he sees does not have a receptionist, but every time we're there we are always greeted by Tara and Christina, they always have smiles, always willing to help and they know how to make you feel comfortable!

Stacy Chandler

Definitely an awesome facility! Tiny Treasures has been a Godsend for me. I can sit in the Bistro and get some work done on my laptop ( free wifi ) while my son plays with Miss Stefanie. Glad I stumble upon Advanced Medical group.

Zac Piette

Been on a waiting list for six months

Andrew Daigle

I have experienced a great deal form this facility. The staff are always friendly and inviting. The walk in clinic is really quick, and I will even be joining the gym. I've even made use of their nutritionist. I would happily recommend to anyone to try this place out! All in one facility for health!

Mohammad Hassan

Extremely useless, knowledge-less medical center. I had fungus in my chin and this stupid Dr. Cowger (doctor!!!) wasted my time for more than 1 year and now they have grown all over my head. I will sue him what ever it takes. his CPSO no is 95642. NEVER EVER go there.

Rachel Burr

Throughout COVID I have felt extremely safe at AMG with how clean the facility is, the extra precautions everyone is taking, and the warm and inviting atmosphere from all of the staff. I love having a pharmacy on site for all my essentials. I recently received my flu shot at Pharmasave and I only have rave reviews for how it went. I did not feel a thing! This is the first time in over 12 years of receiving the flu shot that I did not feel it. I would highly recommend AMG to anyone looking for one of the many services AMG offers.

Gina C.

Great medical care in great facilities! Lauren was great, super friendly and helpful.

Jack George

This office is a joke, they are so unorganized and nobody seems to know what they are doing. We were "transferred" or picked up by them when our doctor retired and we have had nothing but trouble. My wife is 4 months pregnant and hasn't even seen the doctor yet, every appointment she has gone to the doctor that she has the appointment with is also working the walk in and is too busy to see her which means a "nurse" or someone else comes in and asks a couple questions and thats it. Just called for our next appointment and they can't see here until Sept 26, that is 19 days, should it really take 3 weeks to get an appointment to not even see a doctor because they are too busy? Oh and every time we have had an appointment they have been at least an hour behind, no matter which doctor we had an appointment with they are never close to being on time. We are so fed up with this absolutely ridiculous excuse for a medical office that we have switched doctors. If you are even thinking of going here do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Joyce Bader

Found the staff to be top notch. Dr Cowger does not rush the office visit. You never feel hurried in any way. Easy to speak with and gives great advice. Will continue to seek his advice.

John Pollock

Very happy with the care that our mother/mother in law has been receiving.

Sun Chaser

Every time I go there the women at the upstairs office as you walk up are extremely rude. For someone who deals with people every day they have no proffessionalism at all...even when they pick up the phone they are rude. Not helpful. I hate having to call or go there.

Dani Carswell

Amber Yerema

My first walk-in experience was great! End of August, came in on a Thursday, hardly a wait, good service. Unfortunately, today I took the morning off work, arrived at the clinic for 10:10am (open time on website states 10am) Only to be told the walk in clinic is no longer open on Thursdays and they "really need to update the website". Now I'm waiting at another walk-in with a large wait because they opened at 9:00. BE AWARE, walk-in clinic only open Tuesdays and Wednesdays now!

Sally Bay

Staff is very friendly, I can always get in to see my doctor quickly. The building is very nice and clean. I always leave satisfied :) The environment is very caring and comfortable.

Jan Lesser

We found out about Stephanie at Tiny Treasures when my Aunt moved in to the Manor. Stephanie is amazing. There is no one I feel more comfortable leaving my grand kids with. Its lovely dropping off the kids for a few hours so we can have a more relaxing visit with my Aunt. Thanks for being so great. We love you Stephanie!

Frank Pommier

When I was submitting my application for a family doctor before Christmas 2017, the staff at the front desk on the second floor was really rude. I know a few people that submitted applications for a family doctor here. I suspect that they have a bit of racial preference because none of the "ethnic" people i know received a response yet my obviously "Canadian" friends got in fairly quick. I personally did it twice ever since they opened. It's been a long time and I didn't even get a phone call.

George Rogister

There were some difficulties at first, Now I have been assigned to a specific doctor - Dr, Osagie. My experiences with her have been excellent.

Lauren Russell

Beautiful building and amazing staff! The physicians and MOA's are super friendly and caring.

Emily Castillo

I just want to know why I have had 3 family doctors at AMG now over the past 2 years? Each of them replacing the previous. I started off with Dr. Mazzuca, who was amazing, then she left before her contract was done (which is something we had asked when we had our meet and greet with her at the beginning - is if she had a contract and how long she would be staying at the practice to which she responded was she was under contract and couldn't leave), and then she proceeded to leave a few months later. Then, Dr. Osagie, who stayed for about a year, and now this brand new doctor who is replacing her. Why can't AMG keep a family doctor?? This is getting a bit ridiculous and I can't help but wonder why all of these family doctors that arrive to replacing a leaving family doctor, keep leaving. I've had 3 family doctors over the past 2 years and that doesn't seem right.

Jennifer Wood

I had a wonderful surgical experience here. Everyone was kind and caring and I truly felt listened too. Thank-you to Bridget and Dr. Rotenberg and the rest of the wonderful staff!

Samantha Cohmer

While in office I always have a great experience, everyone is very friendly. However, three times in the past two days I have waited on hold for 10 minutes someone to answer for me to make an appointment for my son and ended up hanging up. And it has happened in the past as well. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE - how am I supposed to make a doctors appointment for my child if you don’t answer your phones.

John Gibb

I must commend this business highly. After some teething problems with a rude receptionist upstairs, I am delighted to say we have had most excellent experiences here. We are overjoyed to have such a competent and pleasant doctor to care for us. Dr. OSAGIE is everything you could wish for in a family GP. I have just found out about the gym and will be investigating that ASAP. The concept of having all medical needs in one building is refreshing, especially for consumers who are new to the City. I hope to use the dental facility shortly.

Had a breast augmentation done at AMG. The staff were so friendly and the nurses were AMAZING!

Switched over to this place after my doctor retired. The new doctor has been very helpful and kind. Will be staying with this place. The people who work at walk in clinic are also very approachable and friendly.

1. Never answer the phone, I have left a few messages and I did not receive a message back or I did a few days later, which was already to late. 2. When you call, it takes several minutes before someone picks up the phone 3. The Doctor (which I’m not going to name), only accepts one problem per visit. So if you have a few problems which need to be addressed immediately, good luck!!! You’ll be doing 1 visit per week :p 4. The hours aren’t good! if your someone that works 9-5 through out the week and doesn’t get time off easily, then check out a place that has better times and better customer service! *Also, the front reception needs to step up on there attitude, I get we all have bad days, but patient care is always a priority

I work at this building part-time, not within the medical group. I have had a favourable experience with the administrators and the staff at Advanced medical group. My favourite is the 'Apple a Day Bistro' -- always healthy!

The care at Advanced Medical was exceptional and I would highly recommend it. Kudos to Dr. Rotenberg and the team and special thanks to Bridgette for her thoroughness, compassion and quick responses to my questions.

This is an excellent facility with a scrambled vision. At first, I was confused as to the purpose of the medical building that has been under construction (forever) at the corner of some prime real estate - the advertising led me to believe it was a retirement home for fancy old people. I could not have been more wrong. Inside, there are a number of businesses that operate individually but under the same roof. It's more like a shopping mall for your health. Basic services are the walk-in clinic and Dynacare Laboratory (with online check-in) which are both new and clean. Staff has been friendly and helpful for us. There is also a Rexall Pharmacy on site for convenience. The biggest secret is the fitness centre and if you live within walking distance of this building or care about your health you should be coming here for this alone. The equipment is brand new and it comes with free yoga classes in the evening. For about the same money as a Netflix subscription, this gym has been incredible value for us. The personal trainer gives classes (optional) and knows her stuff. At the time of this writing there is also a dentist, dermatologist, nutritionist, hair salon, vision centre, and a child drop-off room (which is awesome and the one of the most used things in this building for us). They also have a (licensed!) patio and bistro to greet you as you walk in the front doors.. however, it's sad and I never see anyone there (except building staff, which explains the cafeteria-like vibe of this area). We have had a few bad experiences at the bistro. Would avoid for now. Overall, this is a neat little spot with lots of promise. There are family doctors on the 2nd level and I think the retirement community is on the top floor, but there is a lot excellent services inside that anyone can enjoy.

I had a wonderful experience here with the medical secretary team. It was my first visit there and the ladies julia, Cristina and Tara directed me to the office I needed to go too.

This is the worst doctor's office in the city. OVER A MONTH AND A HALF JUST TO SEE DOCTOR! Not only are the reception staff extremely rude and inefficient, the doctor's themselves are rushed and do not even make an effort to get to know their patients. I switched to this office a year ago to be seen by Dr. Kodi, within a month I was notified he was no longer practicing here and that I was transferred over to another doctor. After setting up a consultation with the new doctor, Dr. Osagi, I was again informed that she was no longer practicing here and I was automatically switched to another doctor. Now to book any appointment with MY family doctor it is over a month wait, the reception staff advised me to go to the Emergency Room if i need to be seen sooner. Why do i even have a family doctor if I can't even see them in a somewhat timely fashion and am instructed to wait 6+ hours in emergency for a simple concern.

I am very disappointed in the way Advance Medical is run , when my family Dr retired in 2015 we were referred to Advance Medical, on my first 2 visit the Dr had with him another patient medical chart instead of mine, we both have the same name & now that Dr Schmidt has retired I still don't know if I have a Dr yet , I submitted my application before Christmas of 2017 , I would also like to mention that the staff upstairs at the front desk are very rude, I was hoping to see some friendly staff there by now but that hasn't changed . Unfortunately the only place you get a friendly atmosphere is when I take my grandson Kian to play at Tiny Treasure.

First of all, if you are considering Balloon Sinusplasty, I would 100% recommend it. My hope is by sharing my entire experience, it will put your mind at ease. I have been in need on Rhinoplasty for at least 10 years with a severe deviated septum. The symptoms on my right side would get so severe, I would actually have panic attacks from the feeling that I could not breath. I knew that I could not forgo a standard deviated septum surgery as I had it done once before in 1984. I reached out to Dr. Rotenberg after hearing about Balloon Sinusplasty. Right from our first encounter (which due to covid was via phone), I felt confident that is procedure was right for me. Dr. Rotenberg answered every question and then more afterwards via email. Dr. Rotenberg's staff at St. Joe's were wonderful. Desiree (Dr. Rotenberg's administrator) was always a step ahead. When I finally did have a 1 on 1 with the doctor at St. Joe's, I was very impressed with all the staff. Never once feeling I was putting anyone out. I had a list of questions on a sheet of paper so Dr. Rotenberg sat down and answered everything. Coming from Windsor meant much had to be completed via phone. My preop with Gracie-Ellen just confirmed to me that I had made the correct decision. Again, you could tell she cared about her patients and making sure they were comfortable and informed. The procedure took place first thing November 20th. I was greeted with a big smile by Kim who made me feel comfortable right away. Next, I was greeted by my nurse Brigitte who took care of me physically and emotional through the entire process. She is truly a kind, gifted person who loves what she does and you can tell she does. AMG is lucky to have her. I then met my Anesthesiologist, Dr. Eddy who took me through the process step by step. In the OR, I was impressed at the steps taken prior to the surgery. "The surgical pause" to ensure every person in the room was on the same page and they all agreed the surgery was a go. The next thing I new, I was coming out of the anesthesia with who else but Brigitte there holding my hand. Never once did I feel discomfort or pain or any feelings of anxiety. As far as post op pain, there has been very little. I took pain meds on the Friday but opted for just Tylenol and Advil on Friday night. I know the true results won't be know for a couple of weeks but I do not regret for one minute having this procedure done and am sure I will be delighted with the final result. To all the staff, especially the ones I did not mention by name, thank you. To Dr. Rotenberg, your technical abilities, as well as your bedside manner are second to none. To my friend Brigitte, thank you. You are truly a gift. I am glad you appreciated my sense of humour. I hope you use my tomato joke for many patients to come. Warmest regards Ron Leslie

Great medical facility! My wife and I had been looking for a family Dr for over a year, and found this medical group from a flyer in the mail. We called and only had too wait a short time for an appt. Fantastic staff and an exceptional family Doctor. We both would highly recommend this medical group.

Advanced medical group spa is super clean, hygenic facility with amazing staff who is always available to listen to you concerns and gear their approach based on your needs. Alexandra is very caring and thorough and took the time to meet my needs. I got some lazer hair removal done as well as resurfix and she always made the experience very pleasant.she is very honest and accommodating. I am very happy with the results and would definitely recommend this place to any one. Hamida

The medical assistants are terrific. Very polite and friendly. We saw the doctors within a close proximity to the actual appointment time

TinyTreasures childcare is one reason alone to visit this Medical Centre. We visited many months ago with my 2 year old granddaughter who was crying up a storm while we were waiting in the cafe for her grandma whilst she was at an appointment. A most kind hearted lady (Stephanie) approached and gave my little lass a puppet to play with to keep her happy. A lifesaver indeed an have been using this play place since.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cowger for close to 3 years on and off. First of all I am very pleased with the service I receive, i have had some recurrent skin cancers and he has been able to spot them, he also refers me to to other specialists when he can and takes good care of my health. For the past 3 years I have never had any issues with the staff, everyone does their best and are very polite in person and on phone. I have always received phone calls back and never had any issues. I normally dont write reviews but today I had an appointment and witnessed something very disturbing. A rude and rather abusive patient swore at the poor receptionist , my heart went out to her, she kept apologizing for whatever happened and he used profanity and I was going to go up to her and console her. This is disgusting behavior from a grown man and not to mention abusive. This is so sad, she is a lovely lady . I will be dropping in next week for my appointment with Dr. Roberts and I would be happy to speak to the manager about this.

I had surgery with Doctor Matic at Advanced Surgical Operatory recently and had a very good experience. Due to health complications I could not be put under with general anesthesia, so I would be awake the whole procedure. Brigitte the nurse knew I was nervous and made sure I was as comfortable as possible, even offering her phone to play any music I wanted. The other nurses and techs Kelly, Arlene, Robin and any others I forgot made sure I was okay constantly during the procedure. So much so that I felt like I was being babied, which is not really a bad thing when your being cut, poked and prodded half naked on a table. Afterwards they got me all bandaged up and presentable looking, and though I felt fine enough to walk they rolled me out to my waiting ride. While I would say that having surgery while fully conscious is not very fun, I would like to thank Brigitte, Kelly, Arlene, Dr. Matic and any others I missed for making it as painless and pleasant as possible.

This building has a really nice layout and reminds me of a mini hospital with all the services it has to offer. The second floor staff treat my wife lovely when she needs to visit the family doctor especially Tara and Dalama.

I made the transition to Advanced Medical Group in April 2018 and was matched with Dr Alecia Clary. Our entrance interview allowed Dr Clary to get to know me and my medical story and I asked questions about her healthcare philosophy, training and interest in women's health issues. Dr Clary's excellent clinical work is supported by a great team that includes Danielle and Christina and others I haven't met. My phone calls are returned promptly and test results reported quickly as well. Both the site and the services offered are excellent. I am very happy to be a patient of Dr Clary and excited to be part of the creative healthcare approach at Advanced Medical Group.

I called and was able to get in same day for an appointment. The staff were helpful over the phone and luckily the times they had worked for me. My appointment was quick, but some things you have to go in for and cannot do over phone. Thanks again to the staff who helped.
