Je ne comprends pas qu'on ne m'ait pas prise au sérieux et, par dessus tout, on ne m'ait jamais référé à l'hôpital. Bref, une clinique à éviter à tout prix!

Je me suis présenté hier (jeudi le 28 février 2019) vers les 16:30 avec une brûlure au 2ième degré couvrant la quasi totalité de ma main droite. À mon arrivée, la porte principale était barrée (ils m’ont mentionné que cette porte était réservée pour les urgences et les ambulances...), j’ai donc dû contourner le bâtiment pour avoir accès au bureau de la réceptionniste. Une fois devant celle-ci, j’ai tenté de lui montrer et de lui expliquer l’urgence de la situation. Sa seule et unique réponse fut de m’indiquer que la clinique avait atteint son nombre maximal d’utilisateurs et que les infirmiers et médecins ne désiraient plus de nouveaux cas d’ici la fermeture de l’établissement. J’ai dû me rendre à la pharmacie pour trouver des bandages et des médicaments d’appoint puisque l’hôpital se trouvait à plus de 5 km de distance... Je tiens à remercier personnellement l’ensemble du personnel de Ma Clinique Lebourgneuf pour cet excellent service...des gens toujours prêts à rendre service à leurs prochains :)

Des affiches claires avec des petits dessins (où trouver quoi, quoi faire par la suite)... quoi de plus simple et ''normal''!!
