My review is purely for Dr. Sial. She's brutal. Doesn't listen, brushes you off, hesitant and uninformed. Comes across as not very confident. Don't understand the good reviews for her.

I started out with a new Doctor there last year. I miss my old doctor a lot, since he knew me and my condition so well. It’s not the same level of care, and things get mixed up, forgotten, or worse Misunderstood ! It’s hopefully going to work better and better as we get to know each other ! Staff is always friendly . On a closing note . They charge you for changed appointments - or no shows. The college of physicians actually say doctors CAN NOT do that !! It’s important for people to know that - many doctors are not even aware! It’s easy to look it up under the AB rules for physicians . I once complained, to the college about this ( cancel my app should not be punished - I can’t call a 9 am, if the obstacle to get there doesn’t happen till 2 pm ) They also can not dismiss you, as a patient for same reasons mentioned above. A former doctor of mine changed his rules of many years at his clinic when I showed him in black and white, he was breaking patient/ doctor regulations .I have an illness that hits when it wants, it’s random and it does not follow rules ! I can’t cancel on Friday if I’m not sick till Monday ???? it ticks me of to be threatened if I have to cancel due to my condition , that “ three late cancellations and you pay “ !! Nope ????

Dr.Victor O. Is my doctor have seen him for numerous things including mental health and feel like no one cares I have seen dr. Sial as well and also felt like she didnt care. Had 1 good doctor and when I ask if I can change to him I find out that he left to a new medical office which says enough about this place.

Extremely Disappointed. Saw Dr. Saif with concerns for adhd, as well as just general health and extreme lack of sleep. Was completely dismissed and told that those symptoms were things we would look into at a later date if even ever. I sought other care and turns out I have an extreme case of ADHD. So thanks a lot for not listening to your patient.

Wait times are completely unacceptable. I'm writing this while waiting in a room which I've been waiting in for the past 45 minutes. My appointment was scheduled for when I was brought into the room. Not only that but Dr. Saif as brushed off my concerns on multiple occasions and has been no help to me besides one or two referrals that took months to get.

My husbands and I both see doctor Waheed and she’s absolutely fantastic! Wait times are always a little high because of how many patients they have but that’s okay. I never feel rushed at my appointment and I always feel heard.

Showed up 15 minutes early, waited an hour, was told it would be another hour, had to leave for work. You're lucky if the doctors are willing to see you for more than 3 minutes. The staff doesn't follow up unless it's a booked appointment. If the doctor tells you they want to see you again, you have to book the appointment cause the staff won't. Should be called Mediocre Medical. I am looking for a new doctor.

If you or anyone you know is looking good for a family doctor make sure to AVOID PALLISER MEDICAL AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!! I have been struggling with an ongoing illness for FOUR AND A HALF MONTHS and went to USELESS PALLISER for help. The first doctor, Dr Victor, I went to made me feel terrible for needing him to fill out a form excusing me from work and rushed me out of the room. The second doctor, Dr Sial, referred me to a specialist, and I was thanking my lucky stars to finally see someone who could help me. TOO BAD THEY SENT ME TO A RETIRED SPECIALIST. I HAVE BEEN WAITING A WEEK FOR A RETIRED DOCTOR TO CALL ME BECAUSE ALLISER MEDICAL CLINIC SENT ME THERE AND TOLD ME THEY COULD HELP. Even made sure I talked to the secretary working to double check my case had been sent, to which I was told it was most definitely recieved. I'll never come back, and make sure to tell everyone I know to stay away

Great service, lovely staff, and exceptional doctors. My Doctor is Dr. Stephenson and I can't say enough to describe how thoughtful, caring, and thorough he is. We have a family of 4 and he is equally empathetic and kind to our young children. Some of the other Doctors have also assisted us when Dr. Stephenson was unavailable and we have found them to be equally professional and caring.

This clinic has a lovely, comfortable decor and competent and confident staff also add to a pleasant medical experience. Amazing experience of seeing Dr. Sial in this clinic. She is,perhaps, best female family physician in Lethbridge. Her professionalism combined with her calm demeanor and confidence allow patients to feel comfortable in her care. She has an excellent office manner, is thorough and takes the time to discuss all physical and mental health issues. She is helpful in referring other health professional.

Convenient location in downtown. Fortunate enough to have Dr. Bazgha Sial as our family physician. She is a very good listener and is able to rule out symptoms with proper tests. She is a very compassionate and empathetic physician who updates her knowledge frequently which is a great benefit to all her patients. The office is 99% on time with the exception of squeezing someone in which in my opinion is great because if I needed to be squeezed in I would want to be.

So far not a great experience. I’ve been waiting over a month to get it, I showed up to my first appointment only to be told “sorry, (s)he’s not staying until June because of a family emergency (which is totally understandable!!!) we knew there were going to be some people we missed to call. Can we rebook?” Okay fine. Then I show up for my second appointment only to be told “sorry... that was yesterday.” Which, I specifically scheduled it because I had some other appointments that day, so no, I did no schedule it for the day before, they messed up. And I didn’t get a call to remind me. So. Not a great receptionist. We’ll see how my appointment goes, if I ever get one.

Edited on Oct-2020. Not worth to visit it after my family doctor, Dr. Sial has left it. Original review: Amazing clinic. I got chance to see new female doctor, Dr. Bazgha Sial who is accepting new patients. Best family doctor I ever had. Very compassionate , willing to listen all issues and fix as much as possible . Never see her in rush to go to next patient. Cannot expect anything better than that. Nice to have such knowledgeable doctor in Lethbridge. Would always recommend her.

Nice clinic. Dr Sial is wonderful! My family switched to her when we were having concerns with our previous family Dr. We were looking for some good female family doctor in Lethbridge accepting new patients. We are so grateful and very blessed to have Dr Sial as our family doctor. Dr Sial took the time to sit down and become aware of the concerns why we were in the midst of finding a new family Dr. She is very diligent in her appointments and make sure to answer all your questions effectively. She also tries to find new ways to approach things and investigate not just push medicine. She tries to find out the root cause of medical issues and addresses the cause. She is always on time and very well mannered. She follows up on my family from previous appts as well. Dr Sial truly displays that she cares about her patients!
