I don't recommend this place. My friend from Mexico who needed fast service in an emergency situation got told twice she will get her results for the next day until it was the week-end and they refuse to give her the tests back as there was no doctor to approve them. They left her in a stressfull situation as she had already paid hundreds of dollars for that service and was suppose to see another doctor with these results as soon as possible. The clinic also set her up for other tests and confirmed appointments without her own validation. They were not assisting her, didn't help her state of health neither mind, filtered her calls when she pursued asking to get her results and pushed more services and charges without her own agreement. As a Canadian, I am very ashamed she lived that in our country where you are suppose to receive support when you have health problems and even more so if you are paying for it.

I will start off by saying the nurse and receptionist here are amazing. The nurse was sweet and understanding. I saw Dr. Maalouf. I expressed that I was having Hashimoto's symptoms and that it runs in my family. I asked specifically for the tests needed and asked if those were what he was going to run for me. He lied to my face and said yes. He didn't check off anything that I specifically asked for. When we called to explain, the woman who helped us was very understanding and helpful. She wrote him to ask for the correct tests because that was what I had asked for initially. NOW I have to wait an extra week to see if I get the request from him that I initially spent time and money for. I'm dealing with pain and other issues 24/7. He told me he thought anxiety was the component. I've explained to him that I've dealt with anxiety in the past and I know that this is not anxiety. I know my body and something is wrong. I feel sick and like things are going downhill and I do not think he took me seriously at all because some of these symptoms line up with symptoms of depression. I AM NOT depressed. Now I have to wait longer because of him, I have to spend MORE money and miss more days of school in order to figure out what's going on with me. I resorted to going private because I thought I would receive quicker care and quality care considering what I'm paying for. Again the woman who helped my husband sort this out was nice and willing to help but the doctor should have been more considerate in the first place and consider my health and wellbeing.

Par la suite, 2 infirmières différentes m’ont appelé pour les résultats de mes tests et ne m’ont pas dit la même chose, u e chance que la première m’avait parlé d’antibiotiques, car la note était ajoutée à la main et donc pas sur la version imprimée ! Et enfin, ils m’ont envoyé la prescription via email et la pharmacie me l’a refusée vu qu’il faut l’envoyer à la pharmacie directement lorsque c’est un scan! Chose que j’ignorais mais qu’ils auraient du savoir ! Un peu décevant pour un service payé dans une clinique privée !!

The Good:. Plenty of parking, reasonable space available same day or next day visits, very little delay time between your appointment time and the time you are seen. The Bad:. My doctor was just okay. He was late arriving to the clinic lol, so after seeing the nurse, I had to wait afterwards. The value given the cost was average in my opinion. I had much better experience at other private clinics. Went to see them, 10 days later since I was not better, was charged again the full consultation fee ( that really sucked).

J'ai dû les demandé moi-même à la clinique de radiologie et les faire interpréter par mon physio. Malgré la gentillesse du médecin, de l'infirmière et des personnes de l'accueil, je ne peux que être déçue des services malheureusement.

Every year I get an itchy throat and have phlegm that comes out along with swollen tonsils and congestion . Went there 2 weeks ago I had brought a previously prescribed medication from the year before amoxi clav a antibiotic stronger than penicillin. Booked an appt. 119$ plus 25$for weekend i left with a pen v 300 prescription and they said i jad streph throat. Even though i had no fever and runny nose which isnt related to streph throat.After taking it for 10 days my symptoms only got worse. I called them they said it would be another consultation of 100$. ARE YOU KIDDING ME !! They are just in it for the profit! Turns out all it was a sinus infection and the dr at omnimed couldn't believe my story they said you are completely blocked in your nasal passage. And prescribed me amoxi clav. Finally !!!

Pros: Doctor was nice but not experienced, receptionist was nice and the clinic is clean. Cons: One of the worst private clinic experiences. First of all they charge you extra $35 for weekend without informing you. Second, if I pay for private, I expect better service than public. It took over a week to get my results when they reassured me my results would take no more than 2 days. This is because the doctor took a week to look over my results (the nurse confirmed they did have my results but could not comment). And WHEN THEY FINALLY called me, the nurse couldn't tell me my results in English. I am perfectly bilingual thanks to this province however I am not familiar with French medical terms. The nurse had to ask her colleague with no luck and told me to Google translate. This is supposed to be a medical professional. I'm sorry is this what I paid for? No thank you. Go anywhere else. You have been warned.

Amazing clinic. Very friendly staff, and Dr. Cote is incredible. I never feel rushed in my appointments and she really cares about your wellbeing. Worth every penny in my opinion.

I hope there was a scale that start from ZERO, so I can rate this clinic with -10! Promising you with the result in 24hr for a test that will take less than half hr to have in any other clinic. And then after 24hr no one called, because they are waiting for the person who order the test to validate it! Moreover they don’t have the basic of customer service skills! In a follow up call from Dr Lamarre after seeing my rating and comment: thank you so much for caring, it was a bad experience but your call showed me that there is a room for improvement. I really appreciate it and I wish you all the best in your practice.
