I went to get new lenses for my frames. The optician and sales rep were very professional and pleasant. They get their lenses from OEMs of the same frames whereever possible so thats better in quality and workmanship. The prices are slightly above average. They had great promos going on when I visited, so i got a great deal!! I looked around for prices at many places. If there were no promos/ offers I found their prices to be above average given that the prescription lenses are of same OEM as frames. The staff was very courteous and friendly.

I got my glasses in Toronto and I did not go to pick them up - Not a follow-up or a call from the store. I tired countless times with no results.
