J arrive à mon rdv, la secrétaire du médecin pour ma carte d’hôpital que je n’ai pas et que je ne savais pas même que ça existait. Elle voulait que j’aille la faire est mon rdv était dans 10 min. La file d’attente était au moins pour 30 à 40 min. Je retourne après avoir fini avec la carte pour savoir qu il fallait que j attends un minimum d’une heure pour rentrer entre deux clients. En partant Quand ils m’ont appelés de l’hôpital pourquoi elle ne m’a pas dit qu il faut avoir la carte de l’hôpital? Amener votre carte maladie c est tout ce sue j ai eu comme info.

I very much hope that I will receive an adequate response from the palliative service shortly, as time is short, allowing me access to the bedside of my dying parent. I have in hand the proof of my role as a caregiver, I have in hand the proof of the courses taken in the past as a caregiver given by the CISSS, so I respect the required conditions. Je connais Monsieur Abdella, (service du soir ). On ne peut me donner le nom du coordinateur de jour, m'avisant que cela est confidentiel. ? Mon parent est au palliatif depuis début mars. Une procédure a été établie aujourd'hui même par les dirigeants du service palliatif indiquant qu'aucune visite n'est admissible dorénavant sauf lorsque notre parent se retrouvera en fin de vie éminente , soit quelques heures de vie. Je fus donc prié de quitter le chevet de mon parent afin de sortir de l'hôpital Cependant que le Premier ministre Legault mentionne clairement , aujourd'hui même d'ailleurs, devant la population québécoise, que tout proche aidant reconnu, ou tout bénévole reconnu, PEUT ET A LE DROIT de se présenter au palliatif sans restriction aucune et ce même sans que l'aidé soit en fin de vie éminente. J'en ai avisé le département il y a quelques heures et j'attends depuis 13h00 aujourd'hui que les dirigeants de ce département puissent modifier leur décision afin d'obtempérer aux directives claires émis par le premier ministre. J'espère fortement que je recevrai sous peu une réponse adéquate du service palliatif , car le temps presse , m'autorisant l'accès au chevet de mon parent mourant. J'ai en mains la preuve de mon rôle de proche aidante , j'ai en mains la preuve des cours suivis jadis de proche aidante donnée par le CISSS, je respecte donc les conditions requises. Une réponse rapide serait très apprécié afin de remédier rapidement à cette situation déplaisante. Cordialement.
