I have gone to Wellspring since they opened, and I look forward to my dental visits. Staff are friendly and know me. They are on time; I can't remember the last time I had to wait. I really appreciate that I get to see the same Dental Hygienist every time. Wellspring does an exceptional job of reminding me about my appointments via automated text message or phone call. They do a good job of explaining things and always have time to chat. Highly recommended.

Wellspring Dental is NOT a place I would recommend. In February of 2021 I was looking for an office that would do direct billing, they said they did. I asked for a pre-approval before doing any work...I was told one was done and that I would owe about $45.00. Which I paid at the time of the appointment. I've had conversations with them since that date, NO ONE mentioned a old balance owed since FEBRUARY 2021. I contacted them in December because I saw a missed call and that's when I found out close to $100.00 was owed! I asked to speak with the person who deals with the accounting... leaving messages to call me back, every time I call to speak with that person she's never in the office. I 've paid another $100.00 today and will never return!

They take care of my teeth perfectly, as far as I can tell. Medical and clerical staff are always courteous. I have never observed any medical or clerical errors or other problems. What more can I say for a dentist?

I would like you to stop lying about my mom. You have been refusing my brother and I service because you asked my mother to wait outside the building during Covid. She told you that was safe and she could not. You have lied saying my mom accused staff of assault when I was there. My mother never accused staff of no such thing. She even spoke with staff before the appointment on October 5, 2020 to discuss the situation. You then created a scene for my mom and I after I got there. My brother and I are fed up watching how my mom had been treated by you. Also stop accusing her of trespassing you have refused to clean my teeth for almost a year so how could my mom trespass we complained to Dental Corp months ago. Not long ago I watched a staff member get gas beside my parents at Canadian giving my mother mean looks. Stop it and pick up a phone and talk to my parents like adults. In any event my brother and I will tell the truth that you refuse to share. I will be asking my parents to file a complaint with the Ontario College of Dentists I looked it up with some help. I will be asking my mom on my behalf and I will be writing about what I heard from Dr. Chaudhry how he asked my mom to wait outside then in the hallway. Piper Kells

I am very pleased with the professionalism of all the staff. Except when it comes to the Dentist. On my last appointment he came into the room never said hello or even bothered to introduce himself. As I said it's the rest of the staff who are great.
