Excellent staff, they were friendly and assisted me through the entire process with a very professional attitude. Beds were comfortable as well, so sleeping wasn't to bad considering you have 15 cables attached to you.

Everyone was so kind and accommodating. From the receptionist, to the techs during the sleep study, to the doctor. It was great to have access to a specialist without having to travel to them. The telehealth system worked very well. Rooms and beds were comfy. Environment was quite quiet. No complaints.

The staff was really nice and friendly. However, it took a really long time to get an appointment and when I finally did the sleep study, it took 3 months to get the results. In total, I had to live exhausted and feelibg like garbage for 4 - 5 months because the doctor there (from Toronto) took a long vacation and was back-logged. The amount of time it took was unacceptable.

I went to Medsleep,because I have really bad insomnia , you need a referral which I got, ,i had to fill in paper work and explain my condition.I spoke to the doctor via phone ,and got in within a week. The staff was great on the phone and in person , the bed was comfortable, but I still had trouble sleeping whicg I expected i was hooked up to wires to see why I can’t sleep. The doctor will call me a week later with the results. My experience was positive over all.

No doctor on site. Basically I had to discuss my results via Teleconference. The Television barely spoke English and was of no help. Inept staff and a television taking the place of a doctor.
