It was my first time at the clinic and I wish I had done so 4 years ago when I moved here. I had the chance to meet Dr. Nicole Maione. She was really professional, courteous and nice to talk to. I also met the rest of the team and I only have good things to say about the 4 persons I had the chance to chat with. They also have a wide variety of glasses to choose from. Stop shopping! This is the spot!!

I am very happy with the service I received from Dr.Vernon Prentice at FYI doctors in Pembroke, Ontario. He was very thorough and explained everything in terms I could understand. Sarah the dispenser, in the frame room was exceptional in helping me select an appropriate well fitting and very stylish frame. Aside from the frame, she also educated me on the various types of progressive lenses that are available, so that I was able to make an informed decision. I have always removed my glasses to read and no longer need to do that. I also no longer struggle with limited peripheral vision while wearing the progressive lenses that Sarah recommended. She was extremely pleasant, easy to talk to and heard what I was saying! I highly recommend this Optometry clinic!
