very slow, took 2.5 hours for an eye exam appointment was at 930 didn't see a doctor until 10:00 order glasses through the eye centre and was told 10 days for arrival 20 days later they called to say they were in. Do not answer phone calls next to impossible to reach on the phone.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. My glasses that I require for driving broke. I was told they were not in stock and needed to be ordered. The next day my frames arrived and they squeezed me in at the end of the day working around my demanding work schedule to move over my lenses. Cost was competitive but what really impressed me was how flexible they were with timing and how quickly they were able to get my frames in. Thank you to all the staff here.

Dr. Foltz has been my optometrist for about 2 decades. I have very sensitive eyes and he is incredibly patient and understanding when he does check ups. For instance, he lets me wait until the end to try the "puff" machine which minimizes the stress on my eyes (otherwise I would blink through the whole appointment), and puts in eye drops in a way that minimizes discomfort. I really appreciate that he is calm and patient -- and so are the other staff in the office. Some doctors I've had just get frustrated and blame me for not being able to stay still, etc., which makes the sensitivity worse! The only drawback, I'd say, is that it can take a long time to get a non-routine appointment, but sometimes you can get an earlier appointment by getting on the wait list.
