In 2015 I was referred to Dr Jones, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Dr. Jones was friendly and had a relaxed though respectful bedside manner - and was able to assess me quite quickly and schedule surgery. After a literal lifetime of mouth-breathing, I could finally breathe from my nose! If I were still living in the area, I would love to f/u with them on the current state of my turbinates. As I do not, I will be looking for their recommendations on a professional near me.

Got referred to this doctor because it is 20 minutes from my house. I live on the island of chapeau, Quebec. The secretary called me and told me I can’t go there because I have to pay for my hearing test out of pocket, I told her no problem I would pay. Then she said I am not allowed to cross the Quebec / Ontario border because of covid, even though doctors appointments are allowed. I also work in Ontario. Then she told me I had to go to shawville or Gatineau which are 1 hour and 1.5 hours from my home and the only way they would see me is if both of those places turned me down. I have a 10 month old son and driving far away for doctors appointments is extremely difficult with childcare. I also don’t think it makes any sense to make me drive to a city I don’t go to during covid, when I go to pembroke for all of my goods and services. Very disappointed with my experience and do not recommend because of the unprofessionalism and lack of compassion or courtesy or understanding.
