This is for the nursing staff, went in for an infected wound and they were very rude and rushed me out within 10 minutes, all they did was give me a prescription and that's it. Nothing for topical treatments, they didn't even say how to heal it, as in cover it or cream or anything. Very unhappy. That was about a week ago, now it's gotten a lot worse and I have to go back into the hospital because I'm in an immense amount of pain ????

I would highly recommend going elsewhere for ultrasounds especially for pregnancy. I had to go there when Pembroke didn't have space for me so had to come here for my anatomy scan. I wanted to find out the gender at home with my husband so I asked if it could be written in the report to my dr, NOT TO BE GIVEN TO ME AT THAT APPOINTMENT. I was told no can't do that. So I was upset so was able to call my husband over the phone (which is better than nothing). But I just got the information in the mail from my dr that they indeed DID mention it to the dr in the report. So going forward I will NOT be going back to deep River for an ultrasound it was a very stressful experience being 21 weeks and 3 days pregnant. The person at the registration at the hospital I found was great. But I won't be going back there for anything again as it was too stressful for my first experience there and I don't care to deal with a negative place again.

Waited almost 4 hours. Got rushed out of there withing 10 minutes. I feel as though my serious issue wasn't taken seriously at all and did not get a thorough assessment. I recommend going elsewhere because the staff seem like they have no idea what they are doing.

Always like coming to deep river hospital, nurses and doctors are always friendly!!! Thank you Dr.crawford for making my day and actually having a little bit of a chat and making me laugh, you are amazing at what you do and what your staff does especially in this pandemic! Thank you all very much for a great experience everytime I come here ????

I have never felt so cared for at a hospital in my life. The doctor and nurses were formidable. I highly recommend coming here if you are in need of medical services.

This is a review for the women in the emergency room at Deep River Hospital. Do your job properly and take people seriously. Just because you think someone isn’t sick or injuries doesn’t give you the right to make them wait hours longer. Your no where near being a Doctor so let the real professionals do there jobs. If you can’t do that then maybe let a profession take your position. Thank you!.
