Amazing doctors; is best to become a patient if at all possible, as the walk-in is incredibly busy (for good reason) and some days people line up at 8AM. Policies are basically the same as any other medical center and patient volume has overwhelmed all the clinics in the area, but the standard of care here is what distinguishes this clinic from all the others in the local area - I've been a patient here for years and didn't realize how incredibly lucky i was after having visited many other practices all over the Lower Mainland after relocating here over a decade ago.

I cannot believe this place or the doctors here. This is supposedly a walk-in clinic yet they book people over the phone for appointments for the walk-in. Everything is limited to 5 minutes which I do and do not agree with. However, my boyfriend went in to have a WCB injury assessment and the Doctor was a complete jerk. Dr. M, we will call him, proceeded to wrench on my Boyfriends knee then proclaimed he did not find anything wrong but "because he knows his body better, how many days off do you want?" was the question. He came to the clinic for an assessment not a holiday. This Dr. maybe could have tried to show a bit more compassion when dealing with patients, that's part of his job. He was angry about having to fill out the referral for X-Ray and the WCB paperwork and charged $45 dollars for his signature, It's a joke.

Came here after getting injured at work. The doctor was great and recommended time off. I worked for coast spas and they ordered me to return to work. Doctor fought on my behalf and he did everything he could. Great experience. Too bad my job was not.

Dr Desai is a great doctor, but the clinic is too busy and it is unfortunate that it takes two week to get an appointment to see your family doctor.

Absolutely terrible. First time I waited 4 hours, and the doctor were very nice. And I give the 2nd chance, my experience was disgusting terrible the front desk nurse did not ask about any of the symptoms. My daughter was in pain with Urine infection, when I arrived was 5 people in front of me and 3 behind me, after 1h15min, I asked for assistance and the answer was 4 people in front of me. Which kind of walk-in is that! But all the time people arrive and didn't wait for long. I decide to cancel the appointment, she doesn't ask any question and did in 2 second. Please, go to the walk-in clinic at Superstore, they are amazing professionals just 3 min more driving.

Don't bother. There are 2 other walk-ins in the area where I received much better service from faster, kinder staff (the ladies at the front desk are very rude). If you're told it's a 15 minute wait, it shouldn't take an entire hour (and counting) longer than that...

Dr. A Gayed is a horrible doctor. Not only was he rude, he also was not willing to help me write a proper doctor's note on the days that I was sick. This will be the last time I visit this walk-in clinic.

I've used the walkin services here a couple of times now and I unfortunately got Dr Soni and he's just terrible. Not very friendly, and quite rude at times. Tries to get me out of there as fast as possible. My last visit I had some shoulder muscle pain where he just squeezed my shoulder once (very quick)... then asked me to raise my arm. Walked to his computer and started typing... when I got the referral for Physio it said tendinitis. I also had to get an xray for muscle pain. So if he needs an xray to determine what's wrong... then why am I going to Physio for tendinitis? And what will xray show for muscle pain especially since I don't have any motion problems with my shoulder. Anyway, I also asked to get a refill for one of my meds and he just gave me this look and stated that it would've been really useful for me to tell him this earlier (in a rude manner). Well, I did mention it to the girl that brought me to the room where I thought she wrote this on my file (but for some reason, when Dr Soni opened my file it was just an empty folder). I had some other questions but he was basically out the door already, so that's that... Anyway, this Dr shows no concern for the patients he sees. It's all about getting as many people in the door so they get paid lots of money. Another thing I don't like about the policy in this clinic is that I called to see if my test results were in and they were not able to do that over the phone. They cannot give me test results (which I understand) but they also cannot let me know if the results are in. I have to make an appointment to find out if my test results are in. So just imagine this... I make an appointment, sit in the waiting room... get into one of the exam rooms just to be told they don't have my test results. Well, at least they can get paid for that appointment... yes, it's all about the money.

The front desk staff is very rude and irresponsible. Promised to send a blood result to my doctor but never did. When called a second time, the lady was very rude and no apologies at all. Wish she was fired! Next time, instead of review, I will write a complain to the higher management, because such a service can affect a person's health (not sending a result on time, means a delay of knowing the problem of one's health).

My family and I have been patients at this clinic for six years . Dr Soni has always been very kind and helpful. Dr Rana is absolutely wonderful as she really does listen and cares. Dr Martens has helped my son in many ways. Forever grateful for these doctors ????

Terrible! Waiting room is small and unpleasant, stuff is not polite and they take gifts from patients in order to get them in faster. Waiting time is tooooo long and doctors are rushing in doing their job. Very frustrating!

This has been the most incompetitent clinic I have ever used in my life. They have caused me issues on 3 separate occasions... I finally have given up on giving them chances and will no longer ever use this establishment. At first, I thought... mistakes happen and I will give the benefit of the doubt but when EASILY AVOIDABLE errors kept taking place regarding my health, it really is not worth it. I am so upset and frustrated. I know leaving a review on here won't do anything, but I really hope that they decide to hire better staff. The ladies at the front do seem nice but I don't understand how or where the issues keep taking place. If you are reading this and wanting to decide whether or not you should come to this clinic, please take it from me and do not waste your time.

Booking an appointment with my family doctor can sometimes take a few days. So when I need to see someone quickly I usually go here. All of the doctors I've seen have been helpful. The wait can sometimes be long, but it's a busy place in a good location, so it's to be expected. There's a Walmart and London Drugs right next door to kill time. Works for me.

came here after receiving an eye injury. it was posted they are open until 9 as I walked in at 7 they told me they were closed? I explained to the receptionist that I had a bad eye injury and can't drive to see another Dr so she brought me in, she was the best part of the whole experience. as the doctor came in he just asked me with a straight face so what happen?.. I explained I had been hit in the eye and needed it to be looked at. he took one look and sent me to the hospital saying I had a severe internal eye injury. after waiting at the hospital for 3 hours I was told all I had was a scratch on my eye and was sent home with a note to miss a day from work..... the frustrating part of all this is the attitude of the Dr to my injury, he was stand offish and rude through out the whole meeting. I spent a MAXIMUM of 3 minutes with the Dr. and he had sent me out the door with a letter saying that with it they would rush me right in at the hospital.... which they definitely did not. I will NEVER return to this clinic as my health and eyesite is worth more then 3 minutes of some "professional" doctors time. he spent more time and effort on his letter to the hospital then he did even looking at my eye. I will never go to this clinic again.

The front desk staff are always kind to me and my experience as a whole has been good. The waiting room is tiny and that is a big minus but the location is a plus. Some doctors are very distant and unhelpful and yet there are a few that are amazing.

Dr. Alaa Gayed is the worst doctor I have ever experienced. He didn't look at me. He didn't listen to me. He didn't give me a referral to a specialist. He didn't give me a prescription. He actually walked out on me. I walked out of the clinic feeling like a worthless human being.

I have no complaints about my experience with the doctors at this clinic, in the past they've been quite good about helping me in a quick and effective manor(at least as far as walk in clinics go.) However, I find some of the front end staff really unpleasant. I am a very patient and understanding person, but the number of times I have been spoken to in a rude way when I have simply asked a question or expressed my confusion is ridiculous and not worth my effort, especially as I wouldn't be at a walk-in clinic if I wasn't looking for last resort help and feeling quite poorly to begin with

I went in for a prescription refill and Dr.Curry was awesome. He asked me questions to make sure the medication is still a good fit for me and made suggestions based on my answers. I felt like he actually cared about my well being, and he was very pleasant and comfortable to talk to. He even gave me a phone number to help me find a family doctor, which the other 4 walk in doctors I've seen didn't bother with. The only thing keeping this review from being 5 stars is the wait time. The online source said 0 min wait time and the front desk told me 10 minutes when I went in. I wound up waiting an hour and fifteen minutes to see the doctor. Other than that though, decent visit. Front desk staff are also very friendly and professional.

Totally agree with Shirley, Dr Desai is great. The clinic is always so busy, you can feel the pressure at the front desk. The townhouse building boom caused this, need another larger clinic close by.

Waited forever while the doctors had lunch with pharmaceutical reps. If you are late for an appointment you are chastised . Like my regular doctor Dr Soni but walk in doctor not at all.

Went in for a check up probably 3 weeks now... booked in advance. And i never got a call on my results.. i understand its COVID season but i think 3 weeks for a follow up on results is a little exessive.. especially when i know these results will come back within a day or two usually.. Another thing, the doctor brought in another employee during my exams WITHOUT even asking me if i felt comfortable first.. that was already a big red flag for me.. i dont recommend this clinic if your going to rely on them. Clearly they do not care about their patients. Or maybe it was because i was a new patient whom has never been there. Either way, i will be going elsewhere and definitely spreading the word of my experience.

I've been to this clinic three times in the past year, twice with my baby and once with my teenager. Every time has been a great experience; the receptionists are really nice and the two doctors we have seen have been very patient and wonderful with my kids. I would recommend this clinic to anybody that asks.

Avoid at this clinic at all costs! Doctor never calls on time for Phone appointments and when I had an appointment booked in the clinic, I had to take a day off from work because it was a weekday(Friday and the only day the doctor is present in the clinic) and when I reach the clinic the receptionist said the doctor had left and I was never even booked in. Although I very clearly remember the receptionist offered me three slots while booking me in and said she couldn’t help me any further. Dr. Rana just kept asking me to take antibiotics and I had to really push her to see her in person. WILL NEVER GO BACK!

I think this doctor must be afraid of eyes! I wish I'd read the reviews on here before I went to see him. My eye was bothering me, I assumed I had scratched it or something. This clinic is close to my house, so I decided to get it checked out. The doctor spent a few minutes looking at my eye, then told me I needed to go to the hospital in Surrey to get it checked out further. (I have no idea why Surrey, it's at least an hour from both this clinic & my home.) I was to hang out in the waiting room while he wrote me a letter, so I wouldn't have to wait at the hospital. 20 minutes later, I got the letter. On the way to the hospital, I decided to see if I could get into my family doctor, just in case. Saw my GP, who said I had broken a blood vessel in my eye doing some work the day before. No big deal. I'm so glad I decided to see him before wasting hours at the hospital. I don't think I'll be going back to this clinic.

The Clinic couldn't help me refund my money for a doctor's note I didn't receive for email. I have only received the receipt but not the doctor's note. Even check my junk mail. I left a voicemail at that day but I didn't get a call back nor an email. I spoke to the reception told me that they can't do a refund. They even told me ITS ONLY 20 DOLLARS so why do I need to make a big deal out of it. I worked for 1 hour for that hard earned money. I am very disappointed on how they deal/talk with their patients. No consideration and response is It kinda unfair and they don't have any understanding. I worked hard for that money. I will no longer come back in here as I am unsatisfied with their services and inconsiderate response. I will never ever do an online appointment nor visit this clinic anymore.

I visited this clinic for the first time today. I called in the morning inquiring if they had space and I was able to get an appointment. The woman on the phone was polite and to the point. I arrived early, was greatly warmly and to my surprise was put into a room right away. The attending physician, Dr. M was very kind, patient and thoughtful. I had a very good experience and will certainly go back as needed.

Definitely check who's working that day. I only came here because my daughter said there was a lady doctor that was very good, but unfortunately I was seen by Dr. Gayed. If you're in so much pain and Dr. Gayed is working, he'll make you feel worst for coming in. This man has no compassion, the whole time I was describing my pain and trying to follow his instruction, he had a smile/smug look on his face like I was some circus attraction. Made me feel like I was lying about my pain. Then the real topping on the cake, he asked what's my ethnicity, as to verified his assumption about a certain ethnic group. To his disappointment I'm not Chinese but now he has the liberty to form a new stereotype of a different ethnic group. I feel like he has a huge mortgage to pay and that's the only reason why he has to work. There are reasons why there are family doctors, with own practices, and Dr. Gayed. I now know them.

the worst clinic for service, better go to emergency & wait for hrs atleast will get better doctors who will give wait to examine. Don't even bother to call & let u know if the reports back...have to walk-in & wait to get result even nothings wrong...Dr don't even check or ask questions before writing meds or send for x-rays............Worst visit everytime I went...just cos it next to my work...but will never go there again.

Dr. Soni was my family Doctor. I was unable to make an appoinment and without any communication Doctor Soni decided not to see me anymore as a patient. It’s funny how I’ve had my appoints rescheduled on me when he was unable to show up an hour before my appointment. Guess I should’ve asked for a new doctor. It’s a blessing in disguise.

Dr Mandaloun was dismissive of relatively simple pulled muscle complaint my child had and tried to make it into something it wasnt because a visit to emergency (after his scare tactic) proved it was nothing. Rude, condescending, and unprofessional. Not recommended.

Dr. A Gayed is the worst doctor I've ever seen. I waited an hour and a half, got put in a room and the front desk girl came in and asked me what I needed. I told her I needed a check up (due to a car accident I got into earlier in the day) and I was due for a pap test. She told me " you can't just walk in here and expect to get a pap test done. You have to book that in! Also the doctor won't be following up on your visit the next time you come in because it's a pain for him to, so it will be a different doctor when you come in again". First of all, I've never been rejected for a pap test at a walk in clinic before - they ALWAYS accommodate my needs. Secondly, why wouldn't the doctor follow up on my visit? I was in a car accident for gods sake. The doctor came in and didn't even do a proper check up on me. All he did was ask the standard questions, like how the car accident happened etc and then said " there was no broken glass involved, so just take 2 advils and I guarantee you will be back to normal in 2 days". This clinic does not care about anyone and just rushes you out of there. I do not recommend going here at all. What a waste of time! I had to go to another medical clinic to get a proper check up.

I saw Dr. Chorn here on a busy Saturday morning. I had gone previously to Willowbrook medical and had a terrible experience - only person in the wait room and a 2 hour wait, a doctor that spoke less than 10 words to me, and didn't take the time to actually look at my problem, prescribing a product that actually made this worse. Instead at Willoughby, Dr. Chorn spoke to me, took some history, looked at my problem, told me to stop taking the other medication immediately, sent me for blood tests, and answered all my questions. I'd definitely see him again, it was a pleasant experience. Also was told "45 minutes" at reception and was in within the hour, which is fine with a 15 minute difference. They lose 1 star because the receptionist who I called about my results was busy and didn't really seem to care that I just wanted to know the outcome. I ended up going in and asking for them instead.

First time met on 17 January 2022 Dr. Magdy Mandaloun at this clinic. He listened carefully, after advising me that he need to make a incision explaining the necessity to relieve my pain temporarily. For permanent solution, I have to see a special surgeon on this particular issues. Very casually, he did incision with local anesthesia with in few minutes.... job done.....great relief. Next day visit redressing and sanitized the affected area advising what to do and how to take care to prevent septic and not to pop up the issue in future; but as precautions advised me to meet the special surgeon. I am impressed his cool and evaluation procedures systematically carried out professionally. BTW, he is from Egypt. Don't underestimate where they came from, but give credit based on their merit. Thank you Dr. Mandaloun.

So so some docs let you stay in a lot of severe pain and body damage with out sending you to proper MRIs and other professionals for help.if half your body is paralyzed half the time in severe endless pain for hours at a time who can you trust, answer is the Lord God o mighty that's who. The Doctors left me too die in my pain $ is there answer $$$$$$$$$ .

Horrible. Clinic opened at 9am. Brought my son in at 9:21 and to my surprise Dr had made quota for the day already and was not accepting any more patients. Front desk would talk to me but purposefully avoid eye contact.

I came to this walk-in clinic to have my eczema examined, and the doctor here told me one word "eczema" and went on to prescribe my medication. He didn't spend more than 30 seconds with me and left the door leaving me a note telling me to get my medications. The doctor did not even ask about any of my allergies or of my previous medical history. This is by far the worst service I have ever received from any clinic. I never come back to this clinic again.
