The worst medical clinic in Surrey. The doctor is ok but the receptionist is rude , rascist and unhelpful. EXTREMELY RUDE RECEPTIONIST!!! Refusing Care, tactless about medical information, yelled and swore at me, called me a lair and hung up on me twice...VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Not a great experience with the doctor ! Not recommended,.he doesnt care at all about you.My experience with his doctor has been terrible. Only allows 3 questions and then says that he is done. So condescending when responding to questions. I would not recommend him to anyone. Maybe he has been around for to long because he does not care about his patients...only the time they are taking. His staff is unprofessional as well. I have been waiting weeks for a referral. They are unable to even call to say there is some sort of dely.

Been seeing Dr.Bhatti for almost a year now, and I cannot say enough good things about him. He is kind, knowledgeable and has a wonderful bedside manner. Anytime I speak to him over the phone or see him in person I feel heard and cared for. I never feel rushed with him, which I did with my previous doctor. I truly believe he is amazing at what he does!

Worst customer service experience. Second time cancelled new patient appointment by the clinic with no advance notice consistently with the same reason that Doctor had to go to an emergency. Although me and my wife booked off from work to make the appointment. I am not going to go there if they don’t care about other’s time. Be careful to chose your doctor.

Terrible front office “‘MOA”… I use that word lightly as I do not think this girl has any training whatsoever on how to deal with patients or humans in general. Very very rude, makes faces at you and not helpful at all. Unfortunate since the front office staff are a very important part of a well run office.

Thank you to the team at SurLang Medical, great team including Pharmacy. My child was quite ill and we were able to contact the clinic and get a Doctor to do a virtual call within minutes. Dr. Bhatti was very knowledgeable and was able to have a prescription filled for us upon arrival. Having this small step taken on my behalf really took the stress of having a sick child at home off, so that my wife and i can tend to their illness. Thank you SurLang Medical team and Pharmacy!
