Waited here for a hour to find out there wasn't even a doctor in the building and they didn't even phone him because I overheard from the examining room.

just talked to one of the receptionist and I’m in shock Cus she was unbelievably rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. The second one who phoned back was nicer. you probably need to cull the rude one out Cus it’s hurting your business.

P extremely unprofessional I canceled my appointment for 1:20 p.m. September 9th I was true to treat an extremely rude and for no cause I didn't speak to the doctor I spoke to his wife who is not a medical practitioner and should just stay out of it and mind their own business because she's not any benefit to the patients thank you.

If I could give a negative star that would be generous. The doctor himself isn't that bad..... a little tough to understand but manageable in person. The receptionist on the other hand is probably the most unqualified human in existence. constantly talks down to the patients, phone etiquette is absolutely disgusting, and just all around demeanor is awful. its not worth the hassle of dealing with her to even go to this doctor. i would advise him to hire a professional and not what he has currently employed.
