Great experience. Dr. Kim does not rush you; he takes the time to listen to all your concerns and questions. A very friendly guy who makes sure you understand what he is talking about. He is highly recommended on google search and I have to say that his reputation precedes him. My only negative feedback I would say is that they won’t do dual medical claims on the spot; so even though I could have been fully covered with my benefits between my wife’s and I benefits, they only would make a claim under one, therefore I paid out of pocket. Certainly not a deal breaker.

Dr. Kim has been the most amazing optometrist I've worked with. He's been taking care of our family needs for many years and genuinely cares about our eye health. He also works very well with my daughters and they look forward to going for their eye check ups. Generally a very down to earth and knowledgeable optometrist to work with. His whole team including the receptionist is very kind and accommodating. When I told him I was contemplating eye surgery he gave me all the details, risks, and benefits of each type of operation. I gave up on Lasik a long time ago (my eyes were pretty bad) but he was able to do some preliminary tests and recommended a place out in Vancouver and after 26 years of wearing glasses my eyes are now pretty much 20/20! If you're in search for an optometrist I'd highly recommend you go see Dr. Kim.

Highly recommended! Brought my husband here to get our long overdue eye exams and we had a great experience. Dr. Kim was very knowledgable. The staff at Pearl Vision were also friendly and we did not feel pressured into making a purchase. This was my first visit with Dr. Kim for an eye exam. I found the entire experience very professional and relaxed. Receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. This optometry is located at the back of Pearle Vision and two staffs from Pearle vision were chatting with each other and laughing very very loudly while I was being tested by Dr. Kim's assistant. Very inappropriate environment for the $120 eye exam. Please be mindful of others. Some people have serious eye conditions and a little peace and quiet would be nice during a medical eye exam. * Update: Unable to get a hold of this office to transfer my test results to my physician. I was hoping they could take my constructive feedback, but I guess not. E mail was not answered & Call ended suddenly after ringing.

I’ve been putting off laser eye surgery for so long because I knew so little about it and was also scared to go “anywhere”.. you only get one set of eyes! The rest of the team were so friendly and did not rush me or got impatient with me, they were very thorough and answered many of my questions. The facility is very clean, modern and up to date. :)
