Dr. Fasihy is professional, thorough and efficient. Her receptionist is always busy and still has a friendly smile when she greets you. I’ve been going to see her now for four years. Her clinic is beautiful and yes, there can be a wait but it’s a walk in, so it’s to be expected.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. However after reviewing my X-rays, they rang me late in the afternoon stating I needed to go to emergency right away, and when I got to emerg they had not forwarded them across so had to be re-done, and paid an extra $700 to have the Dr. there tell me that its not an emergency and to book an appointment with a specialist in 2 weeks.

Unprofessional staff! They will call you to come and see the doctor and once you’re there the (unfriendly) receptionist will just have to tell you that you are a walk-in patient and they will make you wait for more than an hour INSIDE A SMALL ROOM WITHOUT WINDOWS and almost no ventilation! Horrible place!

I have been coming to this clinic for 8+ years and use her as my family DR. I feel comfortable with her as she is a woman. I understand she is very busy and needs to hurry as other people are waiting but that just goes to show a lot of people like going to this clinic! The staff are great too.

Staff where very unfriendly I went in to get stitches taken out , and they made me feel like I was in there to get drugs..needless to say I didn’t get to get my stitches out..

She's a great doctor who doesn't hold any judgement on anyone who has any addiction problems or any other medical concerns. She truly cares about her patients. She is unlike many doctors out there and the only doctor I trust.

She has been truly caring and devoted to getting to the root of my health issues. I have never had a Dr put so much care into my needs ...she doesn't jump to prescription drugs.. she wants to find the real issues to be able to treat you the correct way. The clinic staff is great too. Great location. Overall best experience!

Great experience with this clinic! The wait times were no longer than any clinic in the area, which *is* long, but I got much more time with the doctor than I've had at any other clinic - including my last family doctor! The staff were attentive and kind, and gave me advice and a prescription that have helped me immensely. Probably the best walk-in clinic in the lower mainland.

I don't understand what all the negative reviews are about. Dr. Fasihy and her staff are great. The staff are friendly and patient. Dr. Fasihy is very thorough and caring. I would say she even goes above and beyond. Other doctors I have dealt with have been dismissive of me and just told me to lose weight and I would feel better whereas Dr. Fasihy recognised there was a serious problem and made sure I got the care I needed. I am forever grateful. Note: Yes you will wait a long time in a clinic even if you have an appointment. I have been going to clinics all over BC for over 20 years and that's how it has always been and always will be. They do the best they can. Maybe have some compassion for the staff and doctors? Can you imagine how burned out they must get sometimes dealing with so many people who often have bad attitudes? I swear some people are just determined to be miserable and complain.

I stumbled upon this clinic on a Sunday when no one else was opened. I was impressed when we left the clinic. Dr Fasihy cares about the patients and actually sat down with us. I got a lot of info from her and didn’t feel I was being rushed out. She’s very thorough and incredibly kind. If I didn’t already have a family doctor, I would be begging her to take us on.

Dr Fasihy is a great Doctor she gave my son excellent care however i found that the wait times were way too long. I understand that she is busy but i think that there needs to be better balance between the walk in for medical needs and the methadone program. It seems to me that there is more care given the the people on the "program" then the walk n general needs patients.

Wonderful service. Great communication within the clinic. Was happy and felt comfortable with the inside esthetics. I would suggest dusting more...But cleanliness was over all great. Helpful having the pharmacy jointed for prescriptions needed. Lots of parking inbehind building. Will be back

Absolutely horrible experience. I called in and was put on hold and then my call was dropped. I called again and asked how long of a wait for a walk-in. I was told it won't be long. I come in and asked again how long of a wait. The receptionist said it won't be long again, never giving me an exact time. I waited 20 minutes outside then was directed into a room to continue to wait. I was told to take my shirt of and wait in the room as I was getting checked for a skin problem. I took my shirt off and continued to wait for another 20 minutes. It got really cold so I put my shirt on and waited for another 15 minutes before I opened the door and asked how much longer as at this point I have been waiting for nearly an hour now and I was told it won't be long when I came in intially. She told me it won't be long again, the doctor is coming soon. A few minutes later Dr. Fasihy walks in and is extremely rude. She acts as if she's in a rush to get me out. She asks what's wrong, I describe and show her. She writes up a prescription for me. I proceed to tell her about another nasal condition I have that resembles allergies except it runs year long and allergy medication does not seem to work. She's not even listening to me at this point and just nods and uhums everything. I tell her I'm really concerned and have had an allergy test in the past and the results come back saying I have no allergies. The problems I have with my nose is very debilitating. She ignores all my concerns writes up a prescription for allergic medications that I told her I've TAKEN MANY TIMES but NEVER works in the first place. She tosses it to me and tells me to go see my family doctor. This is all within 5 minutes. I waited an hour to be rushed out the door and never got an apology. Never have I had such a horrible experience at a clinic. Usually any clinic that I visit is packed and the wait time although is long, is less than this. It was completely dead outside, only one other man waiting, and it still took them that long to see me. Now I understand why it's so empty in there. Usually any clinic I go to is jam packed. Many have probably had horrible experiences as well. I might have let it slide if the doctor is great, but why even bother to practice if you're going to show such little compassion, care, or patience. This doctor is clearly in it for the money and I am SO glad I did not have any other errands to run or places to be today. NEVER AGAIN! I'm so tramatized.

The woman doctor has absolutely no idea what she is doing, the receptionist are so incompetent it's almost funny. I have been clean 6 months and have the clean urine to prove it and after an hour of waiting she says "I don't do carries". She took one look at me and said no even though she has to. She was racist. Judging me from my appearance. This place is a joke, do not go there if you want to be helped back to a healthy normal life. Idiots, racist and did I mention stupid?

i was getting my suboxone for over a year and a half from her. i was able to get some from a friend while this covid thing went on. i go back in to get a new presciption and she deny's me when im 100 percent clean and tells me to go somewhere else. her files are also completely wrong and she wrights whatever she wants in there. i went somewhere else and zero issues. i will never go again and i do not suggest anyone trying to get clean go to her. i did not mess up once int he year and a half either. you wonder why some people never get clean
