Dr. Pellerin manque de transparence et lorsque je l'ai confronté, il s'est moqué de moi. Mise en garde!!! I had problems with Dr. Pellerin every step of the way over the 1.5 hears my daughter was treated. As other below have stated, he refuses to use retainers to help the teeth stay in place after treatments and then asks for more money to fix the shifts that occur during the time of treatment. He also made multiple mistakes and refused to acknowledge or make reparations. I lost almost 4000$ with him and was treated rudely to boot! Don't be fooled by his assurances before they get paid. Run the other way!

They strive for perfection and go above and beyond to ensure customers are satisfied -- even after the treatment is over . I was a patient with dr pellerin for about 3-4 years. I consulted with many orthodontists prior to him and felt most comfortable with the service they provided for me there. I had a great experience. My smile looks great and it wasn't easy! I even had to do an open palate surgery (done right next door, by an equally awesome team) during my time with braces and he and his team were there for me every step of the way. Professional, friendly service all around, down to the ladies at the front desk. Im usually very uneasy with doctors and dentists but not here! Dr Pellerin and his team get 5 stars from me!

As others have said here, Patrice Pellerin lies about the fees and has separate deposit documentation so that you pay the deposit without signing for the entire amount. Make sure you sign ALL the documentation at once if you must see him ( I would personally not want to do business with someone this dishonest ) and do not pay your deposit until you have signed all the documentation for the full cost. It's disgusting that he got away with ripping me off.

Predators!! Avoid this Dr./office at all cost. They smile a lot to get you to sign the papers and take your money. But after you do so, they show their true predator colours. If you defend your rights, they will broadcast details of your medical dossier in front of everybody to ridicule you. And they will call your dentist or professional who referred you there to cause further damage. So, think twice before getting there; for sure there are better options.

Look around first before settling with this orthodontist. I've paid 4000$ for my daughters treatment. This included top and bottom appliances to give my daughter's teeth room to grow and top braces to correct the teeth. 6 months go by and my daughters braces were removed. Seeing as the teeth still shift after the removal of the braces the ortho will recommend retainers, not this doctor. Well another 6 months later I show up for a follow up with Dr Patrice pelletrin. I began to point out how my daughters front teeth have begun to shift and to why a retainer wasn't used to prevent this in the first place. Being the hungry money pigs they are , Dr Patrice pelletrin mentions to me that a additional phase of treatments will most likely be nessacary and that I would have to pay more for this correction. Once they get your money they are rude and ridicule you. I told Dr Patrice I will see you in court as he sat there laughing.
