I have had physio done at the clinic many many years ago for a back injury.. But this write up is in regards to my most recent experience there. I am an Early childhood educator and I am active in sports. However I have been suffering for at least 30 years with chronic shoulders muscles issues. Although I have an awesome massage therapist that I see on a regular to help relax and ease my shoulder pains., it never ever really goes away. After returning from a trip I made an appointment to see a physiotherapist for my calf... During this appointment (after a quick overhaul of my body) she mentioned that I would benefit from seing an Osteopath. I told her I have had a few sessions with an Osteopath before but I didnt find it helpful.. But because I felt a positive connection with her and i thought what do I have to lose other than my 90$ why not!? So I made an appointment to see her... WELL that was the best 90$ investment. She was very thorough in assessing my physical history and more... the session went extremely well, she was attentive to any concerns/questions during and after the session. The following morning I immediately called the clinic to book a second appointment for her to work on my lower back and any other ailments. I have since that day continued to brag, boast, speak highly and reccomend her to any and every individual that I know would absolutely benefit from having a seesion(s) with her. No word of a lie I have not complained to my coworker of any shoulder pain since that day. Voltaren was my shoulders best friend now I've found a new best friend in my Osteopath. I cannot thank her enough... So the best I can do is suggest you visit the Clinique Physiothérapie Universelle de Lachiine and I HIGHLY recommend you ask for Ariane Ntibarikure. Personally, I have to be honest, in that I prefer Dr. Cirkovic's "bedside manner," as he came across as a guy you can "sit down and have a beer with." That's not to detract from Dr. Masse, who is an outstanding professional in my opinion, it's just their respective mannerisms and conversational differences. This is important because I have my own writing company too, and my hand started to get numb, and I lost my ability to write without pain. Within the first week of Physio, I was able to hold a pen comfortably. Within the second week, I was writing. My 9/10 pain also became a 7/10 and occasionally 9/10 if I made big unexpected moves.
