Very knowledgeable Podiatrist. Takes the time to explain. What I learned on my first visit was well worth the $100. Beautiful office, comfortable, soft background music, snacks available. The two front desk girls I met (1st and 2nd visit) were very friendly and helpful.

Dr Radic is very professional and knowledgeable and walks you through everything he’s doing. Doesn’t try to sell you unnecessary treatment. The clinic itself is modern and clean and the receptionist friendly and welcoming.

Today I had an amazing experience at the NDG Podiatry Clinic! Dr. Radic was so thorough in the examination through to resolving the pain in my foot. What was interesting was the convenience of the on-site xray options. As a result, I received a thorough explanation of the warys and unrasound. I even got answers on a nagging, on-going condition on one of my toes. I will definitely be returning for foot maintenance twice year. What a find - I am thrilled!

I called to make a first appointment with the clinic, and the first availability was 1 month away (which I was fine with). The week before my appointment, they called on the Monday and left a voice mail requesting to adjust the appointment time. I was at work, and needed to see if I could arrange the new time they suggested. I called back Tuesday afternoon to confirm to be told that, as I had not called back in 24 hours my appointment was canceled and I would now have to book a new appointment for there next availability (ie. in a month). In short, the customer service is terrible and they don't show concern for new clients. EDIT: They have responded to claim that this is because of COVID19. That makes no sense. I was called one week in advance on my appointment (not within a 24 hour period of he appointment), so having confirmation from me at that point wouldn't relate to public health guidelines. It is shameful to blame the pandemic for your bad service. If you are restricted in the customers you are going to serve, just say so at the outset.

Clean, professional, and quality service. Dr. Radic treats well and is very good at explaining problems and how to fix them. The receptionist is very pleasant, and made me a latte while waited. Dr. Radic was very patient in correcting some of my misconceptions. I would recomend anyone with foot pain/problems go.

I initially asked that they keep the mold to make a second pair for my boots because my old orthosis required a change of sole and made me lose 2 min each time. I change my mind because those of this clinic actually take 5 seconds to change shoes. (Original) Impressioné par la minceur et la facilité d'utilisation de leur orthèse. Dr. Radic is very personable and professional. He explains all options and the advantages / disadvantages of different procedures. The office is very clean, modern and welcoming. Arrived with horrible pain, left with no pain! Receptionist is also very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend.

Guys, basically I should have charged you for the time I wasted on your clinic. You have to understand that punctuality is one of the most important characteristics people evaluate. I was OK that my initial appointment was cancelled from your side, but I couldn't be OK when my second appointment was double booked and I couldn't be served at the reserved time and had to leave after 15 minutes of waiting. You knew that I had only 30 min for the visit due to my busy schedule and I was convinced that it would be enough. I even came 45 min in advance. So, I'm quite pissed off and don't want to come back.

Found this clinic on line. Paid for assessment and told that given the comfort challenges faced, was sold fairly expensive off the shelf orthopedic inserts ($275 for inserts and exam). After enduring some discomfort for a few months , I called and was told I could have an appointment that afternoon due to a cancellation (which at one point he threw back in my face later as if my filling a cancellation was a great favor on his part). Perfect! I went, paid $310 for x-rays, examination and a bio-mechanical assessment and the mold for custom inserts ($595). When asked whether I wanted 'quick' service, I was told the cost was an additional $60 or so. I realized that the clinic's main goal is to 'milk' customers and I lost confidence in the podiatrist's ability and competence and took my losses on all the services except the deposit I left for the custom inserts.. I was astounded. After paying for useless inserts (and exam), Podiatrist Radic wanted to make sure he sucked the last few dollars out of me. In conversation, he talked about how some medical specialists made a million dollars a year as if that were his holy grail. Good luck to him.

Extremely rude receptionist. Saw Dr Radic a few years ago for a small issue and we were satisfied. When I called to make an appointment this time around, the receptionist was very discourteous. Then, the office called to cancel the appointment on us and said they would do their best to accommodate. When I called back to reschedule, I was greeting with the same contemptuous rudeness, no apology, and certainly no effort to accommodate.

I recommend this clinic. Professional service which includes X-ray on site. An assessment is made then a treatment planned. Lastly a follow up visit is booked. Dr. Radic explains thoroughly, answers all questions and is super nice and gentle.

Yes, I am referring to the NDG Podiatry clinic on Sherbrooke st. my friend who doesnt have a Google Account asked me to write this review bc they chose your clinic in reason of the positive reviews on Google maps, so it's only fair to share their experience.. My friend was also concerned about their privacy and your checking up the patient file to publicly justify your response on line was right on. You may want to review your files about the fact you call people to reschedule your appointments. My friend is not interested in returning, thanks anyway.
