Dr. Goldwater-Adler changed my life. I had struggled with so many different psychologists and therapists before. We just couldn't see eye to eye. Dr. Goldwater-Adler sincerely gets me and can get on my level to work with me in a way that is effective every session, no matter how high or low I'm feeling! She's taught me the value in being gentle with myself and being grateful. She helps me find ways to set my boundaries and work on my relationships while staying within my values. She's helped me figure out what those values are to begin with! She's great at pointing out your successes always shares what she appreciates about you and the work you put into yourself. It's a really safe and comforting environment with her. If anyone needed support and guidance I would 100% recommend her! I honestly couldn't say enough good things about her! She's the best!
