je mets 5++ étoiles pour le dr Delisle c'est un orl en or ! mais sa secrétaire elle je lui mets -1 étoile elle est raide verbalement avec les clients, elle nous gronde si on ose parlé au dr delisle pendant notre rv tandis que elle, elle passe son temps à nous déranger sans arrêt. elle est très mal élevée et n'a aucun respect envers les clients et le médecin. si c'était moi son boss je la renverrais sur le champ ! point barre.

The Audiologist’s secretary said she would call me back later in the same day to let me know if I could have an appointment. She never did...despite the fact that I explained to her the antibiotics treatment the doctor prescribed me did not cure my ear infection. Now I have to go to the emergency because the infection is getting worse and I am in pain. All she had to do is talk to the audiologist and call me back ! Next time I’ll pay and go to a private clinic.
