Thought "walk in" meant just that. Showed up early on my day off hoping to see a doctor, walked in to a completely empty waiting room to be told by receptionist that I have to make an appointment a day ahead of time to see a doctor and can NOT make any appointment further ahead of time than that? Go on to the Bonjour Sante site she referred me to to see that there than one dais a sign up fee to use site. WTF?

I have an awesome doctor and so happy to finally have one. Unfortunately, one day the staff is great other days ths service is poor, the staff is rude. I know the medical system isn't great and staff must deal with all types of people but this does not give them green light to treat others with disrespect. This clinic is unorganized when you see other clinics run so well. God forbid you miss a non guaranteed appointment, they will make sure to threaten you that you may not have that previledge of not waiting as long as the others. Wish switching doctors or clinic would be easy because I would definetly change.

Worst clinic. First time I went was a walk in at 8 am to get a check up for my knee.. Took them 6 hours... Second time I went was for a flu check up around 2 pm thinking it might be quicker since my first experience took so long, was informed that there are no walk in doctors at the time. Lost 3days of work going there 3 days in a row to see a doctor but they never have one walk in clinic been close for 3 day now they keep telling you to go back but they don't even know if their gonna have a doctor who will actually be there ,remain calm have a small and stay polite even if we make you wast your time ,you can't have a clinic with no doctor stop wasting everyone time and close it

(Original) Pas trop d’attente comparé a d’autre clinique , quand j’ai vue le docteur c’était extrêmement rapide j’avais quelques questions et je ne sentais pas que les questions étaient bienvenue , j’ai l’oreille boucher et je travaille dans l’aviation , ca n’as pas été pris en considération . Je n’ai pas recu de conseil par rapport a aller travailler ou non , bref je comprend l’urgence mais dans certain cas ce serais bien d’avoir un service complet.

Ratings are not fair. I've been there three times without appointment. Friendly bilingual service. Been served twice by Dr Nguyen. He is very efficient and asks pertinent questions. I'm not qualified at all to judge doctors but this guy is clearly very smart. As for the wait: of course you will wait. This is Quebec. Blame socialized medicine not the overburden clinics. Sitting in the waiting room I hear people constantly complaining to the receptionists. And they also answer a fair share of calls with the same complaints. If you are in a rush there's a private system that will serve you immediately.

I've bin trying to make an apointment here for the past 3 weeks and everytime I try they tell u to call after 7 to make an apointment for the next day but everytime I call there already full like tonight I just called it's not even 8:30 yet and already full for tomorrow this is just crazy I need to see a doc but it seems the only way to do that now is go wait 5 hrs in the emergancie ???????????????? not impressed

I love my doctor here. I have a personality disorder which can make me hard to deal with and my dr is patient with me. The staff has always been friendly and easy to deal with.
