Parking trap! Beaware of the parking trap at a covid-19 testing site. No entrance control, parking lots are not labelled. You only see testing signs, not parking payment signs. All you get is a ticket not from the government with an "Easy payment" option. About 15 parking places to support a full time employee to issue the tickets.

Firstly: not a parking trap. There are 2hrs free parking. Just print a free parking pass from the parking payment machine. Push the print ticket button. Had a very pleasant experience with the entire medical staff at the Ex- Lachine facility. They took great care of a family member with patience, compassion and medical assistance. Everyone was cheerful and extremely helpful.

Waited outside with a fever for 2 hours before going inside to get tested. Doesn't make sense that the system is so slow right now that doing the right thing and going to get tested seems like the bad decision here. I would maybe recommend to drive even further maybe to Laval to get tested, because here was just too slow.

Whenever i have to go tested, I choose this place. There is always parking available, you are able to go in and out real quick, and the staff and the medical personnel are so kind. I am not really a fan of the nasal swap, but the nurses are encouraging and they cheer you on and create a relaxing environment while they do the swap. Thank you so much!

Disappointing to say the least. Went there on Friday, was in quickly, did the online registration thing (got no confirmation email however), was assured everything was done right, the nurse jabbed the pointy stick up my nostril, I was told within a day or two I would get the results... We are now at 51h of waiting to find out if I have covid or not. The phone number on the paper they gave me was utterly useless too.
