My first service agent was NOT helpful nor seemed he even wanted to help in any way. I was rushed on phone calls and there was no willingness to provide satisfactory service when I visited. I found him arrogant and I’m not one to complain about things. This was the third time my truck was over for the same issue with the same service advisor in a 3 month time frame. Very frustrating. I qualified for a rental but he was not willing to help. My truck was at the garage for 4 weeks. In saying that, I switched to a different service agent two weeks in to it. Her name is Arlene and she should be recognized for her willingness to help. Within two hours I had a rental delivered to my door. She called daily or messaged with updates on my vehicle which made me feel like I was an appreciated customer, who’s paying a lot of money for a truck I was unable to Have in my driveway to show for it. I had nothing. She personally dropped my truck off to my driveway this evening. To me she went above and beyond. Very much appreciated. Thank you Arlene :) The dealership cleaned and washed my vehicle which was also much appreciated.

I had an urgent situation today with a loose wheel on my 2011 escape. My husband had changed the wheels to winter ones last weekend. One on my wheels had come loose. I called Carol Auto after 3pm and Erica reassurded me they would help me asap. Tony, one of the techs, came to my rescue in just a few minutes. He tightened all lug nuts and inspected the rim. We headed to the shop. By just after closing time Tony had my vehicle road worthy, with a damaged rim and lug nuts replaced. Keith had my bill ready. Parts only and No labor charge and I was safe to go again. I had 240 km to drive home and was so thankful the Carol Automotive Team had saved my day.

But my F-150 is just the opposite, door seals problem not soundproof, transmission does not modulate well from 1 to 3 and synchronization more or less good at high speed in mounted, ventilation not effective on the 3 functions, delays between forward / backward, no skip flat for belt protection and oil filter, wiper hops, ford just makes us look for the price. By cons driving is superb! I can not wait to change to a 4x4 Transit, if it's not too expensive. Thank you for your services Mathieu, you really helped me out. Mais mon F-150 est tout le contraire, problème de seals de porte pas insonorisé, transmission ne module pas bien de 1 à 3 et synchronisation plus ou moins bonne à haute vitesse dans les montés, ventilation non efficace sur les 3 fonctions, délais entre l'avant/ reculons, pas de skip plate pour la protection de la courroie et filtre à l'huile, essuie glace sautille, ford nous fait juste du tape à l'oeil pour le prix. Par contre la conduite est superbe! J'ai hâte de changer pour un Transit 4x4, si c'est pas trop chère. Merci pour tes services Mathieu, tu m'a vraiment dépanné.

Went to Carol Auto to pick up a colleague's car when he was given the keys the car was parked around the side of the building covered in snow and wouldn't start. The man was 85 years old. That kind of service is unacceptable.
