My doctor is great but the wait is ridiculous WITH AN APPOINTMENT. I schedule an appointment for latest available in the afternoon then leave work an hour early only to sit there for an hour and a half to two hours! Why give me an appointment time? It has been like this for years...everytime I go....overbooking patients? Maybe you need to schedule appointments further apart? This is a clinic not a hospital so there should be nothing stopping you from being on time or casually late -not insultingly late! Unacceptable. The question is if I showed up late would you take me?

If you have a choice, don't go to this clinic. Especially for walk ins!A paper is hanging on the door saying that it's closed for the whole week!they couldn't announce that on their site? So inconvenient,to see a doctor, you have to line up at 5ham outside,rain, snow or shine! And the clinic opens at 8h30.

Poor low quality service at this clinic. Open all day but walk in is 6.30am monday to thursday if you come anytime between 8am and 5pm there is a paper saying they are full for the day nobody will bother to see you. When I have had appointments the doctors have little time to see you and basically want you out asap.

I'm giving this clinic a 4 strictly because of the waiting - yes, it can be very annoying. Other than that, I love these 2 doctors. Dr. Bertolo was not taking any new patients a few years back and when I went to the no appointment clinic one day, sobbing on her table, in the midst of a major depression, she took me on and never let me go. She calls me at home during the Covid confinement to make sure me and my family are ok. Her husband, Dr. Lazzara, the other doctor in this clinic, is my husband's doctor. They are both sweethearts, old school, work like dogs (they arrive at 7h am and Dr. Bertolo often leaves at 18h at night), trying to see and help as many people as they can. She is not above strongly chastising me for not eating well and not taking care of myself. Who else should be allowed to do that apart from her? I love her - she has my loyalty. Not easy finding a doctor who has your back and works well with who I am - she does.

Best doctors , simply they worry about you like them self , they take care of everybody equally, what a respectful stuff, what a clean place good doctors you even feel like you are family, the secretary she is awesome nice cute beauty, help all and every one with full respect even some they enter with anger in them she still do her job with full respect no matter who you are , god bless them all

This place is the absolute worst and I wouldn't recommend anybody to come here if u need to walk in and see a doctor. Making people wait over 3 hours to see someone is ridiculous, and the worst part is I'm not even here for myself... I'm here for a child. SMFH!!!

My sister took my aunt to see this doctor and found that this doctor does not listen at all. My sister wanted to cancel an appointment but was confronted by the doctor when she visited the office and was yelled at in front of all the people waiting. This doctor is very unprofessional.

Dr. Lazarra is a good doctor but one thing I notice is people who walk in without an appt are often seen before people like me who HAVE an appt. Another complaint...theres 5-10 doctors sharing the rent on that building....would it kill you to offer free wifi to your customers who have to wait so long?

0 if I could. The walkin clinic is terrible. Very long wait times. People that know the doctors simply walk in to their offices with no respect for the people already waiting.

Worst clinic in the area. No one bothers accepting calls they even hung up on me couple of times while i tried to book the appointment. They advertise they are taking new patients apply online when go online you get lost in silly things which will eventually direct you to call them and they dont bother taking calls. I usually see people standing outside the clinic for long time to just get in. Avoid going to this clinic.

I have been trying to contact this clinique, and I have been calling the whole day without getting in touch with SOMEONE at the desk. I think that they need extra hands to handle the incoming calls!! It seems that they perfect to let the automated system handle the calls, the only thing is that the automated system can't answer your questions or make appointments for you ????????

After waiting 5 weeks to be able to consult her for my two children, after waiting 30 min in a crowded waiting room, in addition in the context of COVID-19, after she scolds me in front of the children for not having consulted more frequently, for not having chosen the telephone consultation (even if the VR was for a nodule to be observed in the child, impossible to do by telephone), and the worst, she makes a humiliating gesture to us by pointing with a finger chairs, instead of asking to sit and wait, and we SLAM the door in our face. The children were shocked by his attitude, we left the clinic because it is unacceptable to be so welcomed by a family doctor. (Original) Dre Téodorescu, ne traitez pas vos patients comme du bétail ! Rappelez-vous de votre engagement envers les humains, du respect et de la bienveillance que vous leur devez. C’est grâce à vos patients que vous gagnez généreusement votre vie. Je n’ai jamais rencontré un médecin aussi incompétente, arrogante, impolie et qui manque de ponctualité. Après avoir attendu 5 semaines pour pouvoir la consulter pour mes deux enfants, après avoir attendu 30 min dans une salle d’attente bondée, en plus dans le contexte de la COVID-19, après elle me gronde devant les enfants de ne pas avoir consulté plus fréquemment, de ne pas avoir choisi la consultation téléphonique (même si le RV était pour un nodule à observer chez l’enfant, impossible de faire par téléphone), et le pire, elle nous fait un geste humiliant en pointant avec un doigt les chaises, au lieu de demander de s’assoir et d'attendre, et nous CLAQUE la porte au nez. Les enfants étaient choqués par son attitude, nous avons quitté la clinique, car il est inadmissible de subir un tel accueil de la part d’un médecin de famille.
