Absolutely disgusting on how they treat people here. From coast to coast this little hole in the wall is by far the worse I've ever seen. The old lady at reception has no respect for anyone and treats people as if in total disgust. The doctor is equally unprofessional and would have hard time in his profession in any other province.

I didn't wait very long to be seen. Probably 15 min. It was about 11:00 a.m. I had to pay for the visit as I am from out of Province.The secretary had given me the out-of-province form, made copies, and even gave me an envelope. She had also hand written the Ontario address for the claims office, so it was ready to go. I didn't even request it. I found both the doctor and secretary very cordial. I will go here whenever I need medical appointments.

Wow! Ok so you probably wouldn’t believe me but here goes. I came in at 9am sharp for flu like symptoms. I was greeted by the receptionist who advised me it shouldn’t take too long. I’m here counting 5 patients waiting before me. While comparing to other clinics, based on my calculation it should take roughly 4 hours and 22 minutes. Next thing you know, 9:22am, Dr. Nguyen called me in. Examined my health and well being while answering to all my questions, and by 9:31am i was in my car heading to the pharmacist to get my antibiotics. This clinic does not mess around! Now I sitting here in bed resting wondering why would it take so long to see the doctors in 99% of the other clinics?!?!

Best walk in clinic ! Dr Ngyuen has helped our whole family. He is very knowledgeable, patient and sympathetic. Anytime my kids have colds, I bring them to see him . Although he may be quiet, he is a very caring doctor . Dr Luongo is also very nice . She is there on Wednesdays.

The doctor presribed me a medicin for almost 3 weeks ago, the insurance requested a couple of inquires from the doctor about the medicin, but the clinic did not respond back to the pharmacy or the insurance. myself gave the insurance fax copy to them since they do not respond, however they refused to receive it by the lady at the recepition in improper manner. Till now, I haven't received the medicine and I have to visit another clinic to get another prescription. Really won't come back to this clinic.

If every walk-in clinic in the greater Montreal area was run like this old school walk in clinic life in Quebec would be a lot better. And if this clinic can do it with what appeared to be one doctor and one lady at reception, then they all can do it. If you’ve experienced the dead end frustration of trying to get an appointment through Bonjour Sante (a private company making money off people who need to see a doctor for non-emergency cases or to just get a prescription refilled), then this place I recommend. I walked in around 10:30am, lady at the front said wait time would be 3 hours, took my health card info and said to come back at 1pm. Went off to run a few errands, came back at 1pm and waited 40 minutes to see a doctor. Spent 5 minutes with the doctor and I was out the door with my prescription refilled at 1:45pm. I don’t expect things to get better as all governments are now corrupt and controlled by private interests but hopefully I can find more clinics like this one that avoid Bonjour Sante in order to provide a haven to the public.

Do not go there on Wednesdays. It's the woman and she takes her goddamn time with each patient so you can sit there for 4 hours before seeing her. The man is kind of rude but he gets things done like a champ (out of his office in 5 mins). Same arrival time, I'm out of the clinic in an hour with him. The secretary is one of the most displeasing woman on earth. But I'm not going there to make friends. Overall, it's a good place to go (just avoid going there on wednesdays like plague).

I don't understand why walk-in clinics do not write that they are closed somewhere on their site. I walked all the way there, in the cold, to find a paper saying "We are closed on Friday" I wasted my time. Also, do not ever go on Wednesdays you will wait a ridiculous amount of hours, to see a doctor. Honestly it is ridiculous.

Seriously this is the best walk-in clinic I’ve ever been. Came around 9ham and there was over 15 people here ...I thought I was gonna be here all day. by 10h30am I was already done and in my car. Dr Nguyen is the best... attended to my concern and prescribed whatever Was good for me. Honestly it is the best clinic ever

I like the male doctor, he's quick but he doesn't just diagnose anything, he asked questions and evaluates. The secretary (asian woman, grey short hair) is one of the most rudest people I have ever met in my life. I tried calling to make sure it was open (one time I showed up and it was closed without reason) and didn't get an answer, while sitting in the waiting room I realised Why, she doesn't answer the phone! She's sitting at her desk letting it ring! Didn't answer once! Aren't you a secretary? Isn't that your job? When I arrived and went to to the counter to register, she didn't even look at me, just barked demands, when I would ask questions she wouldn't even acknowledge me. Honestly I go there because I'd rather deal with her rudeness then wait hours for someone polite.

Waited an hour with several people ahead of us. The doctor prescribed my girlfriend a medication that isn't entirely safe to take with other meds she is currently on (which he saw in her file) and they had to call him from the pharmacy, but the secretary didn't respond after they both called and sent a fax. I'm still giving them four stars because I'm just so grateful for how quick and efficient it was. It's a relative four stars lol as its relative to the awful standards of healthcare services in this province.
