Staff is friendly and the nurses are funny and always in a good mood. :) Dr's are always behind but that's normal anywhere. Lots of parking and big spots for people have trucks like me. Lol

The front staff are extremely rude, over the phone and in-person too. They seem very entitled, and that helping you isn't their #1 priority. I understand the office is busier than ever, but it's not that hard to be nice. This made me not want to even set up an appointment, and when I finally got there I was nervous about confrontation from them. I had a n urgent issue one day, and was trying to make an appointment quickly; they treated me like I was overreacting (I was having a severe reaction to a medication my doctor had given me). Overall very disappointed with how they constantly treat their patients. I have had multiple instances where they begin the negative experience of going to the family doctor. The doctors there are a whole other story... Would not suggest this clinic to ANYONE.

Had my first COVID vaccination here. Extremely streamlined. Fabulous staff. Absolutely a compassionate environment. Was in at an injection chair and vaccinated in under 3 minutes. After the required wait (15) minutes they had me booked in for my second immunization and out the door. I was there for less than 20 minutes total! Wonderful experience!

Ridiculous. had my appt cancelled on the 13th of April, on the website they said someone would call to reschedule. no one did. You CANNOT reach anyone at the reception because they will not answer the phone....so now I am forced to wait 3 weeks for a new appointment. absolutely ridiculous

Service was alright when I previously visited, but either new front desk lady or just the fact they're no longer in need of new patients, they have become very rude and dismissive. This does tend to happen with full offices, thus not surprising.

I have nothing but good things to say. Our doctor has always been wonderful with my son (who he's seen from a month old) and the nurses have always been wonderful too. I so appreciate that triage line! It is sometimes a wait to get through when calling in but I've honestly yet to experience a doctor's office that isn't like that. The receptionists have always been warm and pleasant when I do talk to them. I can only imagine the stress COVID has put on everyone here but they've always been kind and provided compassionate care and it is so appreciated.

Dr. Mensah always seems rushed. I always come out unsure of his diagnoses because of how hastily he does things. Also, it’s odd that New Vision closes their phone lines for an entire hour at lunch time. I didn’t know siestas were a thing in Canada.

I'm a patient here. The doctor that I have (not going to name any names out of respect) acts like you're a burden to her. You can tell she just wants you in and out asap, which I understand but I take time out of my day to come there too. The nurses there just brush you off, I've only actually had ONE nice nurse.

Usually have a good experience. Not this time. Dr. Bausma is a terrible doctor. When diagnosing my mother she brought up MS and scared my mom, then said it's probably not MS. Seemed like she needed to go back to school. After the appointment was done, the doctor opened the door for my mom and said "good luck". Not professional.

I have Dr. Noble and she is seriously the best. She always takes me seriously, listens to what I have to say, offers multiple thoughts and ideas for what could be going on, and she remembers all the little details. She is very consistent with her care and very knowledgeable. As for receptionists and the lobby, I’ve never had to wait very long and they’re usually polite and quick to get me in!

I am extremely satisfied with this practice. I have been a patient ever since it was under just the three Drs at the beginning. Presently, I have Dr Kane, and am very pleased with him. He is extremely thorough, gives the time you need, and I've never had to wait very long for any of my visits. I love the idea that it is a complete family of specialties. Dr Mensah is the most amazing Dr I have ever had. Seriously, if you get him as a Dr, never let him go! After we moved it takes me 2 hrs one way on city busses to get to him but it's 100% worth it. He listens to you like he would a fellow Dr. He always addresses your concerns. He goes above and beyond to help. He doesn't over prescribe antibiotics (thank goodness) and is knowledgeable and/or willing to learn about anything you bring him. I went to him with a weird skin condition, there we were 10 minutes later reading medical journals about it to make sure we dealt with it properly. He makes you feel like you're part of the medical team and that is seriously the best feeling ever. 10 stars if they had them!!!

Worst reception staff you can imagine. Their incompetence and heartlessness is only matched by the doctors’. In my opinion they are straight-up dangerous to your health. Please don’t ever subject your kids to these people, unless you’d like them to grow up with untreated medical issues and lifelong distrust for the medical system.

My family doctor is on maternity leave, and I was transferred to Dr. Diane Park for my prenatal care. She handled this atrociously. I was told at 12wks that my baby had a heart defect, and had to wait two months for further clarity. When I did my own research, I learned that the "defect" is in actuality a part of normal development and almost always resolves itself. Dr. Park was not familiar enough with prenatal care to know this, so I spent months in terrible fear for my baby. After the final results came in and my baby was perfectly healthy, Dr. Park still referred to my pregnancy as "unhealthy" more than once. She should NOT be dealing with patients who are pregnant or who have children, she is less qualified than a google search.

Dr Gimbel has been treating our family for a few years now and we can't say enough great things about her. I’d give her 5 stars but unfortunately, her support staff (administration) are lacking in basic patient care knowledge when it comes to scheduling and communication.

Not happy at all with my doctor here. Always rude, talks down to us, comes across as very arrogant, although it seems like he has no idea what he is talking about. 98% of the time, he searches our symptoms on his computer to see what it could be. Lately the receptionists have been extremely rude too, even threatening to release us from the clinic if we go to a walk-in or urgent Care clinic because our doctor doesn't have any time available to see us.

Best phone service ever!!! The receptionist was extremely patient, friendly, welcoming, kind, thoughtful and empathic when my husband called and asked for information about getting a blood test(we thought we had to book an appointment). This is literally the best clinic in the world to support new parents by training their self-learning skills and an ability to take random anger over nothing. You’d better start practicing those skills now with this clinic before you actually have a whinny and angry baby in your arm. As being new parents of course you’re supposed to be expected to know everything about the medical system right away. Anyways the reception team did a great job contributing to Google’s business, so DEFINITELY worth 5 stars!! ????????

Physicians and nurses are lovely and very knowledgeable. The reception team sucks. It was on an hour hold until someone finally picked up for me to book an appointment. The girl hung up about 10 seconds into the call, and it took me another 30 mins to get through. Its absolutely brutal. They also aren't friendly in person -- at all!

Only gave 1 star because I couldn't leave none. The wait times are absurd. I was in today and watched people come and go while I waited to see my Dr about my Mental Health... I had told the nurse on the phone that I wanted to Die, apparently that's not reason enough to be rushed in ... Definitely left feeling "less than" by New Vision Family Health

The doctors here are pretty good however the receptionists are horrible especially the blond girl with glasses. She’s extremely rude and cold, honey you’re just receptionist get off your high horse. People come to the doctor because they aren’t feeling well it’s not pleasent being “greeted” with someone with a sour face with a chip on her shoulder.

I am very pleased with Dr. Kane he is the best . He has a wonderful sense of humour which is needed when things are going wrong. He just seems to know everything, or looks it up and hands me the print out from his computer. I haven't left his office feeling like I didn't understand my treatment or condition. Tried to become a patient at this location for a couple weeks, followed the automated system for new patient registration and left multiple messages with no return call. Today the automated system is changed to say they are not accepting new patients. When I finally got to a receptionist I was told they haven't been accepting new patients for years.

I was a patient of Dr. Cescon. I currently have not seen him in two years! Naively because he over books and you sit there for 2-3hours for a SCHEDULED appointment!!!! Ridiculous! I sent several letters to the board of health describing our waits and what happened. Finally they investigated and there are now notes posted in the waiting room outlining that if you have waited more than half an hour please check in again! There is also another doctor covering his patients Mondays and she is lovely! We actually were in, checked and home within 40min! I have 3children at my daycare who get picked up for an apt and are back within 30-45min!!! This is why I got involved in his way of practice! Several times over the nears I have been called by my sisters name and he even asked me a very personal petition that was meant for her once! I have been turned away with my child and Mar told she has a cold and low and behold ear infection!!!! Than I had to go back! Very i nconvenient! For five nears I bugged him about a pc ah on my forehead that was growing! He assured me several times it Mar eczema! I knew better and cover five years I asked a nurse practitioner (who is a better doc anyhow!) and right away she sent me to a dermatologist! Guess what!? I was correct all those years ago and am being treated for skin cancer that has now grown and I have four patches now! Thank you doctor Cescon for neglecting your patients. You have a plaque on your walls describing your mission and respect for people and their time and opinions. You may want to reevaluate this as you d-'o not live up to any of it! I shouldn't need a day off work, unpaid to see my doctor! This is Canada!

I see a doctor at this clinic who often treats me like I am burden. He rushes me through my appointments. I do not frequent the doctor often or without good reason and I am forthright when I book the appointment about what I require the visit so they can allot the proper amount of time. He has a terrible bedside manner. Upon learning that I carry an inherited genetic disease (that caused the death of an immediate family member) he became visibly excited and googled it in front of me. Total lack of people skills and professionalism. The nurses are great. Compassionate, personable and thorough. Too bad they can't be in charge of my care.

I have been very happy with Dr. Findlay over the years. He has provided great health care and follow-ups for our family for a long time. However since joining New Vision Health Care things have changed dramatically. I can understand the business model but it is only good for the doctors, not the patients. I have not been able to see my doctor since Covid. I think it is time these guys get back to work. The most ittitating issue with this setup is their inability to provide someone to answer the dam phone. It has been an ongoing problem since the beginning of time. That is their biggest weakness and obviously no desire to make it better. It is all about the money folks, not your health.

Staff are friendly and kind, wait times are reasonable and they always manage to make time for me. Dr Cescon delivered me as a baby and has done his best to accommodate me and help me through even the toughest of times. Dr Reaume is polite and friendly, and has made a significant amount of time available to me to address my concerns about various worries. Would recommend New Vision to anyone in need of a great family health clinic.

Horrible office . All the receptionist’s should be fired , when ever someone calls it’s minimum a half hour before someone picks up sometimes an hour . But when you walk into the office the receptionists are doing nothing . I don’t understand how that’s possible. They are also so rude it’s very sad.

my three children and myself have Dr. Gimbel and she is amazing . Never makes you feel rushed, she is super helpful and just amazing in general. My kids are young and they love her. Waiting time can be a little long at times as it is busy there, but worth the wait in my opinion. They have a nurse also on site that I call all the time whenever I need advice, or have any concern about my babies. All in all this is the best dr's place I've ever encountered. Highly recommend.

Communication is nonexistent and results even more so. Waiting long periods of time in situations where that isn't really an option. No follow up is ever done unless you make it happen and the effort put forth by Dr. Kane is minimal. One call, one shot to get help and only over the phone.. Had better luck at urgent care and the hospital. Don't waste your time
