Very unfriendly staff and they pretend they know everything!!! They treat the patients as they are stupid and know nothing. That's what I feel at least when I visit this place every single time. Unfortunately, I feel discriminated and second class citizen.

I came to this office in the midst of trying to figure out a serious medical issue with specialists. My old doctor was terrible and the only diagnosis I ever got from her for my health concerns was “well I’m not sure”. But doctor Youssef knows what she is talking about. She is knowledgeable and I have so much faith in her it’s unbelievable. I’ve had one personal issue with her over the last few years, and the next time I saw her we spoke about it and she worked through my concern with me. 90% of the time I am able to get in same day, and I love the receptionists. I’m a young mom (25 with a 6 year old) and not once have I felt like she has judged me for that, which with Other Doctors I have felt that was not the case. You can tell she’s so driven by her work and is good at what she does. I’m glad I found this Doctor, because amidst this city right now there aren’t many.

This doctors office generally is ok. The doctors are decent enough. Some of the receptionist(s) are horrible though. Personally I've had much better experiences with family medical care.

TODAY ALONE, I have called 5 times trying to get through and the line is always busy. I cant even book an appt ahead of time, they dont let me unless it's a follow up. And last minute appts? Dont bother. Unless they decide its actually important, you have to harass and explain why you feel its important (one time I had to explain why my mental health -which is something ive always struggled with - is important to me). Honestly having any family doc is better than not having one, but idk, don't really recommend this office to ppl.

I have received Excellent care by Dr Youssef. The staff have been professional with me! The only complaint I have is the physical building and lack of placement of Assisted Parking. I have a Walker, the hallway around reception is a bottleneck, not enough room. Like other Doctors exam rooms they are too small if using a Walker or wheelchair. Why have Doctors in Ontario offices not updated the exam tables. 1. No grab bars for patient to use to assist them getting on/off exam tables safely 2. Exam tables are way too high. The step at the end of these tables is too high a step if disabled. No Grab bars. I have not been able to have a pap or get on these tables for 3 years! 3. Why aren’t these exam tables replaced with hydraulic tables the lower and raise patients. 4. Wheelchair Parking only have 2 spaces for the whole Plaza. These two not even near this Doctors office. I can no longer go to This Doctor in Winter months as it is too dangerous for me to get from my SUV to the Doctors office. Since the Region does not provide enough trucks and Drivers I cannot for over 2 years ever book Mobility Bus.

Happy with my experience with my doctor (for the most part) however the reception/patient service is awful. They never answer the phones and when they do they seem rude and unhelpful. It takes forever to get through the phone line as it is always busy, and after 10+ tries a voice message comes up saying they may be on the other line or away from the phone. Considering hiring more assistants in the office would benefit them greatly, medical care is not a joke and sometimes can not be put "on hold".

I wouldn’t recommend this place to Anyone. Dr. Youssef is extremely judgemental and inappropriate. Today I left their crying , feeling like a failure as a mother because of her judgement and inability to listen to previous concerns and just shrugging them off, which are now affecting my child and she is saying I never even told her these concerns. She has judged me since day one as a young parent(not that young , 26) and it’s been a terrible experience every time I go. However, I have had no issues with any other doctors or nurses there.

I've called so many times this week and the phone is continuously busy. Can't even leave a voicemail. What if there was an emergency or someone is in pain? Then we're expected not to go to a walkin clinic!

Have had to go to a clinic 2x now can never get through waited all day for a fax to go to pharmacy to get antibotics that were needed that day to find out it was never done. I hope im removed from the list I rather have no dr then a dr that cant make a 2 min note to send to a drug store even with the $25.00 charge

THIS IS A REVIEW FROM 2016-early-2017 I merely edited and better explained the events that unfolded. Well I was injured at work and was referred to Randy Bahadur the main physician here, Bahadur downplayed my problems and injuries and didn't remotely inform me the dangers or risks of opiate use and me being uneducated at the time on the subject continued their use, dependent on opiates after about 180 days, Then out of nowhere and with no reason or indication, my pharmacy denies my pickup for my meds stating he had canceled and would no longer issue me this prescription dramatically effected the stability of my life and progression towards recovery, lost my job and nearly my home and scheduled an appointment which had to be a month out to inquire why this had happened what went wrong, I wait the entire month expecting this to go through I show up at bright and early 15 minutes prior to appointment happy to get to see him and solve this dilemma and the receptionist informs me he refused to see/speak with me and that was that. Not only evil and I would say borderline criminal but even inconsiderate as they didnt even inform me during this entire month of waiting that he was going to do this. Yeah... not making this up, never go here. Side note their physical therapy is also a complete joke(however the employees their are quite kind) [OUTSIDE OF RANDY BAHADUR] I hope this review helps someone and saves them from possible consequences. WHY CAN'T I GIVE IT ZERO STARS

My family and I have been patients here for 18 years. All of the doctors here are fabulous, very well educated and caring. Personally, we have had nothing but excellent care and service from all of the doctors and staff. The doctors are not pill pushers which is important to me because I do alot of holistic. Thank you for all that you do!

Dr. Youssef takes the time to understand you and fully explains your condition while referring to the appropriate specialists when warranted. The staff is good at accommodating same day appointments when they can.
