The doctors are great, I love my doctor she is the best, like honestly! But if you want speedy service, an open phone line and an appointment within one week, go somewhere else.... You wait in the waiting room for 30-40 minutes, when you came in 10 minutes early, and the one time you are 15 minutes late( and you try and call them 7 times with no response) they can't see you. Go somewhere else if you want good service, this place sucks

The customer service is very poor, you have to push them for information and it seems unless you are about to die - whatever condition or question you have you should just not contact them. Phone line is busy or hard to reach a lot, if you have an appointment booked finally you are fine but it takes months for them to get to you and any extra questions they make you feel like you are being a pain to them

Horrible clinic, horrible doctor, horrible staff. For my baby they schedule an appointment and cancel when they want and when we come they say you came at the wrong time even though they told us the time stays the same. And for me, the ORL specialist has not yet been found and scheduled, although I have been waiting for more than two months. my ear was operated on and I have inflammation and leaks. I can't wait for this situation to pass with COVID and for me to change the clinic and Dr. Mayram.

Gone downhill alot in the last year or so since Dr Dowdell retired. Takes forever to get through to make an appt..then you have to leave a message..then they don't call you back. I've been with them for 36 years and for the 1st time I want to change doctors.

Doctors are very nice.. nurse is very cooperative..pleasant environment.. the blonde lady who sits at reception is like she is frustrated and makes others day bad too.. she speaks too rude and loud .. the another lady at reception is too calm n polite and greets with cheer .. but we have nothing to do with reception till the doctor is good.. so docs are all nice.. I can’t ruin the stars of clinic bcz of one lady who is at reception ..

The clinic is nice and clean with a friendly staff. Very convenient that the pharmacy is on site. While it is difficult to get through to them over the phone, if I need an urgent appointment I leave a message and they have always called me back to set up an appointment for the same day. For the after hours clinic, you call Tele-health and the nurse will triage you, and if it is urgent they will set you up with the doctor on call for the same day. The office is on the second floor, however if you have small children you can just take the elevator.

Dr. Woldyhannes has got to be the worst doctor ever. She was hard to reach and very unapproachable. Since Covid? Forget about it. She will call you may be this week or the next or not at all. Personally, I don't think she knows much!

I would highly recommend the doctors on this site. Dr Schumilas was my family dr for years and when he left I started seeing Dr Ma. I find him to be a very informative doctor who likes to try new things. I have no complaints what so ever.

We love our Dr. here, but unless you go in to the office to make an appointment it takes WEEKS for someone to get back to you. They NEVER answer their phone and unless you catch someone through email right away, they don't even respond (It's been over 2 weeks since trying to make an appointment through email and phone, and this isn't the first time). Also, they state that they have after hours doctors available for their patients. On two occasions I tried calling the number provided and it just takes me to telehealth? Very strange.... Clean, office. I do agree with another poster that it is NOT child friendly. I dread every time I have to take my toddler in.

I called in December 2020 asking if the practice was accepting new patients. I was told that a physician was accepting patients and to email with the patient information. I wrote back, received no email. I called to follow up and was told they were saw my email. I asked why they did not answer, and they had no reason for not answering. So I asked what was the status and they said they would follow up. I also said, 'please do not ignore my email this time especially if you asked me to do so in the beginning." Within 2 days, I curt email responded with "there is a waiting list". Why tell me that there is a physician accepting patients and then tell me there's a waiting list. Unprofessional behaviour run by incompetent staff. Would not recommend a practice that has incompetent staff.

Honest Review

My Doctor and every other doctor I’ve seen at this medical clinic are amazing; very patient, thourogh, listen and understand my families medical needs, and actually care about there patients well being. The reception is a little on the rude side but I imagine working in a medical clinic could be stressful and busy and not everyone has a smile on there face 24/7. They are all very accommodating and try to work around your schedule. But BE AWARE of a nurse practitioner who works here. I’ve only seen her once at a recent urgent appointment for my child and she was EXTREMLEY IGNORANT. She didn’t listen to my concerns, she kept cutting me off when trying to talk, she seemed in a rush and like we were inconvienicing her. She didn’t even address, nor look at my main reason for making the appointment. She made me feel stupid and belittled for caring about my child’s health and well being. VERY RUDE. I left in tears and very disappointed with my visit. I can’t wait to see my actual doctor again soon to readress my concerns. All in all a good medical clinic... with a few lose ends!

The 1 star is for the reception staff. They casually give you the wrong appointment date (or change it without notifying if you), forget to let you know when an appointment is not in person and is apparently over the phone, and they don’t even follow up after they’ve made the mistake to book you a new appointment! It’s sad, frustrating and unprofessional. So disappointing, and this has happened to me, my partner, and my parents. Not an isolated incident!!

The doctors at this office take the time out of their day to ensure you are getting proper care, however, the lady's that work for those doctor's, Susan discluded, are rude and treat the patients like they are bothering them and disrupting their day. Specifically the lady that sits at the front desk. I have been going to this office all the years of my life and I have never come across such despicable behaviour. The feeling you now get when coming into this office leaves you feeling uncomfortable and awkward.

Dr. Ma took over for my previous family doctor. He is a great listener and I am very happy with him. Katy & Susan are amazing at their jobs. I have never had an issue with the administrative staff. They are friendly and quick to return emails. Great office!

My doctor is wonderful! He is always doing what is best for me as a patient and makes sure to exhaust all options before assuming any diagnosis. He is the most willing doctor I have seen when it comes to doing what he can to fit someone in for an emergency. He's wonderful with my child and extremely knowledgable. He always makes sure I understand what's going on and how we can fix the problem. It would be 5 stars, however I do find that some of the receptionist can be quite rude. One in particular but I'd rather not call anyone out by name. Overall, the doctors personality is the main thing and personally, mine is wonderful.

Unfortunately, their new location isn't family-friendly. By that, I mean it's difficult to bring in young children for appointments. The parking lot is small and very busy/dangerous. The wait is unpredictable; sometimes you get in shortly after your scheduled appointment, other times the wait can be up to an hour. There isn't an area in the waiting room for kids to play and it's directly in front of a pharmacy with stocked shelves within reach of little hands. The other direction is a long and straight staircase with no doors to stop children from falling down. If you have multiple young children, you WILL require childcare while you attend your appointment or an extra adult to help you manage in the waiting room. Depending on your situation, requiring childcare may limit when you can take an appointment which makes things even more difficult. Some of the staff are pleasant and the doctors that I've seen there are great.

Dr. Ma is careful, detail oriented, kind and caring. He looks after our whole family ages 4 to 63. He listens, and includes you. We appreciate him and his staff, especially Katy.

Prescription renewals are a nightmare to have filled!!! I have had a pharmacy fax in request numerous times for the same renewal and have had them check their fax transmissions each time to ensure they have been received at this office. HOWEVER.. they are ALWAYS denied being received by staff here!! Emailing this office directly doesn't help resolve the issue, as they email back requesting the same information that has already been included in the initial email to them!! I've waited over a week to have a prescription renewed and as a result have run out of my current medication. I'll be looking for a new medical team. The only person doing their job right is Susan! Love her.
