CAREFUL: The weekend "walk-in clinic" is for existing patients only. If you aren't a patient, they will probably turn you away. If you are Googling for a walk-in clinic, the one on Victoria & Westmount is nearby. Having said that, when we showed up by mistake, they still let us see a doctor. They were very friendly and helpful.

Factory doctor office, poor service, terrible doctors who can't be bothered, they take anyone in here to get you in and out and paid as quick as possible, can only report one ailment at a time (money grab) 10 min appointment, horrible place shouldn't be allowed to operate in such manner. 0 stars, should be ashamed of yourself. What can be said, they are a terrible clinic. Doctors treat this office like a deli, no personal touch terrible follow up. Ive met the doctor several times, and even helped him out with his vehicle and still cannot be bothered to remember my sons name or mine. They over flow their patient applications (obviously for $). If you can avoid this place i suggest you do.

The front staff extremely rude and don't care . The doctor does not feel the need for follow ups even if you have been to the ER. It looks like he is not bothered about his patient's. I DIDN'T WANT TO GIVE ANY STARS.

Trying to get someone to answer thr phone is impossible. Staff are beyond rude . Totally regret leaving my family doctor for this garbage

Dr.welling was very helpful but the staff lied to my face when they told me my paperwork would be reviewed by Dr.welling on the weekend and it has now been a week since then and dr.welling has not even seen my paperwork.

Tried to call to book an appointment. After 5 minutes of recorded taking I hung up. This place clearly doesn't want people to come in.

AWFUL. They don't care about their patients, the receptionist are rude and not friendly whatsoever. I went in for an appointment and the nurse was walking out of the room while I was still talking.. MONEY MONEY MONEY that's all they care about, and since when do you have to TEXT your doctor, not right and they NEVER answer the phones. Hopefully it's not an urgent manner because they won't get back to you. OMG and you better hope you have saturday and sunday free because that's the only time they'll take you in apparently they don't work during the week. PS. I didn't want to give any stars, but i had to so I could post this review :(

Wait time is over an hour with a scheduled appointment. After the long wait the Dr basically just asked me how I was doing and didn't even look at my wound. At yet another appointment waiting once again an hour past my waiting time.
