Receptionist is very rude. To book appointment for needle diphtheria,pertussis,and tetanus next appointment avaible is 6 week. Receptionist was not helpful told me to call public health to setup appointment, because they sent the notification.

every time I call to book an appointment I’m told my doctor has no in person appointments available for several weeks but I have other family members with the same doctor who have been able to book in person appointments with shorter timelines. On three separate occasions I’ve called to book appointments for multiple health concerns and the receptionist always addresses the first item and then pushes me off the phone. I know everyone is upset in these times and there is extra pressure and stress on the industry. But having my multiple health concerns simply ignored causes me to delay getting medical help. Currently I’m focusing on dealing with one thing at a time due to the receptionists. I’d love to get my ears helped out but every time I call I only get to deal with one thing. Also the doctor has ignored my medical concerns. I have two different things that I’ve brought up to him with absolutely no response. Ive had to reach out to other doctors. This is my family doctor. Supposed to be.
