Impossible to get ahold of, they need a better phoning system set up.... staff is great...

The receptionists are almost always rude and the wait times for any appointments will be 45 minutes to an hour due to the doctors being overbooked. I have had to wait an hour for each of my very young baby's vaccination appointments. However the doctors themselves are understanding, educated and provide excellent care.

If you’re planning on getting Dr. Sharpe as a family doctor… Save yourself the time and aggravation. Your phone calls will never be answered, you won’t be listen to, when you do speak you will be constantly interrupted and dismissed, and what could be resolved in a two minute phone call will require a physical appointment…More interested in your money than your welfare

Hard to get someone on the phone. I’ve had my dr there for over 2 years now and I think last time I was there I had a concern with my weight and that was the first time she asked for my weight- I feel like there’s not much she knows about me as she’s never asked, even during the original meet and greet. I’ve had several instances where I’ve asked medical questions and the answer was “I don’t know” and that was the end of the conversation (ex. “Does the patch stay on well even if you swim or shower” was the question.. I had to go home and google the answer.) Feels like something your dr should know, especially if she’s recommending it... But unfortunately it’s so hard to get a dr, i guess I’m stuck.

Dr Falardeau sent a letter out to advise her patients she is leaving the practice and everyone should find a new family doctor asap. The letter states it is 10.00 per person to transfer records to a new doctor. I was lucky to find a new doctor out of town and when I went in to transfer my records I was told it is now 50.00 per person if you transfer before May 1st. The letter did not state that so I had to pay 100.00 now to transfer my husband and my files. If this is how you treat your patients I am glad to be leaving and now will have a doctor who cares about patients not just money.

They put the wrong birth date on the lab requisition form, but they fixed it fairly quickly once I left a message.

Received a call from the receptionist at 11:20am... called back 8 minutes later and have not been able to reach anyone all day (it’s is now 3:27, and they stop answering the phone at 3:30). This is not the first Issue I have had with regards to contacting this facility. The doctors are GREAT. Very approachable, knowledgeable and practice confidential care. But I am not happy with the service at the front desk at all- feel like I have to call 20+ times before I get an answer (I wish that was an exaggeration, but it is not).

I have always found Dr. Lockington to be a compassionate, personable, and knowledgeable doctor. The office staff are friendly and helpful.

The main doctor who owns this practice is never there and if you go to her with a problem she doesn’t actually help you she just questions why you think you have the problem and she knows nothing.
