Medsleep wanted me to sign a disclaimer to legally protect them from all consequences if I were to contract Covid from their clinic. What on earth? As an Ontario taxpayer, I have never had to sign away my rights like that to get medical services, nor will I ever be made to do such a thing. I refused, of course, so they declined to provide services. Instead, my respirologist then referred me on for a thorough sleep study done right at the hospital where there were no such legal waivers. It bothers me that this third party private company bills the healthcare system we taxpayers pay for while denying us service if we do not sign legal waivers that protect only their business concerns. That is not okay with me.

Not a good experience. a lot of loud traffic on one of the busyest street, Princess. With paper thin wall and a lot of people talking do not recommend!

The Clinic and staff are fantastic. I cannot find a fault to either. The Analyst I had was friendly, professional and genuinely a really nice person. She made me feel welcome, was informative and had patience. Having had a sleep study in the UK that was at an NHS hospital this was like a luxurious night away- bar the many wires attached to me that is ????. Highly recommend

No doctor on site. Lousy location. Poor air quality. New location is geared towards highest financial gain...patient care is an after thought. The staff are good people so that makes it bearable.

I have been coming here, for sleep apnea, for a long time. They are always welcoming as well as friendly towards everyone. If you are going to have a sleep test done, don't show up until 8:30 p.m., because the doors don't open until then. Everyone has to be hooked up to a machine, by a bunch of wires, which takes a while to finish. But everything is explained in detail and they answer any of your questions you might have. Have a good night.

Do not drive and park at lab. 2nd car tobe broken into as of June 2019. Did all I could, parked under cameras, with employees and vehicle was empty but still broke in. Not sure how one is to get a good sleep assessment on the ground floor at a busy intersection, in a high crime area.

What a wonderful location. Felt like a hotel room, very neat, clean and comfortable. I had the pleasure of having Amey look after me for the night, and she was friendly and just a pleasure. Loved her job. She made me feel comfortable and I slept well....at least till I get my results???? Highly recommend this location for your assessment. I did read a few other reviews and generally disagree. I went prepared with a facemask and ear plugs as common sense would tell you it may not be as quiet as home next to a street. Go prepared and you will have no complaints. They offered a fan and a humidifier to help drown white noise and it worked perfect. Their is no one to blame but yourself for not sleeping any different than in your own bed. Cheers????

Have been in waiting room for an hour past my scheduled appointment time. My second visit here during daytime office hours and parking is almost non existent . Dr Carlyle is very friendly and helpful though.

At first I was very reluctant to show up for my first appointment. However, I did go and was surprised and very impressed with the care and professionalism of the staff. Dr. Carlisle was very helpful and patient as he explained how the process worked and then explaining all the data and test results along with helpful suggestions. The staff looking after me during the 2 overnight sleep studies were as well very professional and friendly. Highly recommend this facility.

This place is designed for making money. Try sleeping on a ground floor, busy intersection, bright room with lousy blinds and no air. To top it off they cover you in wires and expect you to sleep. Of course you are going to fail and need a machine.

I have always found the service second to none. Lab staff are thoughtful and efficient. I’ve seen dr. Carlisle several times ove the last 17 years and have found him kind, helpful knowledgeable and supportive.

Showed up 15 min early for my appointment, checked in and sat in the waiting room for 40 min and then was told the staff went home. Not one employee had the courtesy to look in the waiting room. Made the 2 hour drive so frustrating. Very unprofessional . Go somewhere else.

Dr. Aggarwal is a very caring; knowledgeable physician who is easy to talk to and has his patients' best interests at heart. Clinic staff are welcoming and very nice. I've had 2 sleep tests and never had an issue...even slept! ????

Okay so this was my first ever Sleep clinic and it was absolutely amazing. I had the most amazing nurse her name is Amy and she is so down-to-earth and real and so welcoming it was a great experience. I was so nervous at first but Amy made me feel so safe and explained everything really well, I had a great time there.

Have had fantastic results, coaching and treatment at the clinic. The day and night staff are very knowledgable and caring. Would recommend anyone that needs help with a sleeping disorder to come here.
