My doctor is constantly on leave. Recently tried to get mental health help and the replacement doctor decided to perscribe me sample medication based on a 20 minute phone call and no diagnosis or mental evaluation. This medication apparently has a habit of causing stomach problems when i already expressed extreme concern about that from the beginning because I have stomache issues. They didnt even give me the name of the meds or any other side effects so i have not picked them up and I refuse to take unknown drugs without an evaluation. I do not feel comfortable putting my mental or physical health in the care of this facility. Currently trying to find a new doctor because the staff here clearly has no sense of care. On a side note when my sister went in for depression they told her to excercise and eat better and all her problems will magically go away. Turns out she actually has bpd And this facility didn't care to check into her mental health. Now that she changed doctors shes fine so I will be doing the same. 0 out of 10 would not recommend

My doctor at this clinic is great. She doesn’t just listen to me, she actually hears me and discusses my options. The Ontario government along with the various federal governments, past and present, have created funding and administrative mayhem. I get the sense that complying with administrative minutiae has taken on a life of its own. The staff has the essential job of liaising between doctors and patients. To know that you’ve helped someone is very rewarding. To know that you’ve dotted an i or crossed a t correctly, not so much. Thanks to doctors and staff for managing to do both.

I am beyond disappointed with this so called "health care professional" I had a phone call apt to talk about my mental health, the time came and passed, i called several times with no one answering, finally got a hold of someone who said "oops, i was calling the wrong number" and that the doctor was now in a meeting and she would have to call me in a WEEK. so i move my schedule around again and wait by the phone, my apt comes and goes yet again with no call. After 30 min of waiting I call them and get a msg that says "we are on holiday hours so dont leave a msg because we wont check them" ?! so now what? Its december 21, we are going back into lock down in two days and now im stuck yet again struggling with my mental health on my own. This is the most unprofessional doctors office ive ever dealt with. You are better off with walk in clinics.

She is the best doctor I ever had (and being posted 12 times, I had my share of doctors) She truly cares and listens and takes every step in making sure your taking care of. Not that I see her often but when I do I feel comfortable talking to her and never feel rushed. THANK YOU DR NOWAK! Also, thank you to Pam who has always been good to me and my family.

No one answers phones and you cant leave a message, makes it pretty much impossible to get an appointment.

Love the team at Greenwood! Been seeing my doctor since I was 17, and never once felt like I wasn't taken seriously. If and when I have something wrong and think I may know what it is, she doesn't treat me like a hypochondriac, unlike urgent care and emerge staff. She actually listens and looks into every possibility and solution. The greenwood medical team treats it patients with respect and dignity.
