This was a terrible experience. I met with a nurse who then booked a doctor via Skype. It took her over an hour to find an available doctor, and then the connection was so bad that I could barely hear her. The doctor quickly diagnosed me and immediately tried to hang up, without any opportunity for follow-up questions. The nurse and pharmacist were lovely people, but this was an extremely negative experience nonetheless. I don't believe I was given proper treatment as I am still sick a month later.

Nurses ARE health care. Along with PSW's, Custodial, Security, and anyone who puts their hands in. Doctors & Psychologists consult, at most, and are each paid the combined salaries of the workers above. This is f'd up, friends. No matter your lean. This is wrong. Good Doctors provide the correct solution to our current health care crisis in Ontario. You speak with someone who is an expert in care, and you consult with someone who is learned in medicines. The doctor took my hostility with good grace and helped me. For the first time since the pandemic began, a doctor just HELPED ME, and it was because I had a Nurse to shield me. She is my hero.

Efficient daytime walk in clinic. The doctor is online video but the nursing staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Abysmal experience with Dr. Patasi via phone appointment. After an intake was performed with a nurse, I was called by the doctor who simply said, "I'm sending your prescription to the pharmacy." When I explained that I had a doctor out of country who had advised me on my issue and recommend a different prescription she said, "well I'll send a prescription for that too." and the implication was that I was annoying her and taking up too much of her time (this call was less than 30 seconds long). They're probably overburdening their doctors workloads but under no circumstances should that result in poor or dismissive health care.

Quick service, and great team. The Nurse was thorough, as was the virtual Doctor's asessment and recommendations for me. The Pharmacist was also helpful and courteous. It is located inside the Pharmasave, which I didn't realize easily when pulling into the plaza.

Nurse was awesome! Dr was brief but efficient (which is fair for the amount of patients they probably see via cam chat) As an immunocompromised person during covid I appreciated NOT being pawned off to a walk in clinic or emergency room. Thank you so much Megan :) And Thank you Good Doctor's. This was a pleasant experience.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Firstly, discovered after waiting 2 1/2 hours that I wouldn’t ACTUALLY see a real doctor. I arrived 30 minutes after the clinic opened and was behind 8 other patients. Each patient took 30 minutes with a webcam doctor before the next was called in. One patient was signed in by her nurse friend and didn’t even arrive until after 12 noon(obviously her nurse friend texted her when she was up next) NO written notices anywhere indicating you weren’t actually seeing a live(on site ) doctor or that the wait times were 30 minutes per patient. When the staff of the pharmacy (where the clinic is located inside of) were approached regarding all of the above they were dismissive. Not their problem apparently . When asked why there was no communication regarding the above as the clinic was INSIDE their pharmacy... I was told they were too busy to talk to the patients sitting right beside their counter. Which was interesting to me as for 2 1/2 hours I watched the mill around, serve 4 customers (myself being one of them), have lunch, chat amongst themselves... you get the picture . Thus while watching several families with sick children try to hold it together. You WILL have faster and more compassionate care just going directly to Emerg at one of Kingston’s local hospitals. Btw... I finally left. Having an ear infection I realized a WEBCAM doctor just wasn’t going to be able to assess my medical needs... so I went to the hospital. Been here 20 minutes and guess what?... the doctor just saw me.

Good walk in clinic. Wait time is a bit long but it’s worth the wait to get the care you need. The nurses are great and the pharmacist is wonderful to deal with! Great staff all around !!

Megan is amazing!

Booked an appointment online. Arrived and was told there was no doctor on that day. They did get me an virtual appointment right away. Then at ten to four I received a text reminding me about my appointment at two twenty that had already occurred (even though they did not have a doctor as I just. said). I would not use them again unless I had no other option. They also forced me to get my prescription at the pharmacy where the clinic was, even though they had asked for my pharmacy information as part of the booking process. The pharmacist and the pharmacy technician were very helpful though.

Went to clinic today Tuesday. Web shows open till 4:00. Well got there at 3:00 and they were closed. If they post hours they are open they should honor then not close when they want to. Wonder if they get paid for posted hours and then take off when they want. How many times does this happen.

Megan was wonderful! Saw my niece last minute and was so great with her and lovely to talk to. I strongly recommend her.

Jackie Wall

The wait it way too long as the nurse is very slow with patients.

i booked an appointment for my wife to see a doctor. When she got there there was no doctor and i was told on the phone she is going to see a doctor. She drove 50 km just to see a nurse and a webcam. They could have told me that on the phone.

I would highly recommend this clinic. The nurse was so nice and followed up with test results in a few days. It's a very small clinic with only one nurse on staff and the doctors are seen by telemedicine. There was only one person ahead of me so the wait was quite short compared to other clinics I've been to.

Highly recommend this Walk-in Clinic! Very thorough assessment and detailed history taken. Wait time was great and certainly should my doctor not be available I will differently go back to this clinic.

Daniel McCully

Waited for 1 1/2 hours to find out that there isn't a doctor on site. A nurse (who was very nice) takes symptoms etc...types in to computer to doctor at another location and doctor diagnosis from there. Can video chat with Doctor if needed. This is what our health care is coming to

Laura Costello

This is a medicine by Skype clinic. A wonderful nurse (name is Megan) assesses patients then dials in a doctor for final diagnosis. Not optimal but they do a good job. The pharmacist at the clinic is wonderful. They do the best they can with what they have to work with.
