If I could give Drew a negative starred review I would. He's an awful doctor, completely useless, doesn't know his patients and never follows up with them. I won't be surprised if someone dies because of his negligence *edited* so it's now been 2 months since I posted this review and as of May 29th I'm no longer his patient directly because of this review. I feel everyone should know THIS is the kind of doctor he is, I can't seem to add a photo of the letter he sent me but it says the following "It is clear to me, based on your recent public review (appended) - without any discussion about your concerns with me or my staff- that you have no confidence in, or appreciation for, our medical care for you. Your statements are well documented in your medical records. You left no doubt you no longer wish to be a patient in my practice. Trust is essential to an effective doctor- patient therapeutic relationship. As such, I can no longer commit to the provision of unbiased medical care to you, under the conditions you have established. Please take this letter as notice that, effective immediately, you are no longer a patient of First Capitol Health, or of Drew Webster. We Weill provide an electronic copy of your records to a new physician, at your request, for our usual fees. I wish you well in the future, and hope you can find a trusting therapeutic relationship with a new provider." I also have a few things I'd like to comment on from his letter but I think I'll end it with this instead. If you still have Drew as your doctor, good luck and be safe.

We can only vouch for Colleen Webster. She has been our family doctor for almost twenty years. In our opinion, she is everything a good family doctor needs to be and we're extremely grateful that we have her.

Extremely unprofessional. I am not a patient however I have a large team of medical professionals that do oversee my very complex healthcare. I've never witnessed something as ridiculous as a doctor dropping a patient over a negative review because the doctor wouldn't do their job properly in the first place. I recommend reporting this doctor to the appropriate authorities, and reaching out for legal advice if you've experienced a similar issue with this Doctor.

Dr. Drew Webster was a horrible doctor for my elderly mother. She suffered with several health issues, none of which were ever addressed properly. Calling the office and getting through to the staff is very difficult as the only option is to leave a message which will get returned on an irregular basis. Then to get an appointment was extremely difficult, even when told the matter was urgent. On one such instance she was given an appointment 30 days away! A week after trying to schedule the appointment my mother ended up in the hospital where she stayed for 3 weeks. Dr. Webster never showed any concern or even interest in my mother. Recently my mother passed away and I left a message hoping to speak with Dr. Webster as I was not sure of the process with any scheduled appointments with specialists. Not surprisingly, he never called me back to help me navigate this, let alone take the two minutes to express his condolences. If you are elderly and expect a compassionate family doctor to help you navigate through your final chapter in your great life - please do not become a patient here!!

Dr. Colleen Webster has been my doctor for about 10 years or more and I am always very grateful to have her as my family doctor as she has always been patient, professional, caring and answers all of my questions, also I have never felt rushed.

I have been leaving messages to get an appt with Dr. Colleen Webster. No one has called me back to let me know if I can or won't be able to get an appt. Finally I had to go to Hotel Dieu. They gave me a prescription and told me to follow up with my family doctor, but I don't know if that is possible!
