I love this clinic. The doctor I went to see as a walk in patient helped me prescribe my meds when the walk in doctor I frequently see went on 2 weeks leave and I was running out of medications. I got my family doctor here too, she's Dr. Azadeh. I'd say she's not for the faint hearted as she's very frank but I love her. My psychiatrist is Dr. Amrita and she's helped me too. The staff are very friendly and professional. The wait times differ but if I come in early for my appointment and there are not that many patients, I don't have to wait for the appointed time, they'd let me see the Dr right away. I made a request not to call me for reminders and they were able to accommodate me, in writing, which I find a very professional thing to do. All in all, I'm happy to be here.
Don’t ever go walk in , Waiting time 2 hours. They never call you if you ask they always say you are next but you never will be, Zero customer service and doctors.
Dr Beik is honestly one of the best family doctors in Winnipeg. He is not only approachable, well informed, and educated, but he will always go out of his way to provide you with the best care possible. If you are looking for a new doc look no further, and give Dr. Beik a try.
Please get the number right and stop calling me
This clinic saved a loved one's life and they continue to take care of him. That's the only thing that matters. ❤️
Be prepared to have your whole days schedule free, you’ll be waiting long. Quicker to go to emergency. Didn’t like it, always a wait of more than 2 1/2 hours!!!
Best clinic I've been at in the year I've been in Winnipeg! The longest I've ever waited at TruCare was maybe 20 minutes, entire staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone!
If I could rate this place ZERO stars I would. Worst service ever! Charging people $50 who can not make their appointments becoz of last minute work responsibilities/emergancies is a joke! I understand that they are trying to run a business but really are they losing out on patients when they have such a long wait time anyways? Going to this clinic is a joke. I have been here once before as a walkin but really the doctor saw me for 5 mins... prescribed a antibiotic n that's it. Didnt feel like they cared about the patients but only about how many people they can fit in in a day. And if someone has a reason to miss their appointment due to work or family emergency they will charge u $50 becoz they mark u as a "no show" when u called and told them that u can not make the appointment and want to reschedule. Now is that fair? Charging people who are already having a hard time.. feeling sick and terrible... you just make them feel even more worse by taking their money. Never going back to this place again!
Dr Beik is our family doctor here. My husband and I been going to him for about 3 years now. He is a fantastic family doctor. Thorough, kind, professional, and warm. You can tell he is busy but he always gives us the time we need to discuss our concerns. Assistant staff are really nice too. I would give the place 5 stars except that wait times have gotten even longer in the past year. In my experience, average wait time for appointment is 30 minutes; for walk-in: 60+ minutes. Some say this isn't bad but I wish we didn't have to wait so long. When you are sick or in pain, every minute can feel like an hour. And based on comments here, I'm glad we don't have to see Dr. Malik - it sounds like that one is not very nice at all.
Used to be better when the place had an normal amount of clients. Wait times were awesome. Obviously it's gone down hill already. 3 doctors in an an average wait time of 1hour 30 mins.... No not cool. It used to be like 15- 30 mins and you'd already be in a room.
(Translated) There are good doctors here. If you make an appointment, you don't have to wait in line (Original) Тут хорошие доктора. Если назначаешь встречу, не приходится ждать в очереди
One doctor says they definitely found something on the scan, the other says nothing ever came back on the scan. Who do I believe?? Was waiting months for a specialist just to find out the other doctor was wrong??
I needed to get my child a booster they told me to come before 5 which I did and needed to because my child was in school and I worked. When I go there they said they couldn’t open up anymore boosters for the day. This was my second attempt in going.
The new location is very nice however given that this is a walk in clinic they seem to have very little time for each patient. Went in for my appointment, was asked two questions, poked, and left with a prescription. Doctor seemed to talk over me and barely paid any attention to my responses.
I find that the one lady at the desk is very helpful and kind but as soon as I enter the doctor's office and the doctor walks in I automatically feelt like she had already made up her mind that I was not a patient for her and she didn't even know me yet so I shook her hand politely and introduce myself with a smile and then proceeded to share my medical history she listened carefully understandingly and then I asked if there was anything I chould do about it considering it was quite a serious matter her answer was "it's nothing to worry about" and sent me away feeling insignificant and unsatisfied. After receiving a second opinion I was sent for tests and received the results 3 days later and was informed that the situation was something to worry about and I'm not receiving treatment to control my (PCOS) I WILL NOT be recommending this Clinic to any more of my friends
Professional and clean. Wait times are same as any walk in clinic (early mornings are best)
Came here in a Sunday because that’s the only doctor open on a Sunday in my area, the Female doctor says “so you just go from walk-in to walk-in instead of going to your own doctor” I did go to my doctor, they said to go see a doctor if anything got worse. So here I am, sorry for the inconvenience!! Asked me what my pain was at, told her a number and she says “no you’re definitely not in that much pain”.... then why ask? I didn’t say 10/10. What a joke, seriously.
Long wait times even with an appointment. They took me in about 50 minutes from my original appointment time. They do have friendly staffs, however, this guy doctor made me feel uncomfortable. Overall he didnt seem have good interpersonal skills. Dr.Azadeh, the female doctor, was nice though.
*** NEW LOCATION - 1311 MCPHILLIPS ST *** My mother goes to this clinic but I wish this clinic was more business orientated because no one knew about this sudden move from its original location beside Freshco. Now moved to 1311 McPhillips st right beside McDonald's here. This location was the old Speedys Garage shop. PROS • newly renovated • clean & feels refreshing CONS • downsized from having a parking lot to having no parking lot - must park on the residential streets, the provided parking lot is too tiny. only 1 hr parking allowed on side streets as well
It was our 1st time visit. I find the clinic a bit small. We Booked an appointment during weekday at 1:30 pm and it was moderately busy (see my picture). We waited for about 10-15 minutes which I think it's reasonable. It's my 1st time to see Dr. Baek and my 1st impression is he's good. It was our 1st time to have a medical check-up for 5 years or so. Dr. Baek sent us for lab test to know more about our health conditions. I was told my BP is high. Hopefully, lab test results are ok.
Doctors seem professional and they've always been kind to us. Don't have to wait too long which is nice.
Okay so I'm changing my review from 5 to 3 because unfortunately it depends which doctor you get. Dr. Thwala, who I had 10 months ago, was amazing and gave a thorough examination and diagnosis. The doctor I had today was deplorable. She downplayed my pain, didn't listen to me and interrupted me, and tried to pass off my nausea as anxiety. Women constantly have their medical issues passed off as emotional issues. She also questioned if my diagnosis of multiple sclerosis from 2019 was real, or just anxiety (hint: it's very real). I am enraged. The clinic is still very efficient and nurses test your vitals which is appreciated.
I have been a patient of this clinic since early 2017..Dr Beik is my family doctor but have seen the other 2 doctors as well. I can tell you that this is a professionally run clinic, with all modern and highly efficient ways of operation. Each of the Doctors are easy to talk to, highly educated and even go out of their way to help you. In my opinion, there is not a better clinic in Winnipeg... They are sometimes very busy but well worth the wait..
I called to make an appointment and the earliest was for 2 months down the road.... That week a blizzard happened and as I was shoveling I slipped on ice and broke my foot. I called to move my appointment and now I'm not aloud to make another one since they are not expecting any new patience. I had an appointment doesn't that count for something.
The two brother doctors get 5 stars as does the staff. Don't see Dr. Malek. She's only concerned about herself, rude & I think she must have been reprimanded some time for prescribing too many painkillers, because she had the unmitigated audacity to tell us she "doesn't prescribe painkillers (and if she does, it's only tiny amounts, she illustrated with her thumb & forefinger)", because "that's my right", she proclaimed, condescendingly! She is saying this to two 72-year-old senior citizens, who have been married for 45 years (to each other) and before she even asked either of us about our medical history, read the history forms we had just filled out, nor asked either of us any questions about why we were looking for a different family physician. She spoke 'down to us' like we were a couple of white & grey haired 1960s hippy drug addicts looking for an easy fix. I'm actually the person who was hired to introduce 'SafeGrad' & 'Teens Against Drinking & Driving' to Manitoba high schools over 30 years ago. My wife's Dr. retired and we thought we'd find the same Dr, we could both see, closer to our home, instead of my taking her downtown with her crippled hand and chronic leg pain. Both of our experiences in using the TrueCare Walk-in Clinic in emergencies had been excellent, so we inquired about doctors accepting new patients at TrueCare. A name which describes everyone at the clinic, except this woman 'Dr. Malek'. Dr. Malek has the bedside manner of a dock worker on strike and shouldn't be dealing with animals. I am not always right, but 1} I always get to be the customer/patient, 2} have my own opinions based on my perception 3} and share that opinion with others. I predict TrueCare Clinic on McPhillips Street will come to regret ever having this 'dame' as part of an otherwise excellent team. After over 20+ years as a Professional Public Speaker & Trainer, I can't recall an experience quite as disgusting in a medical environment as this short encounter. I cut the meeting off quickly, told her she wasn't for us and we left! I .weny back to my Dr of over 15 years & we found a new Dr for Lynn next door to my Dr. @ your service, Grampa Dave Connell, International Professional Public Speaker & Trainer (Rtd) Recipient: 125th Anniversary of Confederation Medal, Governor General of Canada.
Scheduled my physical exam, waited a month and found out they put me in a different date! I added on my calendar but this lady never been helpful! Not a truecare clinic, the only clinic that doesnt notify patient schedule a day ahead! Dr is okay not the best Im tired of switching dr’s! Thinking of looking for a new dr again!
Wait times can be a bit long at times, but what do you expect for one of the few walk ins in this area? It's worth the wait in my opinion, Doctors and Staff are very professional. Haven't had a bad experience yet. Just remember to ask questions for your own concern if you don't understand something. Thank you everyone here!
I'm giving one star but it doesn't even deserve that. I went there thinking about changing family doctors and they said they were accepting new patients. As well the clinic would be much closer to home for me. As soon as I registered with the front desk, the admin told me I would have to decide if I wanted this to be my new family doctor or not before I left in a not so friendly manner.. I replied "well I don't know about that I will need to think about it". She didn't respond aside from a smirk. Ok I thought I'll let that go. Give the doctor a chance despite that little exchange . I get called in give all my medical history and have my blood pressure taken then wait for the doctor to come in. As soon as she walked in I had a bad feeling. She didn't smile when she introduced herself and didn't seem friendly at all. The first question was why do you want a new family doctor? So I told her -closer to home, looking for nicer demeanor, etc etc She then launches into the reasons they are accepting new patients is more of if you have a dispute with your current doctor but more so for people who don't have a doctor at all. So that's a good hint she didn't like my reason. Anyway she repeated how I'd have to decide right away what I wanted to do FIVE times...The same thing with me just nodding. Never asked anything about me nor discussed any health issues. At the end she just said I won't do anything today, you need to decide first what you will do. No problem there doctor,I will NEVER be returning. I understand what your point was,but you only need tell a person once. And perhaps show some interest in me as a patient and as a fellow human being, rather then just being rude the whole time. It's so hard to find a doctor who is willing to listen and actually be friendly . I don't think that's much to ask. Oh well ...Highly NOT recommended unless you like cold and rude.
Love the staff. They’re awesome
There's always a long wait here. Dr.Malek had barely listened to me. She was not thorough and was very unclear about my diagnosis. I had a very unpleasant experience here. However, the receptionists are nice.
Rude and lazy doctors. Always changing locations.Stay away. They don't want to help. Malek is the worst one there. Laughed at me for being disabled in a wheelchair. Disgusting place. Go somewhere else. They are always moving locations like they are hiding from something. I doubt they are real doctors. My elderly mom went there and they would not help her with her vein issues in her legs or her painful swollen knee. The positive reviews are ridiculous.
It costs 55$ cash to receive any immunizations here. I suggest walking 5 minutes to the Superstore walk-in clinic on Mcphillips, or Safeway to receive immunizations for 20$. Walked into superstore and got my Twinrex right away. You can also book appointments at Safeway Pharmacy to receive immunizations for 20$, instead of waiting.
There’s only one good doctor there that actually listens and takes the time to hear you. The other doctors rush you and seem to not care and just give you whatever for the meantime.
Seemed very professional at first, and had high hopes, however, Dr. Malek was extremely rude and very judgmental toward my girlfriend. She continuously made her feel uncomfortable by persistently asking questions my girlfriend was not comfortable with answering. After satisfying her curiosity, she then proceeded to shame and tell my girlfriend that the source of her stress and anxiety were because of her own actions. Good doctors, doctors in general, should not treat any patient the way Dr. Malek does. Despite seeing the reviews on Dr. Malek, we still scheduled an appointment with her because we wanted to be one of the first to give positive feedback about her. Please don’t waste your time scheduling an appointment with her, you’re way better off with someone else. The front desk staff were nice and very friendly though
Dr Nyoff is awful. Do not go. All the reviews about him are correct. Stay far far away from this clinic if you value your health.
I have not had a family doctor for years and I tried talking with a few other doctors, but I always found them to be impatient, brush me off or insinuate things about me, just because I understand anatomy / health. I found Dr. Harandi at this clinic, and I have been very pleased with my visits so far. He is good at listening to my concerns without brushing them off. He sent me for testing when I asked (and was concerned). I was followed up on and was proficient. I received all the services he referred me out to. His demeanor is more calm, and collected, which may come off as unfriendly, to some perhaps. But I found him to believe very caring in his own way. You can tell he is a busy man, but he does make time, he always asks me if that's all or if I have any other concerns before ending the appointment. But most importantly he gets you to the right path for treatment. At this clinic I would highly recommend you choose to see Dr. harandi. Unfortunately I can not recommend the other doctor due to my experience with them...as the other reviews have already commented..you can tell they had the same experience with them. If you had a bad experience, I wouldn't give up on the clinic, I would highly recommend you ask for Harandi instead if you can, he is great. I would also disagree with other reviewers, I have found the front staff to be quick and polite every visit I have had.
I would avoid Dr. Malek. She rushes you and really doesn't listen to you. Very bossy and opinionated. Does what she wants.
I was in for my first app, waited over a month for this app .DR KOUROSH -A HARANDI.. he came into the room very late looked at my paper, said 'MO IM NOT SEEING YOU, YOU WHITE PPL ARE ALL THE SAME'... THAN HE told me to leave, his staff laughed. I must say, this is a very bad humane being, who is racist
Very new and clean ! Wait times were short when I went . Friendly Doctor and staff Pharmacy was quick filling my prescription. We be back .
My family dr is located out side the city i come to this clinic because they have never been any but amazing every time i go there never have to wait long and they seem to get right to the point which i like.
Amazing Doctors & Staff. I highly recommend.
Doctors are awesome but the staff are rude they need to get off their high horse.
My family Dr. Offers many optimal time and care in my visits to rate him as the top Doc. I have ever had. No I don't get paid to say this guy is topnotch. I have had some pretty scary things going on in my life. Doc. Harandi got my through those times with his treating me like I was a human being instead of a number on a clipboards. Unfortunately happening too much lately. These guys and nurses and female Drs. They are the real deal folks. That's my personal opinion.photos will follow if I am able to. Update: this is the place I had my Covid 19 shot.
Ask for app. Confirm your app. Go there early. Then you are good to go. Do not go to emerg unless it is life threatening situation.
In all my experience of meeting and dealing with different doctors dr.malik was by far the WORST i had ever met. I had a meet and greet with her as im currently looking for a new doctor and it was the biggest waste of my time. She starts off the appointment by firmly explaining the drugs she does not prescribe there for if thats something i need then i should look else where. She then followed up with the fact she doesnt accept all patients so to not consider her my doctor until she accepts me as a patient ( ok get off your high horse ) As i sat there just waiting for her to shut her mouth she asks if i had any questions.. of course i did hense the reason i booked the appointment in the first place. As i had some basic questions about my postpartum she immediately cut me off and told me that its my OBGYN job to answer those questions not her. She then went mumbling on about how if i want to come back to see her she will send me for blood work and a pap smear and then i can see her a couple more times before she decides if she wants me as a patient. I literally just got up and left and told her im not interested. Now the plus to this is .. this dr is only there 3 days a week so if you need to use this center as a walk in clinic there is hope you will get another doctor ... one whos not brain dead. The other plus is its very well taken care of and clean and the receptionists are wonderful to deal with.
I want their was not impressed Will not be going again
The waiting period is too way long. The receptionist is accepting a lot of patients and not really care if the waiting period becomes too long. They prioritize the easiest service like giving vaccines and booster and if you walk in , and your medical needs is not about vaccines then you have to wait too long until all the vaccines patients are all done. It is not fair. The receptionist should advice all the walk in patients how long they have to wait. Although they advertised and posted that they welcome walk ins, the reality is you have to wait too long until all the vaccines clients are all done. If they need long term patients then they have to accommodate patients that have medical needs other than vaccines.I never waited this too long in any other walk in clinics like almost two hours now and still waiting to be called. The line up for vaccines patients are still long and they still accepting incoming patients. I do not know how long I have to wait but this is worst experience for me.
Dr here are mean. Should not be practicing.
Went in for my first time and Dr. Shadi Rezazadeh is the worst doctor I have ever had. I was ignored and cut off from saying anything constantly and was rude to me. She told me I need to "calm down" for my ongoing problems with anxiety, someone who clearly does not know the contexts behind why I get my anxiety and assumes I can be "cured" with "calming down". She also asked me if I could fast for 10 hours and before I could even respond she said "no wonder you can't lose weight, you can't even fast" like excuse me? You've been cutting off my conversation for the past 5 minutes and now you're being rude and attacking me? As someone who works in the health care industry themselves, I am very ashamed of the care being given at this clinic and will not be recommending this place to anyone. I need a doctor who will listen and understand my problems and the context behind them. I will be looking for a new doctor. This form of negligence and ignorance is unacceptable.
Love the new location, and the convenience of the on-site pharmacy. Dr Nyhof is a well experienced physician.
One of the reception is rude. Everyone is busy and tired, giving off an unpleasant attitude to a person in pain is so disappointing.
been here a couple of times and always got positive results, very nice people
My previous family doctor, Dr. Beik, and Dr Harandi are very professional and highly recommended doctors. I definitely love to go see them again. Unfortunately, the staff are very incompetent. I asked about a medicine that was not covered by my insurance and I was told that I need to see the doctor before 4 pm. I arrived past 3 pm and was told that the doctor will no longer see me because he no longer accepts walk ins. Worst, the form I am requesting can be done without me coming to the clinic. I took a leave from work just for that and it was a waste of time. They could have done that without asking people to come in, which will also help them eventually but they didn’t. Plus the manager was so rude. Instead of apologizing about the mistakes of her staff, she said that I should really come and talked to the doctor. Funny thing is, the doctor can do that without seeing me. She is so RUDE saying that the doctors just doing me a favour. That is not the proper words to say to patients coming to the clinic. It is understandable that they are busy but the patients are busy too. Patients are also busy, they have work and conditions. THE STAFF AND THE MANAGER BADLY NEEDS A HIGH DOSE OF COURTEOUSNESS MEDICINE AND REHABILITATION!
They seem way more interested in giving out the vaccine then seeing people with legitimate medical issues. Myself and another patient who both needed actual medical care waited while person after person walked in to get a vaccine. If that's all you care about put a sign on the door so I know to go somewhere else. Manitoba Healthcare at its finest.
This place asked me if my son was mental because he was acting up. Also refused my niece because she had a cough said they wont see anyone with covid like symptoms.
Dr Azadeh was very rude and unprofessional. She is a Racist, she judged me for being Indian and made me feel uncomfortable sharing my personal health history. I would never recommend her as a doctor.
Fast friendly staff
The staff are nice and friendly but I had the Worst experience with the doctor ever . Negative ???? Rating! ????
I just spoke with a rude lady on the phone a while ago. I was inquiring about the doctor’s hours but she can’t understand me. I keep repeating myself, I’m not feeling well already that’s why I called and she put me on hold without my permission-like i was still talking. Very bad customer service.
Got a call from one of the staff for my x-ray results, so came in today. I came to the clinic at quarter to 9 and waited for more than an hour. I was called to see a doctor unfortunately, she said i need to meet up with my doctor since she is in today and said i will be next in line. But the heck is, I’ve waited again for less than an hour. And worst, i found out that there is no result for my x-ray as of yet. I’ve stayed there for almost 3 hours, waisted my time and get this kind of service. NO RATE!
First of all everyone at this clinic is usually very professional, however... today my wife could not see our regular family doctor who is amazing but she wasn’t in. Instead she had Dr. Malek who came into the office talking poorly about the previous patients which instantly made her feel very uncomfortable. She proceeded to check her chart and instantly started judging her based on her medical history. She started making personal insults at my wife dismissing her health concerns as stress from various factors she knew nothing about. She even had the nerve to call my wife a hypochondriac based on one walk in appointment!!! My wife left the clinic distraught and in tears. My wife wasn’t missing work (looking for a note), nor was she seeking any kind of pain medication so why this doctor would think my wife was there for anything but legitimate health issues is beyond me. I have never heard or witnessed such unprofessional conduct from any kind of doctor at any kind of medical institution. We will be issuing a formal complaint about this doctor. We do not want to deter people from going to this clinic based on this one experience because every other time we have been there to see a doctor there has been no issues, and our family doctor is great. But if you get this individual in the doctors office with you, i would ask to see someone else. We will be asking for a written apology from the clinic and we are waiting to see if any disciplinary action is taken against this doctor to decide if we will still be attending this clinic in the future. We ill also remove this review if action is taken against this doctor so if you still see this review it means the clinic did nothing to remedy this situation. I hope this helps others avoid what my wife went through today. This has been a truly disgusting, and unwarranted experience and urge people if they have this doctor to see someone else.
I got there early - before 9 am - and was seen pronto. The doctor was knowledgeable and I was able to find out right away that I had Strep throat. I would recommend going there. I have moved but would still use this clinic's services if I had to.
The Doctor I saw was very thorough and helpful and very friendly. Took his time and was not rushing me out. Even got another doctor to come check my wound. He cleaned it And the girl who dressed my wound was very nice.
Dr. Harandi was an impolite, unconcerned, bigoted Doctor. He wouldn't look me in the eye in conversations and treated me as if I'm subhuman!! He does not like Natives even though this is our land!!
Disappointed this place sucks time to look for a new doctor that keeps timed opponents
Dr. Azadeh was rude, unprofessional and racist. She is the worst doctor that I have met and doesn't deserve even a star.
Love my doctor ❤???? could never find better than Dr.Shady. she's awesome. The staff here are very helpful. I am very happy with the clinic!!
I find the doctors very thorough, friendly and caring.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Dr. Malik is extremely rude and unprofessional. She shamed my answers to every question (which were extremely intrusive and made me uncomfortable) and made me feel like garbage after coming in for a simple procedure. No doctor should ever treat patients this way.
Usually when I go to this clinic, I see my general physician and it's great. However when I went yesterday as a walk in, I saw Dr. Malik who spoke to me in a very condescending tone and recommended me Nyquil which I was previously told to stay away from due to my thyroid issues. When I asked if that was ok to take despite my thyroid history, she said "don't worry about the small things" like worrying about damaging my liver is a small thing.
Great office and doctors. Everything is brand new and state of the art. Doctors and nurses are knowledgeable and kind. The one downside is the location and parking lot are very busy and congested.
I had to find a new doctor after leaving the province and coming back. Would have preferred my original doctor but gave trucare a try. ... they treat you like cattle. You’re not a human, you’re a dollar sign. Dr:Hirandi was assigned to be my new doctor and when I explained some symptoms he simply said “I can’t help you” and ended the appointment. The staff as well as myself were taken aback and quite confused with no explanation and no referral. I went to walk in at same clinic and saw a female dr... was treated fairly and diagnosed quickly. I don’t know what’s up hirandi’s stethoscope but I know I need to keep looking for a new family doctor. There’s one or two good apples at this clinic but wait time for an appointment is 1-3 weeks, and you probably won’t get the answers you’re looking for.
I love my family doctor here, Dr. Nyhof. However, he's on a vacation for a week and I needed to have a consultation for lower back pain that has been going on for 2 weeks. The staff lined me up for Dr. Malek instead. First of all, she wouldn't listen to your symptoms. Second, it seemed like she judged me that I only want to skip work because of my back pain. If I don't go to work I won't get paid so why would I fake the pain I'm feeling. My husband even skipped work to accompany me. Third, she said that my pain has been going on for 2 weeks only and that if she'll give a requisition for xray, she'd be laughed at. Like what? I'm in severe pain and it's very hard for me to walk and do daily activities. Why would she say that? I find her very very rude and unprofessional. Please don't go to her if you want a correct diagnosis.
They say they are accepting new patients, but there is a year and a half waiting list to even discus it... thats not really accepting new patients.
Dr's are really good. Wait times are what to be expected at a walk-in clinic. Never waited mor that a few minutes if I had an appointment. People who complain about missed appointment fees, need to miss two in a row to be charged a appointment fee
Was told wait was 30 mins, waited an hour and a half. Doctor took my weight, than didn't examine my problem, told me I'm diabetic and rushed me out. Didn't consider any of my medical history. Stay clear of Dr alamian harandi.
Very incompetent staff! Doctor Hrandi is very good but he needs staff that can do the job and maybe speak/understand English better. Front staff whisper in each other’s ear and look at clients and giggle, talk to each other in a different language which only they can understand - unprofessional to say the least. I don’t like going here but I like the doctor - he’s good.
